Description

The present invention is an invention relating to a ventilation sheet that can be rolled up and down as needed, such as in skylights and valleys of plastic film houses such as greenhouses, and in particular, the sheets do not adhere to each other during winding. The invention relates to a ventilation seat that can be easily lowered and does not cause problems such as sheet tearing due to rainwater pools when the ventilation seat is lowered, that is, when the ventilation seat is closed.

Conventionally, a plastic film house in which a soft transparent plastic film such as a vinyl chloride resin or a polyolefin resin is coated and spread on a frame such as a metal pipe is well known as a plastic film house for crop greenhouse cultivation and other purposes. It has been. In these plastic film houses, it is necessary to ventilate the house when the temperature and humidity in the house become high, and to create an optimum environment for growing crops and farming.

Conventionally, as a method of ventilation, a method of winding a film on the lower side of an agricultural house on a winding core such as a metal pipe and winding the winding core to ventilate is generally performed (Patent Document 1). (See FIG. 3). However, normally the warm air in the agricultural house is gathered on the roof, and ventilation at the lower side is inefficient. In addition, cold air entering the house from the bottom may adversely affect crops. Therefore, it is possible to ventilate more effectively by opening and closing the roof of the agricultural house and the resin film in the valley of the continuous house.

However, there has been no conventional means for easily opening and closing the resin film on the roof portion. For example, in the method in which the resin film on the uppermost side of the ceiling portion is wound around the core and unwound while moving downward (sideward direction) (hereinafter referred to as the unwinding method), the film to be wound is bent due to the gravity of the core. There is a need for a mechanism for supporting and supporting the winding core so that it is easy to occur and does not fall due to gravity. On the other hand, the method of winding up the resin film in the skylight portion around the winding core and moving it upward (the zenith direction) (hereinafter referred to as winding method; see FIG. 2 of Patent Document 1) does not require a mechanism for supporting the winding core. However, while the film is rolled up and the skylight film is opened, the films are in close contact with each other and cannot be easily rolled down (this problem becomes more serious when the roof slope is loose), or the skylight. When the film is closed, a puddle of rainwater or the like is generated between the core and the upper film, which tends to cause a problem that the film easily breaks. .

Therefore, the object of the present invention is a plastic film house ventilation sheet that forms a greenhouse house, and in particular, even when the ventilation sheet is wound around a winding core in a roll-up open type, the covering materials adhere to each other. It can be easily rolled down without water drop, no drop of water drops attached to the inner surface, more preferably a water pool between the winding core and the ventilation sheet even when the ventilation sheet is closed Therefore, it is an object of the present invention to provide a ventilation seat that does not cause the problem that the film is easily broken.

That is, the gist of the present invention is as follows: 1) A ventilation sheet that can be stretched on a plastic film house, wound around a core and wound up and down, and includes a thermoplastic resin film and a net body laminated on the film surface; The plastic film house ventilation sheet, preferably the net body, wherein the film and the net body are at least partially joined in the longitudinal direction when stretched. The plastic film house ventilation sheet according to 1) or the net body is laminated on the inner surface side when the thermoplastic resin film is stretched, which is laminated on the outer surface side when the thermoplastic resin film is stretched. 1) The plastic film house ventilation sheet according to 1), more preferably the thermoplastic resin film is in contact with the core. Near parts, plastic film house ventilation sheet according to any one of to 1), characterized in that drain openings are provided 3), in.

According to the ventilation sheet of the present invention, when the ventilation sheet is wound around the winding core in a winding-up type, the covering material does not adhere to each other and can be easily lowered, and further adhered to the inner surface. There is an effect that a drop of water does not drop, and more preferably, even when the ventilation sheet is closed, there is no problem that the film easily breaks due to a pool of water between the core and the ventilation sheet. be able to.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail, but the present invention is not limited to these embodiments.

1 and 2 show a plastic film house in which the ventilation sheet of the present invention is employed in the skylight portion of the plastic film house. FIG. 1 shows a state diagram in which the ventilation sheet is closed and the plastic film house is sealed, and FIG. 2 shows a state diagram in which the ventilation sheet is opened to ventilate the house. FIG. 3 is a schematic view showing details of an example of a ventilation sheet.

The plastic film house of the present invention refers to a resin film 1 that is stretch-coated on a framework that forms an internal space such as a metal pipe, for example, in a greenhouse used for accelerated cultivation of crops. The shape of the plastic film house is not particularly limited, and when viewed from the front, the one having a vertical side and an arched roof, the one having a vertical side and an oblique roof, and the side Any of a semicircular shape in which the roof portion is continuously formed of a curve may be used. Further, it may be a continuous house where plastic film houses are continuously connected.

As the resin film 1 that is usually coated on a plastic film house, an agricultural resin film that has been conventionally used for stretch coating on an agricultural house or the like can be used. For example, a soft resin film made of vinyl chloride resin or polyolefin resin can be used, but is not limited thereto. These resin films are usually stretch-coated on the outside of the framework, and are fixed by a fixing tool or a band in some places.

In the plastic film house using the ventilating sheet of the present invention, an ordinary covering resin film 1 is opened to an appropriate area of a predetermined portion of the roof portion of the house without extending, that is, a skylight 1a (with a ventilating sheet). A little smaller than the area to be coated).

As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fine mesh insect-repelling net 2 is previously spread on the skylight portion 1a. Therefore, when the sheet for ventilation is rolled up and the skylight is opened, air permeability can be secured and insects can be prevented from entering, which is preferable.

The ventilation sheet 3 of the present invention is a transparent and flexible sheet having an area larger than at least the skylight portion, and its upper end is fixed by a fixture or the like so as to be in close contact with the plastic film house. The core 4 is fixed to the lower end, and the core 4 is rotated to wind the ventilation sheet 3 from the lower end side to open the skylight in the winding direction.

The ventilation sheet 3 of the present invention comprises a multilayer structure of a thermoplastic resin film 3a and a net body 3b laminated on the film surface, and the film 3a and the net body 3b are at least in the longitudinal direction when stretched. It is characterized by being partially joined.

The thermoplastic resin film 3a constituting the ventilation sheet 3 is composed of a resin film having the same transparency and flexibility as the resin film 1 used for the normal stretching described above. For example, vinyl chloride resin, polyethylene, Any known thermoplastic resin such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, a polyolefin resin such as polypropylene, a polyester resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, a polymethyl methacrylate resin, or a fluororesin can be used. Particularly preferred are soft vinyl chloride resin and polyolefin resin films. The film may be a single layer or a multilayer and has a thickness of 10 to 1000 μm, preferably 20 to 200 μm, and any known additive depending on its use, for example, a plasticizer, an ultraviolet ray inhibitor, a light stabilizer, a heat retaining agent, It is possible to mix a lubricant.

The net body 3b constituting the ventilation sheet of the present invention is laminated on the surface of the thermoplastic resin film 3a. As one embodiment of the present invention, the net body 3b is laminated on the outer surface side of the thermoplastic resin film 3a when the house is stretched, and another embodiment is characterized in that the net body 3b is The thermoplastic resin film 3a is laminated on the inner surface side when stretched.

Any embodiment is preferable, but the embodiment in which the net body 3b is laminated on the outer surface side during the expansion is less likely to cause the droplets attached to the inside of the house to drop off when the ventilation sheet is expanded. The aspect in which the body 3b is laminated on the inner surface side during expansion has the advantage that dirt is less likely to adhere to the outside of the ventilation sheet.

The net body 3b constituting the ventilation sheet means a so-called flexible rough net-like structure composed of a so-called longitudinal thread group and a transverse thread group. For the purpose of the present invention, it is preferably made of a thermoplastic resin. A net body that is flexible and relatively transparent is preferable. Examples of thermoplastic resins constituting the net body include polyolefin resins such as polyethylene resins, ethylene-vinyl acetate resins, polypropylene resins, polyamide resins such as nylon 6 and nylon 66, and polyester resins. Examples thereof include a resin and a polyvinyl chloride resin, and it is preferable to use a material having the same quality as the thermoplastic resin film 3a or a compatible material.

The arrangement of the yarn is not particularly limited, and may be an oblique arrangement, and it is not necessary that the warp and weft thickness and the arrangement interval are uniform. The roughness can be arbitrarily selected from about 0.1 mm to 15 mm, but for the purpose of the present invention, it is not necessary to have fine eyes, and about 0.5 mm to 7 mm is preferable. If the eyes are too fine, dirt is likely to adhere, and if the eyes are too coarse, the effects of the present invention are difficult to exert.

Although the thickness of the yarn is not particularly limited, it is usually possible to use a yarn such as a monofilament, a multifilament, or a split yarn that is used in a commercially available net body.

In the ventilation sheet of the present invention, the thermoplastic resin film 3a constituting the ventilation sheet and the net body 3b laminated on the surface thereof are joined at least partially in the longitudinal direction during expansion. It is characterized by. That is, the thermoplastic resin film 3a and the net body 3b are not joined all over, but are joined in a row or part in the vertical direction. If the film 3a and the net body 3b are joined together or joined in a row in the horizontal direction during expansion, drops of water droplets adhering to the inner surface will occur, particularly when the net body 3b is laminated on the inner surface of the film. This is because it is easy. Moreover, if it does not join at all, the workability at the time of expansion and winding / unwinding is not preferable.

As a specific joining mode, in FIG. 3, when the ventilation sheet is spread on a plastic film house, the joining portion 5 where the thermoplastic resin film 3 a and the net body 3 b are joined in the longitudinal direction. An example provided in a row is shown. A plurality of bonding sites are provided in the lateral direction, and the interval is preferably 5 cm to 40 cm, and preferably about 7 cm to 30 cm.

Although FIG. 3 shows an example in which the electrodes are arranged in a row, such bonding may be dotted or partial bonding.

As a specific joining method, although depending on the material of the thermoplastic resin film 3a and the net body 3b, various methods such as thermal fusion, joining with an adhesive, partial joining with a string or a tape can be used. Particularly, for the purpose of outdoor spreading, it is preferable that the thermoplastic resin film 3a and the net body 3b are bonded in advance by thermal fusion.

As a preferable feature of the ventilation sheet 3 of the present invention, at least a water-permeable hole is formed in the portion 3a ′ of the thermoplastic resin film 3a constituting the ventilation sheet, which is located near the upper part of the core 4 when the ventilation sheet is closed. 6 or having a slit. The water-permeable holes can be selected from, for example, a diameter of 1 mm to 7 mm, and the slits can be selected from a length of 1 cm to 5 cm, preferably 2 cm to 3 cm, and the water-permeable holes or slits are at least 7 cm from each other. In order to prevent the accumulation of water, it is preferable to arrange it as it exists. In particular, when water-permeable holes and slits are arranged in a staggered pattern, it is possible to efficiently prevent water accumulation on the film. For example, FIG. 3 shows an example in which 3 mm holes are arranged in a staggered pattern at intervals of 5 cm. The range of 3a 'is preferably about 7 cm to 20 cm, preferably about 10 cm to 15 cm, as the length in the longitudinal direction when the ventilation sheet 3 is stretched.

The winding core 4 is a long cylindrical or circular roll (pipe) that serves as a core for winding and rewinding the ventilation sheet 3 covered with the skylight part of the plastic film house, and is solid or hollow. It may be the body. The material may be any material having a certain degree of strength and rigidity. For example, an iron pipe, a vinyl chloride pipe, or the like can be used. The diameter (diameter) of the winding core may be an appropriate diameter for winding and rewinding the ventilation sheet 5, and examples thereof include a range of 5 mm to 50 mm. The length may be appropriately adjusted depending on the size of the house to be used and the range requiring ventilation.

As shown in FIG. 1 showing the time of sealing (when the skylight is closed), the winding core 4 is normally positioned below the upper surface on one side of the skylight portion of the house. On the other hand, at the time of ventilation (when the skylight is opened), the ventilation sheet 5 is wound up while being rotated by the rotation driving means provided at the end of the winding core, and the ventilation sheet 3 is wound up. It automatically rotates in the zenith direction. The winding core can be fixed by fixing the rotary drive device or the like at a place where the predetermined ventilation width has been moved.

On the other hand, as the thermoplastic resin film 3a used for the ventilation sheet 3, as shown in FIG. 3, a polyolefin resin film generally used as an agricultural film is prepared, and a 10 cm portion 3a which is the lower side during stretching is prepared. A film in which small holes 6 having a diameter of 3 mm were drilled in a houndstooth pattern at intervals of 2.5 cm to provide a water passing portion 3a '.

On the other hand, a net body 3b made of polyethylene thread having a coarseness of 2 mm is laminated on the outer surface of the thermoplastic resin film 3a when stretched, and both of them are joined in a row in the direction that becomes the vertical direction when stretched. Then, the joining portions 5 having a spacing of 10 cm in the lateral direction were formed by heat fusion, and the ventilation sheet 3 was created.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the ventilation sheet is fixed by winding a winding core 4 on the lower part and fixing the upper part to a plastic film house, and is provided for ventilation work by a winding method. As a result, there is no adhesion between the ventilation sheets at the time of winding and unwinding, and the winding and unwinding can be easily performed, and at the time of lowering, that is, when the ventilation sheet is closed, the sheet breaks due to the accumulation of rainwater, etc. It was confirmed that no problem occurred.
