Abstract
【解決手段】緩衝治具1は、直列に接続される電池同士の衝突を弾性復元力を利用して防止する弾性体2と、この弾性体の一端に電池の電極面と平行になるように接合される負極側当接部3とを備え、導通可能である。弾性体2は、例えば、導通可能なコイルバネ2からなり、このコイルバネ2の内径は電池の正極側突起の外径よりやや大きく、コイルバネ2の最収縮時の長さは電池の正極側の突起の高さよりも長い。負極側当接部3は、例えば、円形状の金属板3からなり、電池の負極側に密着する。

Claims (3)
- 直列に接続される電池間に取り付けられて、電池間の緩衝を行うための電池緩衝治具であって、
導電性材料により構成された、電池正極の突起が嵌合する正極嵌合部と、
導電性材料により構成された、電池負極に当接する負極当接部と、
前記正極嵌合部と前記負極当接部との間に設けられ、導電性材料により構成された弾性体とを備えることを特徴とする電池緩衝治具。 - 請求項1において、前記弾性体はコイルバネにより構成され、このコイルバネの一端部内側に電池正極の突起が嵌合することにより前記嵌合部が構成されることを特徴とする電池緩衝治具。
- 直列に接続される電池間に取り付けられて、電池間の緩衝を行うための電池の緩衝方法において、隣接する電池の正極と負極との間に導電性材料からなる弾性体を介装することを特徴とする電池の緩衝方法。
