Abstract

【課題】一般の人々が、限られた地域の公的かつ生活上必要な情報を、簡単な方法で、すばやく、かつ、正確に手に入れることが出来るようにすること。
【解決手段】限られた地域の公的かつ生活上必要な情報を、多段階的に集め、それらの情報の全体的なコントロール用の、サーバーを設置し、それらの情報は、パソコン、モバイル、ＴＶ等で、接続できるようにする。その接続の手段として、２次元バーコードを利用する。

本発明は、二次元バーコードを認識出来る、通信機器に関する。
現在、人々が生活している地域の情報を、手に入れる手段として最も早い方法は、インターネット上での、ホームページの検索である。
役所や病院、警察といった公的機関の情報を、ホームページ上で検索する場合、非常に面倒である。
総合的な情報を、簡単に入手できることが望ましい。
上記の目的を達成する為に、公的機関のホームページを集めた管理的サーバーを設置し、二次元バーコードを認識できる移動通体のホームページを利用する。
ホームページの認識手段として、二次元バーコードを、移動通信体（カメラ付）で読むことで、正確な公的地域情報をすばやく、得ることができる。
個々の公的機関の情報の、入手の為のホームページの検索は、面倒であり、総合的なホームページが存在することで、便利になる。２次元バーコードを移動通信体（カメラ付）で読むことで、より便利になる。
以下、本発明の実施の形態を図面に基づき詳細に説明する。
管理サーバー上に、公的機関のホームページを集める。
公的機関の情報が必要な人は、パソコン１で、管理サーバーにアクセスし、情報を手に入れる方法と、移動通信体（カメラ付）２で、２次元バーコードを読むことで、アクセスし、情報を入手する方法がある。
本発明の実施の形態に係る情報の流れである。

  1. 限られた地域の、公的かつ生活上必要な情報を多段階的管理サーバーを利用することで、早期伝達を可能とするビジネスモデル。
  2. 地域の公的かつ生活上必要な情報の公開手段として、二次元バーコードを利用する。
