Abstract
【解決手段】本発明のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池は、電極組立体210及び前記電極組立体210を収容するパウチ外装材220を備えるパウチベアセル200と、前記パウチベアセル200を一周巻いている形状からなるチュービング部材400とを具備してなる。この際に、チュービング部材400の内側には、パウチベアセル200との間の少なくとも一部に補強部材が更に備えられることができる。

Claims (19)
- 電極組立体及び前記電極組立体を収容するパウチ外装材を備えるパウチベアセルと、
前記パウチベアセルを一周巻いている形状からなるチュービング部材と、
を備えることを特徴とするパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記チュービング部材は、アルミニウムまたはSUS材質の金属ホイルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記パウチベアセルの上部で電極組立体と電気的に繋がれ、
充放電のための入出力端子を上部面上に備え、前記電極組立体の充放電及び誤作動を制御する保護回路モジュールを更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記保護回路モジュールの上部を覆い、前記上部面上に形成された入出力端子を露出させる前記パウチ外装材の上部に上部モールディング部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記パウチベアセルの下部を保護するための下部モールディング部を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記モールディング部は、ホットメルトを用いて形成されることを特徴とする請求項4又は5に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルトは、熱溶融型接着剤であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルトは、EVA系列物質、ポリアミド系列、ポリエステル系列物質、ゴム系列物質、及びポリウレタン系列物質からなる群から選ばれるいずれか一つであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記電極組立体の上下部にそれぞれ絶縁プレートを更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記パウチ外装材は、
芯部と、
前記芯部の上部面上に形成された熱融着層と、
前記芯部の下部面上に形成された絶縁膜と、
からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記芯部は、アルミニウムからなり、
前記熱融着層は、変性ポリプロピレンからなり、
前記絶縁膜は、ナイロンまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートのいずれか一つからなることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。 - 前記パウチベアセルと前記チュービング部材との間の少なくとも一部の面に補強部材が備えられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 電気装置または電子装置に装着される場合、前記装置の外側に向かう面部分に前記補強部材が備えられることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- 前記補強部材は、金属またはプラスチック材質の板材からなることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池。
- パウチ外装材に電極組立体を収容してパウチベアセルを形成する段階と、
チュービング部材を用いて前記パウチベアセルをチュービングする段階と、
を含むことを特徴とするパウチ状のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記パウチベアセルの上部において、上部面上に入出力端子を備える保護回路モジュールを前記電極組立体と電気的に繋ぐ段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- ホットメルトを用いて前記保護回路モジュールの上部を覆い、前記上部面上に形成された入出力端子を露出させる前記パウチベアセルの上部に上部モールディング部を形成する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項16に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- ホットメルトを用いて形成される下部モールディング部を形成する段階を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
- パウチ外装材に電極組立体を収容してパウチベアセルを形成する段階後に、
前記パウチベアセルの外面の少なくとも一部に補強部材を取り付ける段階が更に含まれることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のパウチ状のリチウム二次電池の製造方法。
