Description

The present invention relates to an adhesive-attached sheet material cutting device that is mounted on an OA device such as a printer and used for cutting an adhesive-attached sheet material to which an adhesive such as a seal or label paper is applied. More specifically, the present invention relates to the discharge of the adhesive stick attached to the cutting blade when the adhesive-attached sheet material is cut.

When a sheet material with pressure-sensitive adhesive (hereinafter simply referred to as “sheet material”) such as a sticker or label paper is printed with a printer or a copying machine and then cut appropriately with a sheet material cutting device, the sheet The side surface of the cutting blade (hereinafter referred to as an adhesive-side cutting blade) disposed on the adhesive-applied surface side of the material cutting device and the side of the blade in contact with the mating blade (hereinafter referred to as a substrate-side cutting blade) Hereinafter, the adhesive ridge may adhere to the mating blade contact surface). Once the adhesive ridge is attached to the cutting edge of the adhesive side cutting blade or the contact surface of the mating blade, the adhesive ridge is newly attached every time the sheet material is cut starting from the attached adhesive ridge. The pressure-sensitive adhesive cake gradually accumulates and enlarges, and eventually peels off and falls off. Thereby, it will bite into the cutting | disconnection point of a sheet | seat material, and will enter between the cutting blades which perform cutting | disconnection depending on the case. For this reason, an increase in cutting load and a cutting operation failure may be caused.

In addition, when the adhesive pad that has been peeled off and adheres to the printing surface of the sheet material, problems such as contamination of the printing surface or adhesion of the sheet material when the sheet material is stacked after cutting are caused. Alternatively, when the adhesive stick is further accumulated, the accumulated adhesive stick is pushed by the cutting edge of the base material side cutting blade and gradually moves to reach the support shaft portion of the adhesive side cutting blade. The material cutting device may not be driven.

With respect to the problem of adhesive sticks adhering to the above-mentioned adhesive-side cutting blade, it has been proposed to apply a release agent to the adhesive-side cutting blade or to form a film for suppressing adhesion. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a means for avoiding the above-described problems caused by the adhesive ridges by forming a recess on the side surfaces of the cutting blades that are in contact with each other. By forming a dent on the side of the blade where the adhesive will adhere, it will be difficult for the adhesive to adhere when cutting the sheet material. It is excellent in that it can.

Further, for example, Patent Document 2 discloses a means for providing a protective wall that prevents a pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade from reaching the shaft support portion or the like of the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade when the accumulated pressure-sensitive adhesive ridge is pushed and moved. . By providing a protective wall on the adhesive-side cutting blade, it is excellent in that it can be stopped by the protective wall even if the attached adhesive stick is pushed and moved.
JP 2003-25274 A JP 2002-1695 A

However, in the sheet material cutting device disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 1, the pressure-sensitive adhesive pad attached to and accumulated on the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade is once held in the recess provided in the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade. Furthermore, when it accumulates and enlarges, it cannot hold | maintain in a hollow part, but will peel and fall off soon. As a result, there is a case in which the adhesive pad adheres to the printing surface of the sheet material and causes the printing surface to be contaminated.

Further, in the sheet material cutting device having a configuration in which a protective wall is provided on the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade disclosed in the above-mentioned Patent Document 2, the pressure-sensitive adhesive pad attached is temporarily stopped by the protective wall. However, the pressure-sensitive adhesive pad that is further accumulated and enlarged eventually loses its place, peels off and falls off, and may adhere to the printing surface of the sheet material and contaminate the printing surface.

The object of the present invention is to increase the cutting load and driving load caused by the adhesive ridge by making it possible to easily discharge the adhesive ridge deposited on the adhesive side cutting blade in view of the above problems. An object of the present invention is to provide an adhesive-attached sheet material cutting device that solves problems such as cutting operation failure and contamination of the printing surface of a sheet material, and thereby provides an effect of prolonging the cutting life.

The present inventor, with respect to the adhesive side cutting blade disposed on the adhesive application surface side of the sheet material, the adhesive ridge adhering to the mating blade contact surface when cutting the sheet material, the opposite surface of the mating blade contact surface The present inventors have found that the above-mentioned problems can be solved by forming a pressure-sensitive adhesive soot discharging hole. That is, the present invention is a pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade disposed on the pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated surface side of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material, and a base-material-side cutting blade disposed on the base material surface side opposite to the pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated surface. Is a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device that cooperates to cut the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade contacts the base material-side cutting blade when the pressure-sensitive adhesive-coated sheet material is cut. It is a sheet | seat material cutting apparatus with an adhesive which forms the adhesive stick discharge | emission hole which discharges | releases the adhesive stick | adher adhering to the blade side of a side to the opposite side of this blade side.

In this invention, it is preferable to set it as the sheet | seat material cutting apparatus with an adhesive whose adhesive side cutting blade is a 1mm or less thickness blade blade, and an adhesive ridge may stop and obstruct | occlude inside the adhesive ridge discharge hole. Absent. Moreover, the adhesive side cutting blade and the substrate surface side cutting blade can be a round blade that is rotatably supported. Alternatively, the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade can be a round blade that is rotatably supported, and the base material surface-side cutting blade can be a fixed blade having a cutting edge that extends in the width direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material. Alternatively, the adhesive-side cutting blade is a movable blade that moves substantially perpendicular to the adhesive-coated surface of the adhesive-coated sheet material, and the base-material-side cutting blade is extended in the width direction of the adhesive-coated sheet material. It can be a fixed blade having a blade edge.

Preferably, in the present invention, in the adhesive side cutting blade, an adhesive ridge that adheres to the side surface of the blade in contact with the base material side cutting blade is formed on the adhesive side cutting blade when the sheet material with adhesive is cut. It is to provide an adhesive rod guide member for guiding to the adhesive rod discharge hole. More preferably, it is provided with an adhesive soot collecting member for collecting the adhesive soot discharged from the adhesive soot discharge hole formed in the adhesive side cutting blade.

According to the present invention, by cutting the sheet material having the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface, the pressure-sensitive adhesive pad attached to and accumulated on the mating blade contact surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade It can be easily discharged to the opposite side. Thereby, at the time of cutting the sheet material, there are no problems such as an increase in cutting load and driving load and a defective cutting operation, and the cutting life of the sheet material cutting apparatus can be extended significantly. Further, the contamination of the printing surface of the sheet material due to the adhesive pad is eliminated, and this is an extremely useful technique for improving the reliability of a label printer equipped with a sheet material cutting device.

An important feature of the present invention is that, in the sheet material cutting device, an adhesive soot discharge hole is formed in the adhesive side cutting blade disposed on the adhesive application surface side of the sheet material. According to the present invention, when the sheet material is cut, even if the adhesive ridge adheres to the mating blade contact surface of the adhesive side cutting blade, the adhered adhesive jar is opposite to the mating blade contact surface of the adhesive side cutting blade. It can be easily discharged to the side. For this reason, problems such as the above-described increase in cutting load and driving load, cutting operation failure, and contamination of the printing surface caused by the attached adhesive ridges are not caused, and the cutting life of the adhesive sheet material cutting device is remarkably increased. Can prolong life.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive punch discharge hole in the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to specific examples.
FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram showing the behavior of the adhesive rod 56 (hatched for clarity) attached to the adhesive side cutting blade 51, and cutting the sheet material 10 having the adhesive application surface. Shows a series of processes in which the adhesive ridge 56 adheres to the adhesive side cutting blade, accumulates and enlarges, and is discharged from the adhesive tub discharge hole 53 formed in the adhesive side cutting blade 51. The sheet material 10 is cut by the pressure-sensitive adhesive side cutting blade 51 and the base material-side cutting blade 52 meshing with each other. During the cutting, the cut end surface of the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface 11 is the opposite edge of the pressure-sensitive adhesive side cutting blade 51. It rubs against the contact surface 54. As a result, the adhesive ridge 56 is intermittently peeled off from the adhesive application surface 11 and successively adheres to the mating blade contact surface 54 of the adhesive-side cutting blade 51 as shown in FIG.

When the cutting is continued in such a state, the adhesive sticks 56 that are successively attached are pushed toward the rotation center of the adhesive-side cutting blade 51 by the cutting edge of the base-side cutting blade 52 and accumulate. And as shown in FIG.6 (b), the deposition thickness of the adhesive stick 56 increases. When the adhesive rod 56 further adheres, the tip 56a of the adhesive rod 56 reaches the adhesive rod discharge hole 53, and as shown in FIG. Falls inside. Finally, the front end 56a of the adhesive rod 56 reaches the opposite side 55 of the adhesive-side cutting blade 51 to the opposite blade contact surface 54 and is discharged.

In the present invention, the pressure-sensitive adhesive punch discharge hole formed in the pressure-sensitive adhesive-side cutting blade can be specifically configured as schematically shown in FIGS.
FIG. 7 shows an example in which adhesive rod discharge holes 62 and 62a are formed in a thin disc-shaped round blade 61 that is rotatably supported. In FIG. 7A, the circumference is divided into six equal parts, and a circular adhesive pad discharge hole 62 is formed at a position on the mating blade contact surface 63 (a region surrounded by the outer periphery of the round blade 61 and the two-dot chain line). This is an example. 7 (b) is a diagram showing a further difference between the pressure-sensitive adhesive bag in the position inside the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl discharge hole 62 and between the existing pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl discharge holes 62 in FIG. 7 (a). This is an example in which a discharge hole 62a is formed.

FIG. 8 shows an example in which the adhesive punch discharge hole 65 is formed in a cylindrical blade 64 that is rotatably supported and has a thickness larger than that of the thin disc-shaped round blade 61 shown in FIG. In the openings 65a and 65b of the adhesive punch discharge hole 65, the taper is formed such that the opening 65b on the opposite side of the opening 65a of the counterpart blade contact surface 66 is widened. It is preferable because it can be prevented from being blocked and blocked inside the hole 65 and the adhesive soot can be discharged reliably.

FIG. 9 shows an example in which the adhesive punch discharge holes 68a, 68b, and 68c are formed in the thin plate-shaped movable blade 67 that moves substantially perpendicular to the adhesive application surface of the adhesive-attached sheet material. FIG. 9A shows an example in which an adhesive pad discharge hole 68a is formed in a movable blade 67 having a V-shaped blade 67a. FIG. 9B shows an example in which the adhesive punch discharge hole 68b is formed in the movable blade 67 having the guillotine blade 67b that is gradually inclined in the cutting direction of the sheet material. FIG. 9C shows an example in which an adhesive pad discharge hole 68c is formed in a movable blade 67 having a comb blade 67c.

The adhesive pad discharge hole in the present invention may be formed anywhere on the adhesive side cutting blade as long as the adhesive pad attached to the mating blade contact surface of the adhesive side cutting blade can be discharged. However, it is preferable to form in the vicinity of the cutting edge of the adhesive-side cutting blade or the substrate-side cutting blade. For example, by forming it at a position 1 mm or more away from the cutting edge of the pressure-sensitive adhesive cutting blade, it is possible to discharge the pressure-sensitive adhesive stick attached without impairing the strength of the cutting edge of the pressure-sensitive adhesive cutting blade. In addition, when the sheet material is cut, it is formed at a position 1 mm or more away from the cutting edge of the base material side cutting blade, so that deformation of the contact surface of the mating blade of the adhesive side cutting blade can be suppressed, so that adhesion is maintained while maintaining smooth cutting. It is possible to discharge the adhesive sticker. As a result, it is possible to quickly discharge the adhesive soot that has been deposited and deposited before excessive enlargement.

In addition, the shape of the adhesive punch discharge hole is not limited to a circular shape, and can be formed in an elliptical shape, a polygonal shape, a sector shape, an arc shape, or the like. Furthermore, as long as the strength of the cutting blade is not impaired, the adhesive ridges can be discharged when the number of the adhesive tub discharge holes is larger, the size is larger, and the formation interval of the adhesive tub discharge holes is narrower. This is preferable because the location and area can be increased. For example, in the case of the adhesive-side cutting blade having a circular shape shown in FIG. 7 or FIG. 8, the total opening length in the direction along the edge of the adhesive-side cutting blade of the adhesive punch discharge hole is calculated as the blade edge of the adhesive-side cutting blade. It is preferable to be 20% or more of the length. If this is less than 20%, the adhered adhesive soot may not encounter the adhesive soot discharge hole. For example, in the case of the thin plate-like adhesive side cutting blade shown in FIG. 9, the total opening length in the direction along the edge of the adhesive side cutting blade is 30% with respect to the effective blade width of the adhesive side cutting blade. The above is preferable. If this is less than 30%, the adhered adhesive soot may not encounter the adhesive soot discharge hole. The shape, size, number and arrangement of the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive soot discharge holes can be appropriately selected according to cutting conditions such as cutting frequency and cutting speed, the thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface, the viscosity of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the like.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device according to the present invention can be provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet guide member that guides the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet to the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet discharge hole. The adhesive soot that gradually accumulates after adhering eventually hits the adhesive soot guiding member and is guided in the direction of the adhesive soot discharge hole. Thereby, the adhesive stick can be discharged more quickly and smoothly to the opposite side of the mating blade contact surface of the adhesive-side cutting blade.

In addition, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device according to the present invention can be provided with a pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl collecting member that collects the pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl discharged from the pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl discharge hole. As a result, since the adhesive sheet discharged from the adhesive sheet discharge hole is collected by the adhesive sheet collecting member, it is not dispersed outside the sheet material cutting device with adhesive. More preferably, it is provided together with the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive rod guide member.

Hereinafter, the adhesive sheet material cutting device according to the present invention will be described in detail using specific examples.
In the sheet material cutting apparatus with pressure-sensitive adhesive according to the present invention, an example of applying a thin disc-shaped round blade that is rotatably supported as the pressure-sensitive adhesive side cutting blade and the substrate surface side cutting blade (hereinafter referred to as Example 1). Is shown in FIGS. FIG. 1 is a perspective view from the discharge side of the sheet material 10 in the conveying direction, and FIG. 2 is a side view including a partial cross section in the cutting direction of the sheet material 10.
Example 1 is a pressure-sensitive adhesive having a configuration in which a round blade 1 that is an adhesive-side cutting blade and a round blade 2 that is a substrate surface-side cutting blade cooperate to cut while moving in the width direction of the sheet material 10. It is a sheet material cutting device with an agent, which is a so-called roller-type cutting device.

In Example 1, the round blade 1 is formed with an adhesive rod discharge hole 9 for discharging the adhesive rod to the opposite side of the mating blade contact surface. Further, the round blade 1 and the round blade 2 are arranged so that their blade edges intersect with each other, and the round blade 1 is pressed against the round blade 2 by a pressing spring 14. The round blade 1 and the round blade 2 are rotatably supported by a shaft 15 and a shaft 16 disposed on the carriage 3. The carriage 3 is engaged with a guide frame 4 that guides the sheet material 10, and the drive shaft 5 is electrically rotated via a gear 8 by a motor 7 fixed to the bracket 6. It is configured to be movable in the width direction. The presser roller supported by the same shaft 15 as the round blade 1 can move in the cutting direction while sandwiching the sheet material 10 having the adhesive application surface 11 and the guide frame 4 together by the movement of the carriage 3. 12 and a pressing roller 13 supported by the same shaft 16 as the round blade 2.

According to the above-described configuration, by moving the carriage 3, the press rollers 12 and 13 can be driven and the round blades 1 and 2 sharing the shafts 15 and 16 can be driven and rotated. And the sheet | seat material 10 can be cut | disconnected in the width direction by mesh | engagement of the round blade 1 and the round blade 2. FIG.

Using the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device of Example 1, an attempt was made to cut a sheet material having a pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface. As the adhesive discharge hole, a round blade 1 having a diameter of 10 mm is formed by punching hardened steel having a thickness of 0.2 mm, and the diameter of the circular blade 1 having a pitch circle diameter of 7 mm is divided into six equal parts. Six adhesive discharge holes 9 of 1.5 mm were formed. In this case, the sum of the opening lengths in the direction along the edge of the adhesive-side cutting blade of the adhesive pad discharge hole is about 28% of the edge length of the adhesive-side cutting blade. And the sheet material about 120 micrometers thick which has an adhesive application surface was supplied so that the round blade 1 might become an adhesive application surface side, and it cut repeatedly. For comparison, a sheet material cutting device (hereinafter referred to as Comparative Example 1) having the same configuration as that of Example 1 provided with a round blade 1 ′ that does not form a pressure-sensitive adhesive bowl discharge hole is used, and the same cutting trial is performed. Carried out.

As a result of the cutting trial, in Example 1, it was confirmed that the adhesive pad attached to the round blade 1 was sequentially discharged from the adhesive pad discharging hole 9, and smooth cutting was performed after 100,000 cuttings. Confirmed that we can continue. Further, in Comparative Example 1, when approximately 50,000 times of cutting are performed, the accumulated adhesive sticks adhere to the pressing roller 12 related to the rotation on the round blade 1 ′ side, and the cutting load is about 1.5 times. Increased. Furthermore, it adhered to the guide frame 4 and contaminated the printing surface of the sheet material.
From the above-described cutting trials, it was confirmed that Example 1, that is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device of the present invention was exceptionally superior to the conventional sheet material cutting device.

As another specific example of the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device in the present invention, a thin disc-shaped round blade that is rotatably supported as an adhesive side cutting blade is applied, and a sheet material is used as a base material surface side cutting blade. An example (hereinafter referred to as Example 2) in which a plate-shaped fixed blade having a cutting edge extended in the width direction is shown in FIGS. FIG. 3 is a perspective view from the discharge side of the sheet material 10 in the conveyance direction, and FIG. 4 is a side view including a partial cross section in the cutting direction of the sheet material 10.
In the second embodiment, the round blade 21 that is the adhesive-side cutting blade moves in the width direction of the sheet material 10 and cuts in cooperation with the fixed blade 22 that is the base material surface-side cutting blade. It is a sheet material cutting device with an adhesive, which is a so-called roller-type cutting device.

In the second embodiment, the adhesive blade discharge hole 26 is formed in the round blade 21 for discharging the adhesive pad to the opposite side of the mating blade contact surface. Further, the cutting edge of the round blade 21 intersects the fixed blade 22, and the round blade 21 is pressed against the fixed blade 22 by a pressing spring 28. The round blade 21 is rotatably supported by a shaft 29 disposed on the carriage 23. The carriage 23 is guided by a housing 25 and is configured to be movable in the width direction of the sheet material 10 by electrically rotating the drive shaft 24 by a motor (not shown). The sheet 23 having the adhesive application surface 11 can be moved in the cutting direction while being pressed against the side surface of the fixed blade 22 by the movement of the carriage 23, and is supported by the same shaft 29 as the round blade 21. A presser roller 27 is provided. In addition, as in the case of the first embodiment, the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive lump guiding member and pressure-sensitive adhesive lump collecting member can be provided.

According to the above-described configuration, by moving the carriage 23, the press roller 27 can be driven and the round blade 21 sharing the shaft 29 can be driven and rotated. And the sheet | seat material 10 can be cut | disconnected in the width direction by mesh | engagement of the round blade 21 and the fixed blade 22. FIG.

As for Example 2, the same round blade 21 as in Example 1 was manufactured, and as a result of cutting trials, it was confirmed that the adhesive cake adhering to the round blade 21 was sequentially discharged from the adhesive vessel discharge hole 26. It was confirmed that smooth cutting can be continued even after 100,000 times of cutting.
By the above-mentioned cutting trial, it was confirmed that Example 2, that is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device of the present invention was exceptionally superior to the conventional sheet material cutting device.

As another specific example of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device in the present invention, a thin plate-like movable blade that moves substantially perpendicularly to the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface of the sheet material is applied as a pressure-sensitive adhesive side cutting blade. FIG. 5 shows an example (hereinafter referred to as Example 3) in which a plate-like fixed blade having a cutting edge extended in the width direction of the sheet material is applied as the surface-side cutting blade. FIG. 5 is a perspective view from the discharge side of the sheet material 10 in the conveyance direction.
In Example 3, the movable blade 31 that is the adhesive side cutting blade moves substantially perpendicular to the adhesive application surface of the sheet material (not shown) with respect to the fixed blade 32 that is the base material surface side cutting blade. The pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device is configured to cut in cooperation with each other, and is a so-called slide-type cutting device.

In the third embodiment, the adhesive blade discharge hole 33 is formed in the movable blade 31 to discharge the adhesive blade to the opposite side of the mating blade contact surface. Further, the movable blade 31 is guided in the width direction by the frame 34, and is arranged so that the blade edge comes into pressure contact with the fixed blade 32. The movable blade 31 includes a communication hole 39 that communicates with a drive pin 35 fixed to a wheel 36 that is electrically rotated by a motor 37 via a gear 38. When the drive pin 35 rotates, a sheet material (not shown) is provided. ) Of the pressure-sensitive adhesive application surface). Further, as in the case of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the above-mentioned pressure-sensitive adhesive lump guiding member or pressure-sensitive adhesive lump collecting member can also be provided.
With the above configuration, the sheet material can be cut in the width direction by the engagement of the movable blade 31 and the fixed blade 32.

For Example 3, the same cutting trial as in Example 1 was performed. As the movable blade, assuming a case of 60 to 150 mm which is a cutting width of a sheet material generally used in a thermal printer, three types of 60 mm, 100 mm and 150 mm were selected as effective blade width dimensions of the movable blade. And the movable blade 31 was manufactured by punching hardened steel with a plate thickness of 0.8 mm. As the adhesive discharge hole, a circular adhesive discharge hole 33 in which the total opening length in the direction along the cutting edge of the movable blade 31 is about 35% with respect to the effective blade width of the movable blade 31 was formed.

As a result of the cutting trial, it can be confirmed that the adhesive pad attached to the movable blade 31 is sequentially discharged from the adhesive pad discharge hole 33 in any of the three types of movable blades 31 described above. After passing, it was confirmed that smooth cutting can be continued.
By the above-mentioned cutting trial, it was confirmed that Example 3, that is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device of the present invention was exceptionally superior to the conventional sheet material cutting device.

The adhesive-attached sheet material cutting device according to the present invention can be provided with an adhesive soot guiding member and an adhesive soot collecting member. For example, FIG. 10 is a schematic view showing a main part of an example in the case where the adhesive rod guide member is provided in connection with the round blade 1 of the adhesive-attached sheet material cutting device of the first embodiment. The adhesive rod guide members 71 and 72 are arranged on the side of the mating blade contact surface 54 using the shaft 15 of the round blade 1. With this configuration, the adhesive ridge (not shown) that gradually adheres to the mating blade contact surface 54 of the round blade 1 and accumulates abuts against the adhesive ridge guiding members 71, 72, and the adhesive ridge discharge hole 53. Thus, it is possible to reliably guide the adhesive pad to the opposite side 55 of the mating blade contact surface 54 of the round blade 1.

Further, for example, FIG. 11 shows an example of a case where an adhesive bag collecting member is provided in relation to the round blade 1 of the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting apparatus of the first embodiment in addition to the above-described adhesive bag guide member 71. It is a schematic diagram which shows a part. The adhesive pad collecting member 73 is disposed on the opposite side 55 of the mating blade contact surface 54 of the round blade 1 using the carriage 3. Further, the adhesive pad collecting member 73 is a position that does not hinder the conveyance of the sheet material (not shown), and is disposed in the vicinity of the blade side surface on the opposite side 55 of the mating blade contact surface 54 of the round blade 1, Or it is preferable to arrange | position in slight contact. With this configuration, the adhesive paddle (not shown) that has gradually deposited and enlarged on the mating blade contact surface 54 of the round blade 1 is discharged from the adhesive pad discharge hole 53, and then the adhesive pad collecting member 73. Therefore, it will not be dispersed outside the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device.

Also in Example 4, the same round blade 21 as in Example 1 was manufactured and the cutting trial was performed. As a result, the adhesive pad attached to the round blade 21 hit the adhesive pad guide member 71 and the adhesive pad discharge hole 26. It was confirmed that they were sequentially discharged and collected reliably by the adhesive bag collecting member 73. It was confirmed that smooth cutting can be continued even after 100,000 times of cutting.
By the above-mentioned cutting trial, it was confirmed that Example 4, that is, the pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet material cutting device of the present invention was exceptionally superior to the conventional sheet material cutting device.
