Abstract
Description
According to the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the heel end portion of the heel side housing and the inner peripheral surface of the heel end portion of the heel side housing are fitted in a state of being pressed against each other, and the heel side housing is held in an extended state. It relates to fishing rods that are structured accordingly.
A fishing rod body is formed by winding a prepreg sheet formed by aligning reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers and impregnating the aligned reinforcing fibers with a resin such as epoxy around a mandrel having a predetermined taper shape. It is formed by firing a rolled cylindrical one.
Then, the butt end portion of the heel side housing is pressed into the heel side end portion of the heel side housing to form a mating portion having a function of preventing the heel side housing from coming off. Since the load concentrates on the end of the buttock of the front side casing, the reinforcement pattern obtained by cutting the prepreg shorter than the total length of the casing is wound around this portion to improve the strength.
This reinforcing pattern is made of a prepreg formed by impregnating a reinforcing fiber in the axial direction of the cocoon, or by impregnating a resin in which the reinforcing fiber is arranged in the circumferential direction of the cocoon. Things are common.
However, even in the mating portion having such a reinforcing pattern, the load applied to the mating portion in a state where fishing operation is performed not only acts in the downward direction, but also applies the force acting in the oblique direction, Because deformation occurs in this mating part, the rigidity of the kite decreases, the ability to withstand fish pulling and making a pool, the strength of the rod of the kite when fishing, etc., and so on, free operability during fishing It was missing.
On the other hand, as a reinforcing pattern, there is a pattern in which a prepreg aligned in a state in which the direction of the reinforcing fiber is inclined with respect to the axial direction of the ridge is cut and used (see Patent Document 1).
The above-described reinforcing pattern is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the heel end of the heel side housing and on the inner peripheral surface of the heel tip of the heel side housing. In this case, because the reinforcing pattern is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the heel end of the heel side housing and the inner peripheral surface of the heel tip of the heel side housing, the portions are in contact with each other. The contact pressure acting on the contact portion exerts a counter force, but the contact pressure and shear force acting on the contact surface are the outer layer on the outer peripheral surface side and the inner peripheral surface side of the mating portion. It also reaches the intermediate layer located between the inner layer.
Therefore, in the intermediate layer, the reinforcing fibers are formed of prepregs that are simply aligned in the axial direction or circumferential direction of the ridges. However, there were places where strength could not be met and strength was not sufficient. In other words, if a shearing force or the like is applied from a direction inclined with respect to the direction in which the reinforcing fiber is stretched, the reinforcing fiber cannot sufficiently resist the shearing force, causing crystal slipping or the like inside the resin, resulting in resin delamination. Further, peeling between the resin and the reinforcing fiber occurs, and deformation occurs at the mating portion.
If it does so, plastic deformation will occur in the mating part such as the heel end of the heel-side housing, or the separation of the reinforcing fibers and the displacement between the inner and outer layers constituting the housing will occur. There was a problem such as.
An object of the present invention is to provide a fishing rod body that can withstand the pulling of a fish while producing a smooth bend when the fish is hung while suppressing plastic deformation and separation of reinforcing fibers at the mating portion.
[Action]
That is, a plurality of reinforcing patterns in which the reinforced fiber groups are inclined with respect to the heel axis and prepregs arranged symmetrically with respect to the heel axis are superimposed on the buttock end, and at least By arranging one between the inner layer and the outer layer, the group of reinforcing fibers exerts a counter force against the shearing force acting between the inner layer and the outer layer. As a result, the shearing force acting on the resin layer can be relaxed, and peeling between the resin and the reinforcing fibers can be prevented.
In addition, since a plurality of reinforcing patterns are provided, the function of the reinforcing pattern is exhibited at a plurality of stages between the inner and outer layers, and deformation due to a shearing force at each stage can be suppressed.
A plurality of reinforcing patterns located in the intermediate layer against shearing force acting on the mating portion where the outer peripheral surface of the heel end of the heel side housing and the inner peripheral surface of the heel end of the heel side housing are pressed against each other Since they can work together to exert counter forces, they can prevent the propagation of large plastic deformation, etc., and the separation between the resin between the outer layer and the inner layer can be prevented. You can prevent it from happening.

As a result, it is possible to suppress plastic deformation and separation of reinforcing fibers at the mating portion, and to provide a strong heel.

And a prepreg having a reinforcing fiber group arranged in a symmetric manner with respect to the reinforcing fiber group of the prepreg and arranged in a state of being symmetrical with respect to the saddle axis, and arranged outside the second main pattern and the A first reinforcing pattern of the plurality of reinforcing patterns is disposed inside the side layer, and the first reinforcing pattern is provided with a reinforcing fiber group that is arranged along the first inclination angle with respect to the saddle axis. The prepreg is composed of a prepreg and a prepreg having reinforcing fiber groups arranged in a symmetric manner with respect to the reinforcing fiber group of the prepreg and arranged symmetrically with respect to the saddle axis. It is as follows.
[Function and effect]
While exhibiting the effect with respect to the invention which concerns on
That is, the wrapping reinforcement pattern is provided on the inner peripheral surface of the heel tip of the heel-side skeleton that is in direct contact with the heel-end of the heel-side skeleton. With this configuration, the reinforcing fibers arranged in the inclined posture of the mouth-wrapping reinforcing pattern exhibit a counteracting force against the shearing force received from the buttock end.
As a result, it is possible to prevent plastic deformation and cracking of the heel tip.
Further, as the configuration of the main pattern, the first main pattern obtained by cutting the prepreg in which the reinforcing fibers are arranged in the circumferential direction into the predetermined shape is set inside, and the prepreg in which the reinforcing fibers are arranged in the axial direction is cut into the second shape. Since the main pattern is positioned outside and overlapped, the reinforcement fiber in the first main pattern on the inside will exert a counteracting force against the load that deforms the casing in an elliptical shape with these main patterns, Against the tensile force acting in the axial direction, the reinforcing fiber arranged in the axial direction of the second main pattern on the outer side exerts a counter force, and also in the circumferential direction of the heel and in the axial direction of the heel It has a counter force against the force acting in any direction.
In addition, since the first reinforcing pattern made of the prepreg is arranged in the state where the reinforcing fibers are inclined with respect to the axial direction of the heel at both ends of the heel tip and the butt end of the main pattern. In the heel tip portion and the heel end portion, the two main patterns and the first reinforcement pattern are overlaid. Therefore, since the direction of the reinforcing fiber is the heel axis direction, the circumferential direction orthogonal to the heel axis direction, and the intersecting direction inclined to the heel axis direction at the heel tip portion and the heel end portion, bending force and The resistance force against multidirectional loads such as shear force and tensile force can be increased.
As described above, even in the inner layer portion, the structure in which the two main patterns, the wrapping reinforcing pattern, and the first reinforcing pattern on the buttock side are polymerized, so that the resistance to the load from multiple directions can be increased even in the inner layer alone. I was able to.
The characteristic configuration of the invention according to claim 3 is that the intermediate layer positioned between the inner layer and the outer layer is configured by a third main pattern having a length corresponding to the entire length of the housing, and the third main The pattern is formed by cutting a prepreg in which reinforcing fiber groups are aligned along the axial direction of the ridge, and the second reinforcing pattern among the plurality of reinforcing patterns outside the intermediate layer and inside the outer layer. And symmetric with respect to the reinforcing fiber group of the prepreg and the scissor axis, the prepreg having reinforcing fiber groups arranged along the second inclination angle with respect to the scissor axis. In this point, the prepreg having the reinforcing fiber group arranged and arranged in a state to be arranged is overlapped, and the function and effect are as follows.
[Function and effect]
Since the second reinforcing pattern, which is one of the reinforcing patterns, is also arranged in the intermediate layer portion, the first reinforcing pattern and the second reinforcing pattern described above are arranged in an overlapping state at the buttock end. Each other will exert the reinforcing effect of the other side, and the resistance to the shearing force can be increased compared to the case where the reinforcing pattern is arranged alone.
In addition, since the second reinforcing pattern is not arranged alone, but is arranged at the tail end side end portion of the third main pattern, the saddle axis resulting from the bending moment in the middle layer portion The resistance against tensile forces along the direction can also be increased.

[Function and effect]
As the outer layer, a narrow slit tape in which reinforcing fibers are arranged in the circumferential direction is applied, so that it is sufficient for the third main pattern or the like that is wound in advance by the tension when winding the slit tape. Winding can be performed while applying a tightening force. Moreover, it is not necessary to wind a sheet having an area covering the entire length of the casing like a prepreg sheet, but only a narrow one is wound, so that wrinkles occur or bending occurs. There are few things. Therefore, air is less likely to be involved during the winding operation, and voids and the like are less likely to occur after firing.
In addition, after firing, the tapes are connected to each other, so that the function as a single sheet is exhibited as well as the single main pattern, so the cross section of the casing is reinforced by reinforcing fibers arranged along the circumferential direction. It is possible to increase the resistance to external force that deforms into an elliptical shape that spreads horizontally.
In addition, the configuration in which the third reinforcing pattern and the fourth reinforcing pattern are overlapped is a prepreg in which flexible fibers are knitted in a cross shape on the outermost side, and a reinforcing fiber group is aligned on the inner side in the circumferential direction of the heel. The fourth reinforcing pattern in which the prepreg is polymerized is arranged, and further, the reinforcing fiber group arranged and arranged along the third inclination angle with respect to the saddle axis inside the fourth reinforcing pattern. A state in which a prepreg having the third reinforced pattern of the prepreg and a prepreg having a reinforced fiber group arranged so as to be symmetric with respect to the saddle axis are overlapped with each other. It has become.
In this configuration, the shear force acting on the outer reinforcing pattern of the fourth reinforcing pattern through the prepreg knitted in a cross shape with the flexible fibers that are in direct pressure contact with the opposite side surface is resistant to the wrinkles in the inner reinforcing pattern of the fourth reinforcing pattern. The reinforcing fiber group arranged and arranged along a predetermined inclination angle with respect to the axis line and the reinforcing fiber group arranged symmetrically across the saddle axis line exert a counter force and can be received.
Moreover, the circumferentially reinforced fibers counteract the radial load that is received through the contact surface in the radial direction and that the casing tries to spread in an elliptical shape in a direction perpendicular to the load. Will be demonstrated.
And since the prepregs in which flexible fibers are knitted in a cross shape are arranged on the outermost side, the fibers arranged in a cross shape exert a resistance against contact loads from multiple directions, and the flexible fibers Since it is in a state of protruding from the resin layer, a space for accumulating moisture is formed in a portion surrounded by the flexible fiber. Therefore, since the area of close contact with the other side surface is reduced due to the formation of the space, and the moisture that has entered the mating portion is also induced and collected in the space, the tip side housing is more vigorous than the heel side housing. Even if it is pulled out well, the so-called sticking phenomenon can be avoided, in which the mating portion is tightly pressed and the heel side housing cannot be stored in the heel side housing.
As a result, it has become possible to provide a stiff crease that can suppress plastic deformation and separation of reinforcing fibers at the mating portion and can also avoid the sticking phenomenon.

[Function and effect]
A polymer obtained by integrally polymerizing the above-described wrapping reinforcement pattern, the first main pattern, the second main pattern, and the first reinforcement pattern is wound around a mandrel in the order in which the wrapping reinforcement pattern is located on the innermost side. And a second step of winding the polymer integrally polymerized with the third main pattern and the second reinforcing pattern in a state where the third main pattern is located inside.
That is, in the process of applying the main pattern and the reinforcing pattern, since the method of winding the main pattern and the reinforcing pattern as a polymer is taken in advance, the relative position of both changes in the process of winding. In addition, the functions of the main pattern and the reinforcing pattern can be exhibited as in the initial stage.
Even if the third reinforcing pattern and the fourth reinforcing pattern are wound sequentially from the one on which the positioning of the reinforcing pattern has been confirmed in this way, the relative positions of the first and second reinforcing patterns are different from the expected ones. Therefore, the reinforcing effect can be enhanced.

The structure used for the swinging mountain stream ridge A provided with a plurality of skeletons such as an 8-piece set will be described.
Here, a description will be given mainly of the mating portion structure used in the middle from the fourth to the original. The side to be pulled out is referred to as a

As the prepreg, carbon fiber is used as the reinforcing fiber c, and an epoxy resin is used as a thermosetting resin to be impregnated into the reinforcing fiber c. However, glass fiber and boron fiber can be used as the reinforcing fiber c, and phenol resin or the like can be used as the thermosetting resin. As the resin to be impregnated, a thermal plastic resin can be used. Further, as the reinforcing fiber c of these prepregs, carbon fiber having an elastic modulus of 20 to 60 ton / mm 2 for the main pattern and an elastic modulus of 10 to 20 ton / mm 2 for the reinforcing

Next, as the third stage, the slit tape 7 is wound as shown in FIG. The slit tape 7 is a prepreg formed by impregnating a reinforcing fiber c such as carbon fiber in the circumferential direction with a thermosetting resin such as epoxy, and has a narrow width along the axial direction of the ridge. It was cut and connected. The slit tape 7 is set in a state where the reinforcing fiber c is directed in the circumferential direction of the ridge, and is wound spirally over the entire length of the skeleton from the third
As the fourth stage, as shown in FIG. 3D, the third reinforcing
Then, the third reinforcing
As the fifth stage, as shown in FIG. 3E, the
As shown in FIG. 3F, the length of the
Here, the arrangement state of the third reinforcing
And since the
The
Therefore, even if this

As described above, the winding of the prepreg is completed. Next, as shown in FIG. 3G, the prepreg is wound by winding the forming
Thereafter, after firing, the
The above manufacturing process is basic, but various methods can be selected as described below. As long as the fifth step of winding the fourth reinforcing
A test was conducted on the mating part of the 8-headed mountain stream basin where the body manufactured by the above method was applied to the 4th base. The test results are as follows.
At first, as shown in FIG. 4 (a), the above-described 8-group mountain stream anchor A attached to the
90°(i)=302.3g、150°(i)=299.9g、周方向=302.3g
As the arrangement direction of the reinforcing fibers c of the reinforcing
In Tables 1 to 3, (i) is attached as “90 ° (i)”, which indicates that the weight of the ridge was tested using the following: Yes.
90 ° (i) = 302.3 g, 150 ° (i) = 299.9 g, circumferential direction = 302.3 g
As shown in FIG. 4 (a), the portion described as Q 1 = 45 ° in Table 1 indicates that the upward inclination angle Q 1 of the
That is, there is no influence of the individual difference of the
90°(ii)=299.6g、90°(iii)=301.3g
150°(ii)=300.8g、150°(iii)=302.0g
周方向=301.6g
The test results in Tables 4 and 5 above are the results of examining the influence of individual differences in the cocoon on the measurement results. As the arrangement direction of the reinforcing fibers c of the reinforcing
In Tables 4 and 5, “90 ° (150 °) (ii)” and “90 ° (150 °) (iii)” are attached as (ii) and (iii), respectively. Indicates that the test was performed using:
90 ° (ii) = 299.6 g, 90 ° (iii) = 301.3 g
150 ° (ii) = 300.8 g, 150 ° (iii) = 302.0 g
Circumferential direction = 301.6g
The portions described as Q 1 = 45 ° or Q 1 = 0 ° in Tables 4 and 5 indicate that the upward inclination angle Q 1 of the
90°(i)=302.3g、150°(i)=299.9g
Next, the change in the height H of the tip and the degree of plastic deformation in a state where the load is removed from the state where the load is once applied are measured, and the suitability of the mating portion B is determined. Here, “90 ° (i)” and “150 ° (i)” shown in Table 6 indicate the same wrinkle state as described in Tables 1 to 3, and sandwich the saddle axis direction. Overlay of prepregs inclined by ± 45 ° is displayed as “90 °”, and overlaid prepregs inclined by ± 75 ° across the vertical axis direction is displayed as “150 °” It is.
Here, the test results of a conventional product in which reinforcing fibers are arranged only in the circumferential direction are also shown. The conventional product is described as the circumferential direction (conventional product). On the other hand, for (i), this indicates that the test was conducted using the following weight of the bag.
90 ° (i) = 302.3 g, 150 ° (i) = 299.9 g
150°(i)=525mm、90°(i)=570mm、周方向(従来品)=515mm
150 ° (i) = 525mm, 90 ° (i) = 570mm, circumferential direction (conventional product) = 515mm
Considering the above test results,
(1) Overall, plastic deformation could not be confirmed (as a method for quickly knowing whether plastic deformation has occurred, a method of rolling the stretched mountain stream A on a flat ground can be employed. If deformation has appeared, the degree of plastic deformation can be taken from the point where rolling is not smooth).
(2) According to the above test results, the amount of deflection of the tip of the tip heel Aa changes at “90 ° (i)”, which is found by inspection after the test. In the reinforcing pattern of the matching part B of the guard, it was detected that the reinforcing fibers c were not set in a direction intersecting with each other at 90 °, and this seems to be the cause.
(3) when compared with "90 ° (i)" and "0.99 ° (i)", towards the difference in Kagiage angle Q 2 of "90 ° (i)" becomes small Kagiage angle Yes. Accordingly, it can be evaluated that “90 ° (i)” is less likely to bend and has a strong repulsive force. This is considered to indicate the strength of the waist of the heel itself. In this regard, as shown in Tables 1 to 3, when comparing the amount of deflection of the tip of the tip in the state where the
(4) In the state where the appearance after the test was visually observed, “90 ° (i)” and “150 ° (i)” showed no defects such as cracks, but “conventional product”. Occurrence of cracks larger the Kagiage angle Q 2 is increased it can be seen that becomes remarkable.
(5) Comparing the “circumferential direction (conventional product)” with “90 ° (i)” and “150 ° (i)”, the plasticity of “90 ° (i)” and “150 ° (i)” It can be recognized that the deformation at the mating portion B is suppressed in that the degree of deformation is extremely small.
As described above, when the results of the two types of tests are evaluated, the configuration in which the alignment direction of the reinforcing fibers c is inclined with respect to the cocoon axis X, such as “90 °” or “150 °”, Since a counter force can be exerted even with respect to a load acting from a direction inclined with respect to the axis X, it is considered that plastic deformation of the resin itself, separation of reinforcing fibers, and the like can be prevented.
