Abstract
【解決手段】混合プラスチック粒子を湿式比重選別機で選別する場合、混合プラスチック粒子中の比重の最も重い組成物質の水中での流動化開始速度に相当する上昇流速度を与えると、最も高い選別精度が得られることを見出した。そこで、網下に脈動を発生する気室を持つ湿式比重選別機において、脈動水の上昇速度を水の表面又は水中に没した液面計により測定し、この測定値を上昇速度演算機能制御器に入力し、変動可能な入気制御弁の開閉速度を任意に設定して脈動波形を制御する方法、および上昇速度を任意に設定できる機能を持つ変動可能な入気制御弁と適正速度の下降流を与えるため開閉速度を任意に変動可能な排気制御弁とを有する脈動波形制御方法を備えた湿式比重選別機を開発した。

Claims (3)
- 混合プラスチック粒子からプラスチックの素材毎に選別する湿式比重選別機において、プラスチック相互の比重の差を利用して媒体物の水の脈動により各素材の混合プラスチック粒子にそれぞれ選別する方法であり、混合プラスチック粒子は水の上昇過程又は下降過程で水中での上昇速度又は下降速度の差により選別されるが、混合プラスチック粒子を水の上昇過程で選別を行う際に、混合プラスチック粒子中の比重の最も重い組成物質の水中での流動化開始速度に相当する上昇流速度を与え、かつ水の脈動波形を任意に可変することが出来る湿式の比重選別機。
- 請求項1に記載の湿式比重選別機において、混合プラスチック粒子中の比重の最も重い組成物質の水中での流動化開始速度に相当する上昇速度を上昇水に与えるために、水の脈動水の上昇速度を水の表面又は水中に没した液面計により測定し、この測定値を上昇速度演算機能制御器に入力し、変動可能な入気制御弁の開閉速度を任意に設定して脈動波形を制御する方法を備えた湿式比重選別機。
- さらに上昇速度を任意に設定できる機能を持つ変動可能な入気制御弁と、適正速度の下降流を与えるため開閉速度を任意に変動可能な排気制御弁も有する脈動波形制御方法を備えた請求項2に記載の湿式比重選別機。
