Description

The present invention relates to a sliding door locking device operated by an opening / closing handle, and a sliding door provided with the same.

Conventionally, a sliding door locking device built in a sliding shoji door toe that can be freely opened and closed inside the frame and operated by an opening / closing handle. A hook member (sickle lock) that locks and unlocks the door, and a kicking member that protrudes and slides from the door front surface of the sliding shoji to relatively press the vertical frame. A device that interlocks with an unlocking operation is known (for example, see Patent Document 1). This kick-out member assists the opening operation of the sliding shoji by its reaction force by protruding from the door front surface of the sliding shoji and colliding with the vertical frame (kicking out). Even a sliding shoji with heavy weight, such as a shoji incorporating glass, can be easily opened with a small force.
JP 2004-52218 A

In such a conventional locking device, since the kicking member and the hook member are interlocked with the kicking member as an input side, the hook member protrudes as the protruding kicking member is immersed during unlocking. It is necessary to release the interlocking between the kick-out member and the hook member after the kick-out member protrudes so as not to be staggered. For this reason, at the time of locking, the interlocking of both is released, and it is necessary to perform the protrusion operation of the hook member with a handle or a lever provided separately from the opening / closing handle.

The present invention provides a sliding door locking device capable of unlocking and kicking out the kick-out member by opening / closing the opening / closing handle, and also performing locking only by closing the opening / closing handle, and a sliding door equipped with the same The purpose is to do.

The sliding door locking device of the present invention is a sliding door locking device that is attached to the door end side of a shoji that is detachably attached to the frame, and that can be locked and unlocked to the frame by operating the opening / closing handle. The hook member that appears and disappears from the front end of the door and locks and unlocks the frame, and the hook member is unlocked in conjunction with the opening operation of the opening and closing handle, and is locked in conjunction with the closing operation of the opening and closing handle. A locking mechanism to be operated, a kicking member that moves in and out of the door surface of the shoji to relatively press the frame, a kicking mechanism that causes the kicking member to project in conjunction with the opening operation of the opening and closing handle, A kick-out mechanism that engages with the kick-out member by opening the opening / closing handle, protrudes against the return spring, and immediately before the opening operation is completed. Engaging / disengaging operation to release engagement with the kicking member Characterized in that it has a timber.

According to this configuration, when the kicking mechanism has the engagement / disengagement operation member that releases the engagement with the kicking member immediately before the completion of the opening operation, when opening / closing the opening / closing handle (when unlocking), When the engaging / disengaging member engages with the kicking member to project the kicking member and the opening / closing handle is closed (when locked), the engagement between the engaging / disengaging member and the kicking member is released. Therefore, the kick-out member does not protrude. Therefore, when the opening / closing handle is opened, the hook member is sunk (unlocked) via the locking mechanism, and the kicking member protrudes (kick out) via the kicking mechanism, while the opening / closing handle is closed. The hook member only protrudes (locks) via the locking mechanism, and the kick-out member does not protrude.
Further, the kicking member is projected by the opening operation of the opening / closing handle, and the engagement between the kicking mechanism and the kicking member is released immediately before the opening operation of the opening / closing handle is completed, so that the kicking member protrudes. Since the opening operation of the opening / closing handle is not transmitted to the engaging / disengaging operation member, the protruding kicking member can be automatically and immediately immersed by the return spring. Therefore, in the open state of the shoji, both the kick-out member and the hook member can be immersed and do not get in the way.
The shoji may be any sliding door shoji that is attached to the frame so as to be freely opened and closed, and may be of any type such as a one-pull type or a double-pull type.

In this case, the opening / closing handle is opened by a turning operation from the downward position to the lateral position facing the opening direction, and is closed by a turning operation from the lateral position to the downward position, and the hook member is A lock that is configured to be rotatable between a locked position and an unlocked position around the shaft, is fixed to the handle shaft of the opening / closing handle, and has a crank protrusion that transmits a forward / reverse rotation operation of the opening / closing handle to the locking mechanism. An input member is further provided, and the locking mechanism preferably has a link that connects the crank protrusion and the hook member and reverses the rotation direction of the opening / closing handle.

According to this configuration, the opening / closing handle is opened by a rotation operation from the downward position to the lateral position facing the opening direction, so that the opening / closing handle is opened and the sliding slide is subsequently opened when the sliding door is opened. Operation can be performed continuously. Further, since the locking mechanism has a link that reverses the rotation direction of the opening / closing handle, when the opening / closing handle is opened, the locking mechanism causes the hook member to move in the opposite direction to the rotation operation of the opening / closing handle, that is, It can be rotated from the lateral position facing the closing direction to the upward position, and when the opening / closing handle is closed, the hook member can be rotated from the upward position to the lateral position. For this reason, the hook member can prevent the locked state from being in the horizontal position and the unlocked state from being in the upward position, and can be prevented from being switched from the locked state to the unlocked state due to an impact on the door frame. Therefore, the operation for opening the shoji can be performed smoothly, and the locked state of the hook member can be stabilized.

In this case, the locking mechanism urges the hook member protruding to the locking position in the locking direction and the locking position and the unlocking position so as to urge the hook member that has been immersed in the unlocking position in the unlocking direction. It is preferable to further include a hook restricting spring whose urging direction with respect to the hook support shaft exceeds a dead point at a substantially intermediate position.

According to this configuration, since the hook restricting spring is provided, the hook member rotated in the locking direction from a substantially intermediate position between the locking position and the unlocking position is urged in the locking direction by the hook restricting spring and locked. The hook member rotated to the position and rotated in the unlocking direction from the substantially intermediate position is urged in the locking direction by the hook regulating spring and rotated to the unlocking position. For this reason, the hook member is not unlocked or locked only by slightly rotating the opening / closing handle, and during the locking operation, the hook member can be reliably rotated to the locking position. The hook member can be reliably rotated to the unlocked position.

In these cases, the vertical frame is provided with a hook receiver that locks the hook member, and one of the hook member and the hook receiver is an inclined portion that attracts the hook receiver as the hook member rotates to the locking position. Is preferably provided.

According to this configuration, the hook member is provided with the inclined portion that attracts the hook receiver, so that the shoji is not properly closed, that is, a certain amount of space between the door toe and the door toe vertical frame. Even when an attempt is made to lock the hook member by closing the opening / closing handle in a state where there is a gap, the hook member can attract the hook receiver, so that the gap is eliminated and the lock can be appropriately performed. it can.

In these cases, the opening / closing handle is opened by turning from the downward position to the lateral position facing in the opening direction, and closed by turning from the lateral position to the downward position. The kicker is configured to be rotatable about a member support shaft at a substantially intermediate position, fixed to the handle shaft of the opening / closing handle, and formed with an operating projection for transmitting a forward / reverse rotation operation of the opening / closing handle to the engaging / disengaging member. The engaging member is further provided with an input member and an engaging spring that urges the engaging / disengaging member in a direction in which the kicking member protrudes, and the engaging / disengaging member is engaged with the operating protrusion at the distal end in the longitudinal direction. At the same time, the engagement protrusion engages with the kick-out member at the tail end, and the operation protrusion rotates the engagement / disengagement operation member, and may be separated from the front end of the engagement / disengagement operation member immediately before the opening operation of the opening / closing handle is completed. preferable.

According to this configuration, when the opening / closing handle is opened, the rotation operation is transmitted to the engagement / disengagement member, and the engagement / disengagement member rotates in the direction in which the kick-out member protrudes. The kick-out member is advanced to the protruding position. Since the operating projection is separated from the tip of the engagement / disengagement member immediately before the opening / closing handle is opened, the opening / closing operation of the opening / closing handle is not transmitted to the engagement / disengagement member. The engagement between the kick-out mechanism and the kick-out member can be released immediately before the completion of the opening operation.

In this case, the kick-out member has an engagement groove that engages and disengages the tail end portion of the engagement / disengagement operation member, and is configured to be movable back and forth between the protruding position and the retracted position. An abutting engagement surface that engages with the tail end portion by rotation in a direction in which the actuating member protrudes the kicking member, and an inclined flank surface that disengages from the tail end portion by rotation in the immersion direction It is preferable to have.

According to this configuration, the engaging groove of the kicking member has the abutting surface, so that when the opening / closing handle is opened, the turning operation is transmitted to the engaging / disengaging member, and the engaging / disengaging member becomes the kicking member. By rotating in the direction of projecting, the tail end portion of the engaging / disengaging member engages with the abutting surface, and the kicking member is advanced to the projecting position. Then, immediately before the opening operation of the opening / closing handle is completed, the operating protrusion is separated from the distal end portion of the engaging / disengaging operation member, so that the kicking member that has advanced to the protruding position is retracted to the immersion position by the return spring. At this time, the engagement / disengagement member is engaged with the abutment surface of the engagement groove by the immersion of the kicking member, and is opposite to the direction in which the kicking member protrudes. To the position at the start of the opening operation.
Further, since the engaging groove of the kicking member has a flank, when the engagement / disengagement member rotates in a direction to immerse the kicking member, the engagement between the tail end portion of the engagement / disengagement member and the engagement groove is caused. It is possible to make the state released. Therefore, even when the rotation operation is transmitted to the engagement / disengagement member when the opening / closing handle is closed, the engagement / disengagement member is disengaged from the kick-out member and the engagement spring is released. The kicking member can be rotated in a direction to be immersed against the above.

The sliding door of the present invention includes the above-described sliding door locking device.

According to this configuration, the unlocking device includes the sliding door locking device that can unlock and kick the kick-out member by opening the opening / closing handle and can only lock the closing handle by closing the opening / closing handle. The locking operation and the opening operation of the shoji can be performed reliably and easily, and the locking operation can be performed appropriately and easily.

According to the sliding door locking device of the present invention, the unlocking operation and the kicking-out member can be performed by opening the opening / closing handle, and only the locking can be performed by closing the opening / closing handle. It is not necessary to provide a separate part from the open / close handle, the number of parts can be reduced, and the open / close operation of the sliding door can be easily performed only by opening / closing the open / close handle.

It is designed to be slightly pulled toward the outside (small movement). Then, by this pulling operation, the lower end portion (lower arm) of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is brought into close contact with the lower seal member 92 attached to the outdoor side inner surface of the movable shoji lower support portion 46 (outer standing piece 52).

As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the door-end vertical frame 13 includes an outdoor screen door accommodating portion 62, a rectangular vertical frame hollow portion 63 that extends to the indoor side of the screen door accommodating portion 62, and a vertical frame hollow portion 63. A door-end anchor fixing portion 64 disposed back to back and a vertical frame seal mounting portion 65 extending inwardly from the outdoor side of the vertical frame hollow portion 63 are provided with a door-end vertical frame main body 61 integrally formed. The door end parting piece 66 screwed so as to be attached to the indoor side of the door end anchor fixing portion 64 is provided. And the door-end seal member 93 with which the door front-end | tip part (door-end vertical rod 113) of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is closely_contact | adhered by said drawing operation | movement is attached to the outdoor side inner surface of the vertical frame seal attaching part 65. Yes.

Similarly, the Tojiri vertical frame 14 is a Tojiri vertical frame integrally formed by a fixed shoji vertical support portion 72 on the outdoor side and a Tojiri anchor fixing portion 73 connected to the indoor side of the fixed shoji vertical support portion 72. A vertical frame pressing edge 74 that includes a main body 71 and engages with the fixed shoji vertical support portion 72 from the indoor side, and a door bottom parting piece 75 that is screwed so as to be attached to the indoor side of the door-end anchor fixing portion 64. I have.

The middle bone 15 includes a square middle bone hollow portion 82, a fixed shoji middle support portion 83 extending inwardly from the middle bone hollow portion 82, and a middle bone seal mounting projecting on the indoor side surface of the middle bone hollow portion 82. A central bone body 81 formed integrally with a portion 84 and a pair of rib pieces 85, 85 projecting outward from the ends of the hollow hollow portion 82 and the stationary shoji middle support portion 83. The support part 83 is provided with the middle bone pushing edge 86 engaged from the indoor side. Then, the door seal member 94 is attached to the middle seal attaching portion 84 so that the door bottom end (the door bottom vertical rod 114) of the sliding suspension shoji 3 is closely attached by the above-described pulling operation. In addition, when viewed from the surface of the seal, the middle bone 15 functions as a vertical frame on the door edge side with respect to the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 in the closed state.

It should be noted that the door butt ridge 114 and the middle bone 15 of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 to be described later are arranged so as to be displaced from each other in the direction of finding. As a result, the fixed shoji 4 can exchange the multi-layer glass 96 from the indoor side in the form of a pushing edge. Similarly, the sliding sliding shoji 3 can replace the multi-layer glass 115 on the outdoor side. It can be done in the form of a push edge. That is, the multilayer glass 115 can be replaced without removing the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 from the window frame.

Further, an upper seal member 91 (see FIG. 2), a lower seal member 92, a door-end seal member 93, and a door-end seal member 94, which are in close contact with the casing 110 of the upper-sliding sliding shoji 3 described later, are mounted by bending the corner portions. It is composed of a single unit. That is, the sealing member 90 (air tight material) of the embodiment is a single member formed by so-called two-color molding of a hard resin that becomes a mounting portion and a soft resin that becomes a sealing portion. The upper frame 11 is abutted at both ends thereof, and is attached to a quadrilateral frame composed of the door-end vertical frame 13 and the middle bone 15. However, the single seal member 90 may be formed in an annular shape (endless) in the production stage.

As shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the fixed shoji 4 is composed of a double-glazed glass 96 in consideration of heat insulation and soundproofing, and the upper end is on the fixed shoji upper support portion 23 of the upper frame 11 and the lower end is on the lower side. The right end of the frame 12 is attached to the fixed shoji support part 45, the right end is attached to the door butt vertical frame 14, and the left end is attached to the central bone 15 in an airtight and push-edge manner (with a gasket interposed). As shown in FIGS. 2 and 4, the movable screen door 7 is configured by incorporating a folding net body 105 into an upper guide frame 101, a lower guide frame 102, a door-end frame 103, and a door bottom frame 104. The upper support part 23, the fixed shoji lower support part 45, the door-end vertical frame 13 and the middle bone 15 are attached to be freely opened and closed. That is, the movable screen door 7 is mounted by using the upper and lower screen door bases 106 and 107 by using each component frame portion for mounting the fixed shoji 4 and in the prospective direction including the open / closed state. It is in the same position as the fixed shoji 4.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 4, the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 is assembled with a casing 110 in which an upper arm 111, a lower arm 112, a door toe vertical arm 113, and a door toe vertical arm 114 are assembled in a four-round manner. The multi-layer glass 115, a pair of suspension wheels 116, 116 extending upward from the upper end of the casing 110 (upper casing 111), and a pair of guide protrusions 117, 117 extending downward from the lower end of the casing 110 (lower casing 112). It consists of and. The pair of suspension wheels 116 and 116 are disposed apart from each other on the door end side and the door bottom side. Correspondingly, the pair of guide protrusions 117 and 117 are also separated on the door tip side and the door bottom side. (See FIG. 1).

An upper contact piece 121 is provided on the upper collar 111 so as to be in close contact with the upper seal member 91 so as to be screwed to the upper surface thereof. The upper contact piece 121 is integrally formed in a substantially “L” shape with a contact piece portion 122 standing on the outdoor side of the upper cage 111 and a fixed piece portion 123 fixed to the upper surface of the upper cage 111. Similarly, the lower collar 112 is provided with a lower contact piece 124 that is in close contact with the lower seal member 92 so as to be screwed to the lower surface thereof. The lower intimate piece 124 is integrally formed in a substantially inverted “L” shape with an intimate piece portion 125 depending on the outdoor side of the lower rod 112 and a fixed piece portion 126 fixed to the lower surface of the lower rod 112. . In this case, the contact piece 122 of the upper contact piece 121 enters the movable support upper part 24 of the upper frame 11, and the contact piece 125 of the lower contact piece 124 is the lower support part 46 of the lower frame 12. It enters the inside of (a gap portion between the upright piece 52 and the lower guide attachment 54). In this way, by making the upper contact piece 121 and the lower contact piece 124 separate, the upper ridge 111 and the lower ridge 112 made of the same shape material are made versatile and barrier-free (floor flat). It can be made to correspond.

The door toe vertical arm 113 and the door toe vertical arm 114 have the same cross-sectional shape, and the door handle vertical arm 113 is attached with the opening / closing handle 5 at the upper and lower intermediate positions, and the lock unit 6 is Built in. Further, the abutting member 128 is screwed to the outer end surface in the direction of finding the Tojiri vertical rod 114. In addition, the case 110 of the sliding sliding shoji 3 is configured such that each corner portion is joined at an angle of 45 ° (see FIGS. 6 to 9). While joining with a letter-shaped reinforcing plate, a resin-made joining plate is interposed between the joint ends.

Each suspension vehicle 116 includes a pair of two wheels 131 and 131 having a built-in bearing, a suspension axle 132 that is passed between each pair of wheels 131 and rotatably supports the wheel 131, and a pair of suspension axles 132 and 132. A wheel base 133 rotatably supporting the wheel base 133, a suspension member 134 suspended from the wheel base 133, and an upper guide roller 135 rotatably supported at an intermediate position of the suspension member 134. A lower end portion of the suspension member 134 is screwed to the upper collar 111 via a spacer 136 (see FIGS. 6 and 7). The sliding stroke in the axial direction of the wheel base 133 with respect to the suspension axle 132 substantially coincides with the moving dimension of the upper sliding sliding door 3 that moves minutely in the expected direction by the above-described pulling operation. The wheel base 133 slides on the suspension axle 132 to the outdoor side with a slight movement to the outside. As a result, the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 can be pulled and operated without difficulty.

Each guide projection 117 has a shaft-like member 138 whose upper end is screwed to the lower collar 112, and a lower guide roller 139 that is rotatably supported by the shaft-like member 138. The upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is opened and closed in an upper suspension manner by a suspension wheel 116 that rolls on a pair of rail pieces 31, 31 formed on the upper frame 11, and at that time, the upper guide roller 135 is attached to the upper frame 11. The lower guide roller 139 is guided so as to be in rolling contact with the lower guide attachment 54 (the guide groove portion 56 thereof) of the lower frame 12. Although details will be described later, the door guide side upper guide roller 135 is connected to the door tip upper guide block 141 and the door edge side upper guide roller 135 is connected to the door within the range in which the pulling force acts on the sliding sliding shoji 3. The lower guide roller 139 is guided by the upper edge guide block 146, the lower guide roller 139 on the door end side is guided by the lower door guide block 151, and the lower guide roller 139 on the door edge side is guided by the lower door edge guide block 156, respectively.

Here, with reference to FIG. 6 thru | or FIG. 9, the attraction | suction mechanism of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is demonstrated in detail. As described above, the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is configured to be capable of minute movement in the prospective direction via the pair of suspension wheels 116 and 116, and the upper portion thereof is supported by the door tip upper guide block 141 and the door bottom upper guide block 146. The lower part of the door is guided and pulled by the door-end guide block 151 and the door-bottom guide block 156, respectively.

In addition, this pulling operation is performed in a moving range from the position immediately before closing to the closing completion position of the sliding sliding shoji 3 and the pulling releasing operation is performed in a moving range from the closing completion position to the position immediately after opening. . Therefore, in this moving range, the door guide side upper and lower guide rollers 135 and 139 are guided by the door tip upper and lower guide blocks 141 and 151, and the door bottom side upper and lower guide rollers 135 and 139 are driven by the door bottom upper and lower guide rollers. Each guide block is arranged so as to be guided by the blocks 146 and 156, respectively. Specifically, the door end upper and lower guide blocks 141 and 151 are disposed directly above and immediately below the door vertical shaft 113 of the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 in the closed state, and the door bottom upper and lower guide blocks 146 and 156 are It is disposed immediately above and below the Tojiri vertical fence 114.

The upper door guide block 141 is integrally formed with a resin by a block main body 142 fixed so as to be accommodated in the movable shoji upper support portion 24 and a guide groove 143 formed in the block main body 142. The guide attachment 34 is arranged to be connected to the door end side end. The guide groove 143 is disposed to have the same width as the guide opening 38 of the upper guide attachment 34 and to be continuous with the guide opening 38. The guide groove 143 is bent obliquely to the outdoor side at a substantially intermediate position in the extending direction (finding direction). That is, when the upper guide roller 135 moves from the bent position to the end position, the above-described pulling operation is performed.

The upper toe guide block 146 is integrally formed of a resin with a block main body 147 fixed so as to be accommodated in the movable shoji upper support 24 and a guide groove 148 formed in the block main body 147. The guide attachment 34 is arranged so as to be connected to the door-end side end. The guide groove 148 is disposed to have the same width as the guide opening 38 of the upper guide attachment 34 and to be continuous with the guide opening 38. The guide groove 148 is bent in a mountain shape on the outdoor side at a substantially intermediate position in the extending direction (finding direction). That is, when the upper guide roller 135 is moved from the base position of the mountain shape to the top position, the above-described pulling operation is performed. The upper guide attachment 34 is also provided at a portion facing the fixed shoji 4 that is further ahead of the upper door bottom guide block 146.

Similarly, the door bottom guide block 151 is integrally formed of resin with a block main body 152 fixed so as to be accommodated in the movable sliding door lower support portion 46 and a guide groove 153 formed in the block main body 152. The lower guide attachment 54 is arranged so as to be connected to the door end side end. The guide groove 153 is disposed to have the same width as the guide groove portion 56 of the lower guide attachment 54 and to be continuous with the guide groove portion 56. The guide groove 153 is bent obliquely to the outdoor side at a substantially intermediate position in the extending direction (finding direction). That is, the lower guide roller 139 moves from the bent position to the end position, whereby the above-described pulling operation is performed.

Similarly, the door bottom lower guide block 156 is integrally formed with a resin by a block main body 157 fixed so as to be accommodated in the movable lower shoji support portion 46 and a guide groove 158 formed in the block main body 157. The lower guide attachment 54 is arranged so as to be connected to the door-end side end. The guide groove 158 is disposed to have the same width as the guide groove portion 56 of the lower guide attachment 54 and to be continuous with the guide groove portion 56. The guide groove 158 is bent in a mountain shape on the outdoor side at a substantially intermediate position in the extending direction (finding direction). That is, the lower guide roller 139 moves from the mountain-shaped skirt position to the top position, whereby the above-described pulling operation is performed.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 1, 4, and 5, the door-end vertical rod 113 of the sliding sliding shoji 3 has resin door-end pulling blocks 161 at two locations on the upper and lower sides of the door-end surface, respectively. It is attached. Corresponding to the door-end drawing block 161, a drawing receiving piece 162 is integrally projected in the vertical frame hollow portion 63 of the door-end vertical frame 13. When the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 moves from the position just before the closing to the closing completion position, the door-side drawing blocks 161 are engaged with the drawing receiving pieces 162, and the inclined engagement surfaces formed on the door-tip drawing blocks 161 are formed. By the action of 161a (see FIG. 5), the door end side of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is slightly pulled toward the outdoor side.

Similarly, a resin-made Tojiri drawing block 166 is attached to each of the upper and lower three portions of the outdoor-side finding surface of the Tojiri-shaft 114 of the upper suspension sliding shoji 3. Corresponding to each door bottom drawing block 166, the resin receiving blocks 167 made of resin are respectively attached to the middle bone 15 at three locations above and below the indoor-side finding surface. When the upper suspension sliding shoji 3 is moved from the position immediately before closing to the closing completion position, the door bottom drawing blocks 166 are engaged with the drawing receiving blocks 167, and the inclined engaging surfaces formed on the blocks 166 and 167, respectively. By the action of (not shown), the door butt side of the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 is slightly pulled toward the outdoor side.

In this way, the various types of pulling mechanisms allow the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 to move slightly to the outdoor side (drawing operation) when moving from the position immediately before closing to the closing completion position. However, the seal member 90 provided so as to be continuous with the upper frame 11, the lower frame 12, the door-end vertical frame 13 and the inner frame 15 is strongly and tightly maintained, and the seal member 90 is deformed by sliding. Damage can be suppressed. On the contrary, since the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 moves slightly from the closing position to the position immediately after opening (retraction operation), the deformation and damage of the seal member 90 due to sliding are suppressed. Can do.

Next, the lock unit 6 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11. The lock unit 6 includes a lock case 171 also serving as a support frame, a lock device 172 accommodated in the lock case 171, and a lock receiver 173 embedded in the door-end vertical frame 13.

On the other hand, the opening / closing handle 5 for locking and unlocking the locking device 172 is curved in a substantially “U” shape, and its base portion is rotatably attached to the indoor-side finding surface of the door-end vertical shaft 113. It has been. In addition, the handle shaft 176 of the opening / closing handle 5 is formed in a substantially square cross section and is disposed so as to extend into the hollow interior of the door-end vertical rod 113 and pass through the lock case 171 (lock device 172). The opening / closing handle 5 is opened by a turning operation from a downward position to a lateral position facing the opening direction, and closed by a turning operation from the lateral position to a downward position. As described above, the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is performed by the rotation operation from the downward position to the lateral position facing the opening direction, so that the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 and the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 can be performed. It is possible to continuously perform the slide-opening operation of the subsequent sliding sliding shoji 3.

The lock receiver 173 is a frame-side face provided so as to cover the bag cover 181 housed in the vertical frame hollow portion 63 of the door-end vertical frame 13 and the vertical frame opening formed in the front wall 63a of the vertical frame hollow portion 63. The plate 182 includes an engagement receiving member 186 (hook receiver) that is screwed to a lower portion in the bag cover 181 and locks a hook member 201 of a locking device 172 described later. The bag cover 181 and the frame-side face plate 182 Are screwed to each other with the front wall 63a interposed therebetween. The frame side face plate 182 is formed with a lock opening 183 facing the hook member 201, and the lock opening 183 communicates with the inside of the bag cover 181. Further, the engagement receiving member 186 is formed in a substantially “L” shape in cross section, and has a downwardly inclined surface 186a (inclined portion) from the lower opening edge 184 of the lock opening 183 toward the back of the bag. Then, the engaging portion 216 of the hook member 201 enters the inside of the bag cover 181 from the lock opening 183 and is locked to the engagement receiving member 186 of the lock opening 183.

The lock case 171 includes a case main body 191 accommodated in the hollow interior of the door-end vertical rod 113, and a heel-side face plate provided so as to cover a vertical-port opening formed on the door-end side wall 113a of the door-end vertical ridge 113 The case main body 191 and the heel side face plate 192 are screwed to each other with the door end side end face wall 113a interposed therebetween. A hook opening 193 from which the hook member 201 projects and a kick-out opening 194 from which a later-described kick-out member 203 projects are formed in the heel side face plate 192 vertically. The hook opening 193 and the lock opening 183 are disposed at substantially the same position, and the kicking opening 194 faces the lower part of the frame-side face plate 182. That is, the hook member 201 protruding and retracting from the hook opening 193 is locked and unlocked with respect to the engagement receiving member 186 of the lock opening 183, and the kicking member 203 protruding from the kicking opening 194 (door surface) is the frame side. It collides (kicks out) with the lower part of the face plate 182.

The locking device 172 includes a hook member 201 that protrudes from and exits from the door end side wall 113a and locks and unlocks the door end vertical frame 13 at the upper part of the lock case 171; And a locking mechanism 202 that performs locking and unlocking operation in conjunction with the operation, and a kicking member that protrudes and descends from the door end side wall 113a and presses the door end vertical frame 13 relatively below the lock case 171. 203 and a kicking mechanism 204 that projects the kicking member 203 in conjunction with the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5. Further, the lock device 172 is fixed to a handle shaft 176 that passes through the substantially vertical center position of the lock case 171, and an input member 205 that transmits a forward / reverse rotation operation of the opening / closing handle 5 to the locking mechanism 202 and the kicking mechanism 204. I have.

Further, the locking device 172 includes a return spring 206 that urges the kicking member 203 in the retracting direction, and an engagement spring 207 that urges the engagement / disengagement operating member 231 (described later) of the kicking mechanism 204 to rotate. Is provided.

The input member 205 includes a crank protrusion 211 that transmits a forward / reverse rotation operation of the opening / closing handle 5 to the locking mechanism 202, and an engagement / disengagement operation member 231 (described later) of the kicking mechanism 204. ) Is integrally formed. The crank protrusion 211 and the operating protrusion 212 are at an angle of approximately 90 °, and when the opening / closing handle 5 is opened (when the closing operation is completed), that is, when the opening / closing handle 5 is in the downward position, the crank protrusion 211 is an upward position, and the operating projection is a lateral position with the door end side facing (see FIG. 10). When the opening / closing handle 5 starts to close (when the opening operation is completed), that is, when the opening / closing handle 5 is in the lateral position, 211 is a lateral position facing the door end side, and the operating projection 212 is a downward position (see FIG. 13A). FIG. 11 shows the state of the locking device 172 immediately before the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is completed. The crank protrusion 211 is in a substantially lateral position and the operating protrusion 212 is in a substantially downward position.

The hook member 201 is composed of a metal plate or the like, and includes an engagement portion 216 at the tip end that engages with the engagement receiving member 186 of the lock opening 183, a bending portion 217 that is continuous from the engagement portion 216, and It is continuous with the bent portion 217 and is integrally formed in a sickle-lock shape with a support shaft forming portion 218 having a hook support shaft 215 formed at a substantially central portion, and engages with an engagement receiving member 186 around the hook support shaft 215. It is configured to be rotatable between the locked position and the unlocked position completely accommodated in the lock case 171.

Further, the hook member 201 uses the downward inclined surface 186a of the engagement receiving member 186 as described above as it rotates to the locking position even when the upper sliding sliding shoji 3 is not properly closed, that is, The engaging portion 216 is guided by the descending inclined surface 186a and rotated to attract the engaging receiving member 186 of the lock opening 183. That is, the hook member 201 is engaged even when an attempt is made to lock the hook member 201 by closing the open / close handle 5 with a certain gap between the door-end vertical rod 113 and the door-end vertical frame 13. Since the receiving member 186 can be attracted, the above-described gap is eliminated and locking can be performed appropriately. Note that the downward inclined surface 186a of the engagement receiving member 186 may be formed at a corner portion formed of a horizontal plane that is continuous with the lower opening edge 184 of the lock opening 183 and a bottom surface that is continuous with the horizontal plane. In this case, by using the inclined end surface 219 (inclined portion) of the bent portion 217 of the hook member 201, that is, when the inclined end surface 219 is guided by the corner of the engagement receiving member 186 and rotated, the hook member 201 is rotated. The engagement receiving member 186 can be attracted.

The locking mechanism 202 includes a link bar 221 that connects the crank protrusion 211 of the input member 205 and the tail end portion of the hook member 201 (support shaft forming portion 218), and a hook regulating spring disposed near the lower portion of the hook member 201. 222.

The link bar 221 constitutes a link mechanism from the rotation shaft (handle shaft 176) of the input member 205 to the hook support shaft 215 of the hook member 201. The hook member 201 rotates the input member 205 by this link mechanism. It rotates in the direction opposite to the direction.

That is, when the input member 205 is rotated by the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 and the crank protrusion 211 is changed from the upward position to the horizontal position, the hook member 201 is moved to the locked position (the engaging portion 216 is directed sideways with respect to the hook support shaft 215). ) To the unlocked position (the engaging portion 216 is upward with respect to the hook support shaft 215) (see FIG. 12), and the closing operation of the opening / closing handle 5 causes the input member 205 to rotate and the crank protrusion 211 to move. When the horizontal position changes to the upward position, the hook member 201 rotates from the unlocked position (upward position) to the locked position (lateral position) (see FIG. 13). Therefore, the hook member 201 can prevent the locked state from being in the horizontal position and the unlocked state from being in the upward position, and can be prevented from being changed from the locked state to the unlocked state due to an impact on the door frame 13 or the like.

The hook restricting spring 222 is constituted by a torsion coil spring, and one end of the hook restricting spring 222 is attached in the vicinity of the hook support shaft 215 so as to form an angle of approximately 90 ° with the connecting portion between the link bar 221 and the hook member 201. The end is attached to a mounting pin 223 protruding from the case body 191. The hook restricting spring 222 is most compressed when the both attachment ends and the hook support shaft 215 are arranged in a straight line, that is, when the hook member 201 is at a substantially intermediate position between the locked position and the unlocked position. It is provided as follows.

For this reason, when the hook member 201 rotates from the locked position to the unlocked position, the hook restricting spring 222 urges the hook restricting spring 222 in a direction to return it to the locked position until reaching the substantially intermediate position. When the member 201 passes the substantially intermediate position, the member 201 is urged so as to move at once to the unlocked position. Similarly, when the hook member 201 rotates from the unlocked position to the locked position, the hook restricting spring 222 urges the hook restricting spring 222 in the direction of the unlocked position until reaching the substantially intermediate position. When the approximate intermediate position is passed, it is urged toward the locking position.

As described above, the hook control spring 222 whose urging direction with respect to the hook support shaft 215 exceeds the dead point at a substantially intermediate position between the locking position and the unlocking position of the hook member 201 is slightly rotated. The hook member 201 is not unlocked or locked only by being operated, and the hook member 201 can be reliably rotated to the locked position during the locking operation, and the hook member 201 is unlocked at the unlocking operation. Can be reliably rotated.

On the other hand, the kick-out member 203 is integrally formed by a pressing portion 226 having a pressing surface to the door vertical frame 13 and a groove forming portion 227 that is continuous with the pressing portion 226 and has an engaging groove 228 described later. The case body 191 is housed so as to be installed on the bottom surface. And it is comprised so that it can advance / retreat between a protrusion position and an immersion position by making the opening edge of the kicking opening 194 into a guide.

The engagement groove 228 is opened at the upper edge of the groove forming portion 227 and is formed obliquely downward from the door tip side to the door butt side. The door engagement side 228a and the door butt side And a flank 228b. When the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 is rotated by the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 (details will be described later), the tail end portion 233a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 is engaged with the abutting engagement surface 228a of the engagement groove 228. Thus, the kick-out member 203 moves forward to the protruding position.

Further, the return spring 206 (coil spring) is stretched between the lower part on the inner side of the door butt side of the case main body 191 and the lower part on the pressing part 226 side of the groove forming part 227. For this reason, when the pivoting operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is transmitted by the kicking mechanism 204, the kicking member 203 advances to the protruding position against the return spring 206, and the kicking mechanism 204 is driven by the engagement / disengagement actuating member 231. When the engagement is released, the return spring 206 is urged to retreat to the immersive position (details will be described later).

The kick mechanism 204 has an engaging / disengaging member 231 that engages with the kick member 203 by opening the opening / closing handle 5 and releases the engagement with the kick member 203 immediately before the opening operation is completed. Yes. The engaging / disengaging operation member 231 has a substantially “L” shape, and is integrally formed by a short arm 232 and a long arm 233 extending from a bent portion (substantially intermediate position in the longitudinal direction), and formed at the bent portion. The member support shaft 234 is configured to be rotatable. Further, the member support shaft 234 incorporates an engagement spring 207 (torsion coil spring) that urges the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 to rotate in the direction in which the kick-out member 203 protrudes.

The engagement / disengagement operation member 231 is engaged with the operation protrusion 212 of the input member 205 at the distal end portion of the short arm 232 (the distal end portion 232a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231) against the engagement spring 207. The front arm of the long arm 233 (the tail end 233a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231) is engaged with the engagement groove 228 of the kick-out member 203.

When the input member 205 rotates in conjunction with the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5, the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 engages with the front end surface (end surface far from the crank protrusion 211) of the operation protrusion 212 in the rotation direction. And it rotates in the direction which makes the kick-out member 203 protrude. Then, immediately before the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is completed, that is, immediately before the operating projection 212 of the input member 205 is in the substantially downward position, the distal end portion 232a of the engagement / disengagement operating member 231 is engaged with the distal end of the operating projection 212. (See FIGS. 11 and 12C) Further, when the input member 205 further rotates, the distal end portion 232a moves away from the operating projection 212.

Since the distal end 232a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 and the operation projection 212 are separated from each other, the rotation operation (opening operation) of the opening / closing handle 5 is not transmitted to the engagement / disengagement operation member 231. And the kicking mechanism 204 are disengaged. That is, after the kick-out member 203 protrudes, the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is not transmitted to the engagement / disengagement operation member 231. For this reason, the protruding kick member 203 can be automatically and immediately immersed by the return spring 206. Therefore, both the kick-out member 203 and the hook member 201 can be kept immersed in the opened state of the upper sliding sliding shoji 3, and there is no obstacle to traffic.

At this time, the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 has its tail end portion 233a engaged with the engagement groove 228 of the kick-out member 203, so that the engagement spring 207 is resisted by the immersion of the kick-out member 203. Then, it rotates in the direction opposite to the direction in which the kicking member 203 protrudes (forward direction), and returns to the position when the opening operation of the opening / closing handle 5 starts. (See FIG. 12D). That is, the return spring 206 urges the engagement / disengagement member 231 in the reverse direction via the kicking member 203 rather than the urging force that the engagement spring 207 urges the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 in the forward direction. The urging power to do is stronger.

On the other hand, when the input member 205 rotates in conjunction with the closing operation of the opening / closing handle 5, the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 has a front end portion 232 a that is the front end surface in the rotation direction of the operation projection 212 (an end surface near the crank projection 211). Engage and rotate in the opposite direction against the engagement spring 207. At this time, the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 has the flank 228b formed in the engagement groove 228 of the kick-out member 203 as described above, so that the tail end 233a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 and the engagement groove 228 are formed. It rotates in the state where the engagement with is released. Then, immediately before the closing operation of the opening / closing handle 5 is completed, that is, immediately before the operating projection 212 of the input member 205 is in a substantially lateral position, the distal end portion 232a of the engagement / disengagement operating member 231 and the distal end of the operating projection 212 are engaged. (See FIG. 13C).

When the input member 205 further rotates, the tip end portion 232a is separated from the operating projection 212, and the engagement / disengagement operation member 231 is rotationally biased by the engagement spring 207 so that the tail end portion 233a engages with the engagement groove 228. It rotates in the positive direction until it returns to the original position (see FIG. 13D).

Here, with reference to FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, a series of operations of the locking device 172 by the opening operation and the closing operation of the opening / closing handle 5 will be described. First, the hook member 201 is unlocked by opening the opening / closing handle 5. That is, the crank protrusion 211 of the input member 205 rotates from the upward position to the horizontal position, and the rotation is transmitted to the hook member 201 via the link bar 221 (link mechanism). While receiving the above-described urging by 222, it is rotated from the locked position to the unlocked position.

Further, in conjunction with the unlocking operation of the hook member 201, the kicking member 203 is protruded. That is, when the operating protrusion 212 of the input member 205 is rotated from the lateral position to the downward position and the rotation is transmitted to the kicking member 203 via the engagement / disengagement operating member 231, the kicking member 203 is It protrudes from the outlet opening 194 and is urged by the return spring 206 to be immersed in the case main body 191. Then, immediately before the opening operation is completed, the operation protrusion 212 of the input member 205 is separated from the tip end portion 232a of the engagement / disengagement operation member 231, so that the engagement between the kick-out mechanism 204 and the kick-out member 203 is released. In this manner, the hook member 201 can be unlocked and the kick member 203 can be kicked out by opening the opening / closing handle 5.

On the other hand, the hook member 201 is locked by closing the opening / closing handle 5. That is, as in the unlocking operation, the crank protrusion 211 of the input member 205 rotates from the lateral position to the upward position, and the rotation is transmitted to the hook member 201 via the link bar 221. While receiving the above urging by the hook restricting spring 222, the hook restricting spring 222 rotates from the unlocked position to the locked position.

Here, since the engagement between the kick-out mechanism 204 and the kick-out member 203 is released immediately before the opening operation is completed as described above, the opening / closing handle 5 can be turned by closing the opening / closing handle 5. The movement is not transmitted to the kicking member 203, and the kicking member 203 is not protruded. That is, the engagement / disengagement operating member 231 only rotates in a state where the engagement with the kicking member 203 is released. Thus, only the hook member 201 can be locked by closing the opening / closing handle 5.
