Description

The present invention relates to a technique for improving a packing device for packing a glass plate when the glass plate is transported or stored.

As is well known, when storing or transporting glass plates such as glass substrates for various image display devices such as liquid crystal displays, plasma displays, electroluminescence displays, and field emission displays, multiple glass plates are laminated. It is customary to store and hold it in the packing device in such a state.

As this type of glass plate packing device (hereinafter also simply referred to as a packing device), for example, a plurality of laminated glass plates including a base portion and a back support portion standing on the base portion are stacked. Is placed on the base portion so as to lean against the back support portion, and in this state, the glass plate is pressed and restrained from the front side to the back support portion side.

As a specific method for restraining the glass plate, for example, in the packaging device described in Patent Document 1 below, a front frame is erected on the base portion in addition to the back support portion. Further, there is disclosed a method in which a glass plate is pressed toward the back support portion by a holding piece that is connected so as to be movable back and forth in the front-rear direction via an expansion / contraction mechanism using a link.

Further, as another method, for example, in the packaging device described in Patent Document 2 below, the belt is wound around a plurality of glass plates stacked on the base, and the glass is tightened. What presses a board to the back support part side is disclosed.

特許2758561号公報Japanese Patent No. 2758561 特開平9−315434号公報JP 9-315434 A

By the way, the number of laminated glass plates packed in this type of packaging device at a time can be changed as appropriate depending on the conditions of the occasion, such as its purpose and application, even when packaging the same type of glass plates. Is customary. Therefore, in such a packing apparatus, it is required to appropriately pack the laminated glass plates regardless of the number of laminated glass plates.

Therefore, according to the packaging device described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the pressing piece that presses the laminated glass plates is configured to move forward and backward in the front-rear direction to cope with the above request. However, an expansion / contraction mechanism using a link is employed to move the holding piece forward and backward in the front-rear direction. Therefore, the structure of the expansion / contraction mechanism is inevitably complicated, for example, the expansion / contraction mechanism such that the forward / backward movement of the holding piece in the front / rear direction becomes unstable, or the expansion / contraction mechanism itself does not have sufficient durability. Problems due to the complexity of the structure may occur.

Moreover, according to the packaging apparatus described in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the above-described requirement is addressed by tightening a belt that is stretched around the laminated glass plates. However, such a belt tightening operation requires a great amount of labor and labor, and it is particularly difficult for an operator to perform the operation alone, and there is a problem that work efficiency is deteriorated. Moreover, as the glass plate to be packed becomes a large one that has been promoted to a glass substrate for image display devices in recent years, for example, the tightening operation of the belt in this type of packing device is as follows. There is a possibility that the problem of deterioration in work efficiency becomes conspicuous with extreme difficulty.

An object of the present invention is to appropriately deal with the number of laminated glass plates with a simple mechanism without requiring a complicated mechanism such as a link mechanism, and simplify the packaging work of the glass plates. The goal is to improve efficiency.

The present invention, which has been devised to solve the above-mentioned problems, includes a base part, a back receiving part that is erected on the base part, and the base part in a state of being stacked against the back receiving part. A glass plate packaging apparatus comprising: a holding unit that presses and holds a plurality of glass plates placed on the back side from the front side toward the back support unit side; and the holding unit is provided on the front side of the glass plate. A pressing member to be pressed, a guide member that holds an end region of the pressing member so as to be slidable in the stacking direction of the glass plates, and the guide at an arbitrary position in the stacking direction of the glass plates It is characterized by comprising fixing means for fixing between the members.

According to such a structure, the edge part area | region of a pressing member is hold | maintained by a guide member so that a slide in the lamination direction of a glass plate is possible. Therefore, the pressing member can be moved back and forth with respect to the stacking direction of the glass plates with a simple mechanism that slides the pressing member along the guide member. Therefore, even if the number of laminated glass plates is changed, the pressing member can be easily and accurately pressed against the front side of the glass plate only by sliding the pressing member with respect to the guide member. In addition, since the pressing member can be fixed to the guide member at an arbitrary position in the stacking direction of the glass plate in a state pressed against the front surface side of the glass plate, It is possible to respond to the change in the number of sheets without waste and accurately, and it is possible to easily and appropriately ensure a state in which the glass plate is pressed and held on the back support member side.

In this case, the guide member has a rod-shaped portion extending in the stacking direction of the glass plates, and the pressing member has a fitting hole through which the rod-shaped portion is slidably inserted in an end region. The fixing means may be configured to fix the pressing member to the guide member in a state where the portion is inserted through the fitting hole.

If it does in this way, a pressing member will be simply and stably slid to the lamination direction of a glass plate only by inserting the rod-shaped part of a guide member in the fitting hole formed in the edge part field of a pressing member. Therefore, the above-described effects can be obtained with certainty.

Further, the guide member can be configured to be retractable rearward from the surface of the back support portion on which the glass plate is leaned.

In this way, when the glass plate is loaded on the base portion or when the glass plate is taken out from the base portion, the guide member is retracted to the rear side from the surface on which the glass plate of the back support portion is leaned. By doing so, it is possible to reduce breakage or damage of the glass plate due to the glass plate coming into contact with the guide member, and it is possible to perform the operation more quickly and accurately without interfering with the operation.

Further, the fixing means has a rotating body rotatably attached to an end region of the pressing member and formed with a plurality of pinion teeth in a partial region of the peripheral surface, and is used for rotating the rotating body. Accordingly, the plurality of rack grooves formed on the surface of the guide member can be configured to have a state in which the pinion teeth are engaged and a state in which the engagement is released.

If it does in this way, the surrounding surface of the rotary body attached to the edge part area | region of a pressing member will be divided into the area | region in which the pinion tooth | gear is formed, and the area | region in which the pinion tooth | gear is not formed. When the rotating body is rotated, the pinion teeth formed on the peripheral surface mesh with the rack groove formed on the surface of the guide member, and the sliding of the pressing member with respect to the guide member is regulated. For this reason, the pressing member is substantially fixed to the guide member. Therefore, by sliding the pressing member against the guide member and pressing the pressing member against the front side of the glass plate, the pinion teeth are engaged with the rack groove, so that the pressing member is placed on the front surface of the laminated glass plates. It can hold | maintain in the state pressed appropriately with respect to it. Further, when releasing the fixed state of the pressing member, the pinion is rotated by rotating the rotating body to a position where the region where the pinion teeth are not formed on the peripheral surface of the rotating body faces the rack groove of the guide member. The engagement between the teeth and the rack groove is easily released, and the sliding of the pressing member with respect to the guide member becomes possible again.

The rotating body may be connected to a lever through a connecting member, and the rotation operation may be controlled in conjunction with the operation of the lever.

In this way, the rotating operation of the rotating body can be easily controlled by operating the lever, so that the pinion teeth of the rotating body and the rack groove of the guide member can be engaged and released by a simple operation. As a result, operability or operational feeling is improved.

Further, the rotating body is urged by an elastic member in a direction in which the pinion teeth and the rack groove are engaged with each other while the pressing member is fixed to the guide member. can do.

In this way, the pinion teeth of the rotating body are constantly urged in the direction in which the rack groove is engaged while the pressing member is fixed between the guide member and the guide of the pressing member. The regulation of the slide with respect to the member is reliably maintained by the biasing force, and the glass plate is held in an appropriate state.

As described above, according to the present invention, the end region of the pressing member is held by the guide member so as to be slidable in the glass plate stacking direction, and the pressing member is located at an arbitrary position in the glass plate stacking direction. Therefore, the pressing member can be moved forward and backward in the glass plate stacking direction with a simple mechanism for sliding the pressing member along the guide member. Regardless of the number of stacked layers, the pressing member can be easily and accurately pressed against the front side of the glass plate, and such work can be easily performed even when there is only one worker.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

First, based on the schematic perspective view shown in FIG. 1, the whole structure of the packaging apparatus of the glass plate which concerns on one Embodiment of this invention is demonstrated. As shown in the figure, the packing device 1 is configured such that a plurality of glass plates G placed in a state of being stacked on a base portion 3 so as to lean against the back support portion 2 are supported by a back support portion by a holding portion 4. It is pressed and held on the second side. This holding part 4 is roughly divided, a pressing member 5 pressed against the front side of the glass plate G, a guide member 6 that holds both ends of the pressing member 5 slidably in the stacking direction of the glass plate G, It is comprised from the fixing means 7 (it mentions later for details) which regulates the slide with respect to the guide member 6 of the pressing member 5 in arbitrary positions.

The guide members 6 are attached in pairs to the left and right side wall portions 2a of the back support portion 2. In this embodiment, the pair of left and right guide members 6 are spaced above and below the side wall portions 2a. Two sets are attached. Each guide member 6 has a base end portion pivotally supported by a pin 6a and includes a pin rod portion 6b (rod-like portion) on the distal end side. Each pin rod portion 6b is in front of the standing surface 2b on which the glass plate G of the back support portion 2 is leaned, and is laminated in the direction in which the glass plates G are placed on the base portion 3 (substantially orthogonal to the leaning surface 2b). Direction).

The pressing member 5 is a plate-like hollow member that is longer than the width of the glass plate G, and the front side of the glass plate G with both ends held by the pin rod portions 6b of the guide member 6. It is pressed against. Specifically, the pressing member 5 is slidably held along the pin rod portion 6b by fitting the pin rod portion 6b into the fitting holes 8 formed at both ends thereof, and has the length of the pin rod portion 6b. Within the range, the glass plate G can move forward and backward in the stacking direction.

Further, in the present embodiment, the fixing means 7 has a lever 9 in the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 5, and the operation of the lever 9 restricts or slides the pressing member 5 with respect to the pin rod portion 6 b. Regulations can be lifted. Specifically, the fixing means 7 is a unit obtained by assembling components described below inside the pressing member 5. The fixing means 7 are symmetrically disposed on both sides of the central portion in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 5, but both the fixing means 7 have the same configuration as each other. Only the fixing means 7 will be described.

FIG. 2 is a schematic front view showing a state in which a guide member 6 is inserted into a part of the holding portion 4, specifically, an end portion of the pressing member 5, and FIG. 3 is a schematic side view thereof. It is. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the lever 9 disposed in the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 5 is rotatably attached to the end of the pressing member 5 via a connecting rod 10. It is connected to the body 11. The connecting rod 10 can be moved back and forth along the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 5 by operating the lever 9, and the rotating body 11 is moved into the fitting hole 8 in conjunction with the moving back and forth of the connecting rod 10. The sliding of the pressing member 5 is regulated by meshing with a part of the peripheral surface of the pin rod portion 6b fitted. The connecting rod 10 and the rotating body 11 are accommodated in the internal space of the hollow pressing member 5.

More specifically, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, at the end of the pressing member 5, the holding pin 12 is fixed across the side wall portions 5 a, and the disc-shaped rotating body 11 is fixed to the holding pin 12. Is rotatably supported. The outer peripheral surface of the rotating body 11 is divided into a tooth formation region X in which a plurality of pinion teeth 13 are engraved and a tooth non-formation region Y in which no pinion teeth are engraved. The diameter is equal to or smaller than the diameter formed by excising the pinion teeth from the tooth formation region X.

On the other hand, the pin rod portion 6b fitted in the fitting hole 8 of the pressing member 5 has a groove forming region Z in which a plurality of rack grooves 14 that mesh with the pinion teeth 13 of the rotating body 11 are formed on the surface thereof. Yes. In the illustrated example, the fitting hole 8 of the pressing member 5 is formed by the inner circumferential space of the auxiliary member 8a having a substantially U-shaped cross section.

The rotating body 11 includes fulcrum pins 15 protruding on both sides thereof, and the connecting rod 10 includes a U-shaped member 16 at the tip thereof, and is formed on both side wall portions 16 a of the U-shaped member 16. The fulcrum pin 15 is inserted into the elongated hole with play. With this configuration, the forward / backward movement of the connecting rod 10 is converted into the rotational motion of the rotating body 11.

As shown in FIGS. 2 to 5, the connecting rod 10 is divided into two parts, a distal end side connecting rod 10 a to which the rotating body 11 is attached and a proximal end side connecting rod 10 b to which the lever 9 is attached. The both 10a and 10b are connected via an expansion / contraction mechanism 17.

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the telescopic mechanism 17 is fixed to the base end of the distal end side connecting rod 10a via the distal end surface member 18a, and fixed to the distal end of the proximal end side connecting rod 10b. And a piston 19 slidably fitted in the cylinder 18. And between the piston 19 in the cylinder 18 and the base end surface member 18b of the cylinder 18, there is an elastic member 20 made of a compression coil spring that urges the base end side connecting rod 10b in a direction to draw it toward the front end side connecting rod 10b. It is inserted. Accordingly, the elastic member 20 causes the rotating body 11 to move in the direction in which the meshing between the pinion teeth 13 on the peripheral surface and the rack groove 14 proceeds (counterclockwise in the figure) via the proximal end side connecting rod 10a. It is energized to rotate. As a result, in a state where the pinion teeth 13 and the rack groove 14 are engaged with each other, the mutual engagement state is stably maintained, and the sliding of the pressing member 5 with respect to the pin rod portion 6b is performed in the groove forming region Z of the pin rod portion 6b. It is easily and reliably regulated at an arbitrary position.

Further, as shown in FIG. 6, the meshing release between the pinion teeth 13 and the rack grooves 14 is performed by rotating the rotating body 11 so that the tooth non-formation region Y on the outer peripheral surface thereof faces the rack grooves 14. It is easily canceled by setting it to the state. Specifically, the base end side connecting rod 10b is advanced in the right direction in the drawing, and the piston 19 connected to the tip thereof is directly pressed against the tip surface member 18a of the cylinder 18. If the proximal end side connecting rod 10b is further advanced from this state, the entire cylinder 18 is advanced. The forward movement of the cylinder 18 is converted into the rotational motion of the rotating body 11 via the distal end side connecting rod 10a, and the rotating body 11 moves in the direction in which the engagement of the pinion teeth 13 and the rack groove 14 retreats (clockwise in the figure). And the mutual meshing is released.

Further, when the pinion teeth 13 and the rack grooves 14 are engaged again to restrict the sliding of the pressing member 5, the piston 19 is retracted against the elastic force of the elastic member 20 by the base end side connecting rod 10b. As a result, the elastic member 20 is compressed, and the entire cylinder 18 is retracted accordingly. As a result, the rotating body 11 rotates again in the traveling direction, and the pinion teeth 13 and the rack groove 14 are engaged with each other, and the elastic member 20 in a compressed state is urged in the direction in which the engagement proceeds. Thereafter, the above operation is repeated in the same manner, thereby restricting and releasing the slide with respect to the pin rod portion 6b of the pressing member 5.

On the other hand, the lever 9 for operating the forward and backward movement of the connecting rod 10 is connected to the proximal end connecting rod 10b via the link member 21, as shown in FIGS. The base end of the lever 9 is pivotally supported by a base 22 disposed on the surface of the pressing member 5 by a fulcrum pin 23 so as to be swingable. When the lever 9 is swung around the fulcrum pin 23, the base end side connecting rod 10 b moves forward and backward by the link member 21. As a result, the rotating operation of the rotating body 11 can be easily operated.

Next, in the glass plate packing method by the packing device 1 according to the embodiment of the present invention, the case where the glass plate G to be packed is a glass substrate for various image display devices such as a liquid crystal display and a plasma display. Let's take an example.

As shown in FIG. 1, a plurality of glass plates G are placed on a base portion 3 having a back support portion 2 in a state of being laminated between each glass plate G with interleaving paper interposed therebetween. At this time, in order to prevent the glass plate G from being damaged, a buffer member made of, for example, foamed resin is attached in advance to a region of the back support portion 2 and the base portion 3 that is in contact with the glass plate G. For the same reason, a buffer member is also stood on the forefront surface of the glass plate G laminated on the base 3.

Next, the pressing member 5 is inserted into the pin rod portion 6b of the guide member 6, the pressing member 5 is slid along the pin rod portion 6b, and the buffer member placed on the forefront of the laminated glass plate G is placed on the buffer member. Press. In this state, by operating the lever 9 disposed in the intermediate portion in the longitudinal direction of the pressing member 5, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the rotating body 11 attached to both ends of the pressing member 5. The pinion teeth 13 mesh with the rack groove 14 of the pin rod portion 6 b, and the sliding of the pressing member 5 with respect to the pin rod portion 6 b is restricted, and the glass plate G placed on the base portion 3 is pressed by the pressing member 5. It is stably held in a state of being pressed to the back support part 2 side, and the packaging of the glass plate G is completed.

On the other hand, at the time of unpacking, as shown in FIG. 6, by operating the lever 9, the distal end side connecting rod 10 b is moved backward to rotate the rotating body 11 in the direction in which the meshing is retracted, and the pinion teeth 13 and the rack grooves 14 are moved. Release the mesh. Then, the pressing member 5 is slid onto the pin rod portion 6 b of the guide member 6 and removed from the pin rod portion 6 b, and the glass plate G is taken out from the base portion 3. At this time, as shown in FIG. 1, each guide member 6 is pivotally supported by a pin 6 a and can be retracted to the rear side from the standing surface 2 b of the back support portion 2. Accordingly, when the glass plate G is taken out from the base portion 3 during the unpacking operation, as shown by a chain line in the figure, the guide member 6 is swung around the pin 6a to the rear side of the standing surface 2b. If retracted, the guide member 6 will not hinder the work.

As described above, according to the packaging device 1 according to the present embodiment, the pin rod portion 6b of the guide member 6 is inserted into both ends of the pressing member 5, and the pressing member 5 extends in the extending direction of the pin rod portion 6b. The glass plate is slidably held in the stacking direction. Therefore, the pressing member 5 can be moved forward and backward in the stacking direction of the glass plates G only by sliding the pressing member 5 along the pin rod portion 6b of the guide member 6 without requiring a complicated mechanism such as a link mechanism. Is possible. Therefore, the pressing member 5 can be easily and accurately pressed against the front side of the glass plate G regardless of the number of laminated glass plates G. In addition, in a state where the pressing member 5 is pressed against the front surface side of the glass plate G, the fixing member 7 restricts the sliding of the pressing member 5 with respect to the pin rod portion 6b. It is possible to easily and accurately hold the state in which the front side of the door is pressed to the back support portion 2 side.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the said embodiment, Various deformation | transformation as shown below are possible.

In the embodiment described above, the pin rod portion 6b of the guide member 6 is fitted into the fitting hole 8 of the pressing member 5, and the pressing member 5 is slid in the stacking direction of the glass plates G, in other words, the fitting. In this relationship, the pressing member 5 acts as a fitting member, and the guide member 6 acts as a fitted member. However, the present invention is not limited to this. For example, you may comprise so that the pressing member 5 may act as a to-be-fitted member, and the guide member 6 may act as a fitting member. Specifically, a fitting groove is provided along the longitudinal direction of the guide member 6, and a shape that can be fitted into the fitting groove is provided at the end of the pressing member 5, and the pressing member 5 is inserted into the fitting groove. You may comprise so that the edge part of this may be fitted.

In the above embodiment, the guide member 6 is illustrated as being capable of independently swinging around the pin. However, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, the guide member 6 is attached to one side of the side wall 2 a of the back support 2. The link member 100 is attached between two guide members 6 that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, and the two upper and lower guide members 6 that extend in the glass plate stacking direction cooperate with each other. You may make it retract | save back rather than the standing surface 2b of the back support part 2. FIG.

The lever 9 is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a pinion gear 101 that is rotationally driven in cooperation with the swinging operation of the lever 9 and a pinion gear 101 on the surface of the base end side connecting rod 10b are provided at the base end portion of the lever 9. A plurality of meshing groove grooves 102 are provided so as to be arranged along the longitudinal direction, and the rotational movement of the pinion gear 101 accompanying the swinging operation of the lever 9 is caused by the rack groove 102 meshing with the pinion gear 101 to advance and retract the proximal end side connecting rod 10b. You may comprise so that it may convert into a movement.

In addition, the packaging body by the packaging apparatus of this application is used in the state by which the whole packaging body was covered with the envelope bag, the stretch film, etc. as needed for transportation, conveyance, etc.
