Abstract
【解決手段】原水の水質変化検出手段と、原水を膜濾過する第一の分離膜装置と、第一の分離膜装置の洗浄排水を膜濾過することにより濾過水を得るとともに所定の濾過時間ごとに洗浄機構により分離膜を洗浄する第二の分離膜装置を備えた膜分離装置の運転方法において、原水水質に応じて第一の分離膜装置の濾過時間を変更するに際し、変更前と変更後の濾過時間の比率の実質的に逆数に相当する分、第二の分離膜装置の膜濾過流量を変更することを特徴とする膜分離装置の運転方法。

Description
図1は、本発明の一実施態様に係る膜分離装置の運転方法の実施に用いる膜分離装置を示している。図1の膜分離装置は、第一の分離膜装置1と第二の分離膜装置2を備えており、原水水質を測定する(水質変化を検出する)手段としての濁度計4を通った原水3が第一の分離膜装置1に送られる。第一の分離膜装置1は、原水槽11、膜モジュール13、膜濾過水槽14より構成され、原水ポンプ12と逆洗ポンプ15を備えている。第二の分離膜装置2は、第一の分離膜装置1の洗浄排水を第二の分離膜装置2の供給水として貯留する供給水槽21、膜モジュール23と膜濾過水槽25より構成され、供給水ポンプ22、逆洗ポンプ26、膜濾過水流量計24を備えている。
本発明の実施の形態で述べた、図1の装置を二台用いて、本発明のシステムの運転安定性と回収率の優位性を確認した。原水には、伏流水を使用し、第一の分離膜モジュールにはXUNV-3203(旭化成ケミカルズ社製)、第二の分離膜モジュールにはXUNP-1003L(旭化成ケミカルズ社製)を用いた。原水水質計器には、濁度計OT-202N(オルガノ社製)を用いた。表1に、二台の装置の運転条件を示す。

Claims (1)
- 原水の水質変化を検出する手段と、原水を膜濾過することにより濾過水を得るとともに所定の濾過時間ごとに洗浄機構により分離膜を洗浄する第一の分離膜装置と、第一の分離膜装置の洗浄排水を膜濾過することにより濾過水を得るとともに所定の濾過時間ごとに洗浄機構により分離膜を洗浄する第二の分離膜装置を備えた膜分離装置の運転方法において、検出される原水水質の値に応じて第一の分離膜装置の濾過時間を変更するに際し、変更前と変更後の濾過時間の比率の実質的に逆数に相当する分、第二の分離膜装置の膜濾過流量を変更することを特徴とする膜分離装置の運転方法。
