Description

The present invention relates to a structure for attaching a handrail of a staircase.

Conventionally, to attach handrails for stairs, the lower end of the handrail is attached and fixed to the wooden end surface of the girder or the top of the tread board by slashing, dowel assembly, or mounting screws, etc. The upper end is the same as the lower end, so that the upper end of the handrail is processed with a tenon, the tenon hole is processed on the back side of the handrail, and the tenon is inserted into the tenon hole. The dowels are machined, the dowel holes are machined on the back side of the handrail, and the dowels are inserted into the dowel holes, so that the dowels are assembled and fixed by attaching screws or the like. Furthermore, the upper and lower ends in the longitudinal direction of the handrail are fixed by attaching to the main pillar (not shown) provided on the second floor and the first floor, respectively, by squeezing, doweling, attaching screws, etc. Was. (For example, refer nonpatent literature 1).

Architectural Materials Researcher, Design Structure Division, “The Encyclopedia of Engineering through Painting, Vol. 8, Practical Woodwork 2”, Architectural Materials Research Inc., published on September 10, 1991, pp. 164-165 “Stairs”

However, in the conventional handrail attachment structure described above, the attachment work is fixed because it is fixed by squeezing or dowel assembly or attachment screwing at the joining of the backside of the handrail and the upper end of the handrail. It was inferior in nature. In other words, when attaching the handrail to the balustrade, a so-called hoso-insertion process has been performed in which a tenon is machined on the upper end of the handrail, a tenon hole is machined on the back surface of the handrail, and the tenon is inserted into the tenon hole. Further, as another attachment method, attachment is performed by so-called dowel assembly processing in which a dowel is attached to the upper end portion of the handrail, a dowel hole is formed on the back surface of the handrail, and a dowel is inserted and attached to the dowel hole.

In these attachment methods, skill of skilled craftsmen is required to perform the knitting process, the knitting hole process, or the dowel assembly process, and there is a problem in workability. Moreover, if the mounting accuracy is poor, it not only affects the finish of the stairs, but also the mounting strength itself. Also, in the method of mounting with mounting screws, the mounting screws must be mounted diagonally from the bottom toward the back of the handrail from the top end of the handrail, and the mounting workability, finish, and mounting strength are also improved. There was a problem.

Also, the inclination angle of the stairs itself varies from installation site to installation site, and the inclination angle of the handrail must be inclined with respect to the floor so that it is parallel to the stairs. In the handrail, there is no attachment structure that allows the inclination angle to be freely set. For this reason, skilled craftsmen have to perform installation work with great effort, and unless they are technically excellent skilled workers, the accuracy, finish, and installation strength are inferior. Therefore, there was a problem that the construction cost was expensive.

In addition, if the technical level of the craftsman who constructs the stairs after installing the stairs and the handrail is low, there will be a slight variation in the kick-up dimensions of the pedestal, and the upper end of the handrail after the handrail is installed will be parallel to the stairs. It is difficult to align them in a straight line. For this reason, when attaching the handrail, a gap is generated between the back surface of the handrail and the upper end of the handrail, which causes a problem in attachment accuracy.

The object of the present invention is not to require a skilled worker to install and install the handrails of the stairs, and to make the installation of the handrails that can be installed easily and at a low cost with excellent accuracy, good finish and excellent strength. It is to provide a handrail mounting structure.

To achieve the above object, a stair railing mounting structure according to claim 1 of the present invention is a stair railing mounting structure comprising a stair railing main body, a bracket, a balustrade main body, a step board, and a girder, The bracket includes a base portion attached to an upper portion of the handrail main body and a receiving portion that engages with the base portion and holds the handrail main body, and the receiving portion is provided to be rotatable with respect to the base portion. It is a feature.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, since the base portion and the receiving portion of the bracket for handrail attachment are rotatably engaged, the floor height at the stair installation site and the kick-up dimensions are determined. Even if the stairs installation angle varies from construction site to construction site, the stairs and handrail can be adjusted in a very simple and accurate manner so that the stairs and handrail are parallel. Skilled workers are not necessarily required, and it is possible to install handrails at a low cost, extremely easily, with good accuracy, good finish, and excellent strength.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the handrail attachment structure for the staircase according to the first aspect, the receiving portion of the bracket includes a substantially flat holding piece and a width direction of the holding piece (from the front side of the staircase). A hanging piece extending substantially vertically downward from a substantially central position in the left-right direction as viewed), and provided with a slit for inserting the hanging piece into the base of the bracket. And the pivot center of the drooping piece is located at a lower position of the handrail slope than the center position in the longitudinal direction of the holding piece (the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front), An attachment hole for attaching the handrail main body is provided at a position above the center of the handrail slope with respect to the longitudinal direction of the holding piece (the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front).

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the bracket receiving portion for attaching the handrail includes a holding piece and a hanging piece provided to extend substantially vertically downward from the holding piece, and the hanging piece is a base portion. Since the hanging piece and the base are rotatably engaged with each other, the above-described construction workability, construction accuracy, construction strength, and construction cost are more suitable.

In addition, the center of rotation of the drooping piece is positioned at a lower position of the handrail slope than the central position of the holding piece in the longitudinal direction (depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front), and the longitudinal direction of the holding piece (front of the stairs) Since the mounting hole for mounting the handrail main body is provided at a position on the handrail slope upward from the center position, the handrail is installed at the position where the mounting hole is located. The angle formed by the child and the handrail will form an obtuse angle larger than a right angle, and when installing using a screwdriver etc. with a mounting screw, a wide working space can be secured, so it is more convenient for installation workability More preferred.

According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the handrail mounting structure for a staircase according to the first or second aspect, the base of the bracket includes an engagement base that engages the hanging piece, and the engagement base. It consists of a flat piece provided at the lower part and a protruding piece provided substantially vertically downward at the lower part of the flat piece, and the engaging base has a width corresponding to the thickness of the hanging piece and the length of the hanging piece. A slit having a depth commensurate with the height is provided substantially perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the engaging base (the depth direction when the staircase is viewed from the front), and the engaging base is disposed in the width direction (fronting the staircase by the slit). (Left and right direction when viewed from the side), and only one of the two is formed with an engaging groove in a direction substantially perpendicular to the slit. The hanging piece has a hanging piece as a slit. An engagement hole is provided at a position corresponding to the position of the engagement groove of the engagement base when inserted. A female screw is provided on the inner surface of the engagement hole, the hanging piece is fitted into the slit, the engagement hole and the engagement groove are aligned, and screwed with the female screw of the engagement hole. A rotating shaft having a male screw passes through the engaging groove of the engaging base, reaches the engaging hole of the hanging piece, the female screw of the engaging hole and the male screw of the rotating shaft are screwed together, and the bracket The base portion and the receiving portion are configured to be rotatable.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, the hanging piece having the engagement hole in which the internal thread is provided on the inner surface has the engagement groove through which the rotation shaft having the external thread that is screwed with the internal thread is inserted. Since the female screw and the male screw are inserted into a slit of a predetermined size provided on the engaging base, the bracket receiving portion of the bracket is moved to the rotating shaft. Can be rotated around the center of rotation, and the handrail inclination angle after the handrail is attached to the receiving portion can be freely changed, and fine adjustment can be easily performed. Further, when the rotating shaft is firmly tightened, the female screw of the engaging hole and the male screw of the rotating shaft are firmly screwed, and the tip portion of the rotating shaft screwed with the engaging hole has no engaging groove. Abutment with the slit-forming surface of the other engaging base, a tightening force is generated, and by tightening the rotating shaft, between the hanging piece and the slit-forming surface of the engaging base having the engaging groove A binding force is generated, and a frictional force is applied by the binding force, so that the handrail can be firmly fixed at an appropriate inclination angle.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the handrail mounting structure for a staircase according to any one of the first to third aspects, a spacer is provided between the flat plate piece at the base of the bracket and the upper end of the handrail main body. It is characterized by being provided.

According to the present invention having such a configuration, since the spacer is provided between the flat plate piece of the base portion of the bracket and the upper end of the handrail main body, the height position of the holding piece of the bracket receiving portion is set. Even if the upper end of the balustrade becomes uneven due to lack of craftsmanship due to lack of craftsmanship, the spacer can be attached to the base of the bracket even if a gap occurs between the back of the handrail and the bracket holding piece. By inserting the required number of sheets between the upper end of the handrail and the handrail main body, it becomes possible to finely adjust the vertical position of the bracket receiving portion using a spacer, and receive the backside of the handrail. The holding piece can be adjusted so as to be substantially straight in parallel to the slope of the staircase, the gap portion is eliminated, and the finishing accuracy is excellent.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, since the base portion and the receiving portion of the bracket for attaching the handrail are rotatably engaged, the stair inclination angle calculated from the floor height and the lifting dimension at the stair installation site is Even if it varies from construction site to construction site, the stairs and handrails can be adjusted in a very simple and accurate manner so that the stairs and handrails are parallel. Therefore, it is possible to install the handrail of the staircase with excellent accuracy, finish and strength at a low cost.

According to the invention of claim 2, the receiving portion of the bracket includes the holding piece and the hanging piece provided to extend substantially vertically downward from the holding piece, and the hanging piece is inserted into the slit provided in the base portion. In addition, since the drooping piece and the base portion of the receiving portion are rotatably engaged, it is more suitable for the above-described construction workability, construction accuracy, strength after construction, and construction cost. Further, the center of rotation of the hanging piece is positioned below the center position of the holding piece in the longitudinal direction (depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front), and the longitudinal direction of the holding piece (when the stairs are viewed from the front). In the depth direction) Since the attachment hole for attaching the handrail main body is provided at the upper position of the handrail slope from the center position, the angle formed by the handrail and the handrail at the position with the attachment hole is An obtuse angle larger than a right angle is formed, and when mounting using a screwdriver or the like using a mounting screw, a wide working space can be secured, which is even more suitable for mounting workability.

According to the invention of claim 3, the base portion of the bracket includes an engaging base that engages the hanging piece, a flat piece provided at a lower portion of the engaging base, and a substantially vertical lower portion below the flat piece. A slit having a width corresponding to the thickness of the hanging piece and a depth corresponding to the length of the hanging piece, in the longitudinal direction of the engaging table ( The stairs are provided substantially vertically in the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front, and the engagement base is divided into two in the width direction (left and right when viewed from the front of the stairs) by the slit. An engagement groove is formed in a direction substantially orthogonal to the slit only in one of the two, and the hanging piece corresponds to the position of the engaging groove of the engagement table when the hanging piece is fitted into the slit. An engagement hole is provided on the inner surface of the engagement hole. A rotary shaft having a male screw threadedly engaged with a female screw of the engaging hole is inserted through the engaging groove of the engaging base and suspended. It reaches the engagement hole of the piece, the female screw of the engagement hole and the male screw of the rotating shaft are screwed together, and the base portion and the receiving portion of the bracket are configured to be rotatable. By loosening, the bracket receiving portion can be rotated about the rotation axis, the inclination angle of the handrail can be freely changed, and fine adjustment can be easily performed.

Further, when the rotating shaft is firmly tightened, the female screw of the engaging hole and the male screw of the rotating shaft are firmly screwed together, and the tip portion of the rotating shaft screwed into the engaging hole has no engaging groove.

According to the invention of claim 4, since the spacer is provided between the flat plate piece of the bracket base portion and the upper end of the handrail main body, the height position of the holding piece of the bracket receiving portion is adjusted in the vertical direction. Even if the craftsman's skill is insufficient, the top end of the handrail becomes uneven, and even if a gap is generated between the backside of the handrail and the bracket holding piece, the spacer is attached to the flat plate piece at the base of the bracket. By inserting the required number of pieces between the upper end of the child body, it is possible to finely adjust the vertical position of the bracket receiving part using a spacer, and to hold the back side of the handrail. The piece can be adjusted very easily so as to be in a substantially straight line parallel to the slope of the staircase, and the gap portion is eliminated, and the workability and finish accuracy are excellent.

FIG. 1 shows a handrail mounting structure 1 for a staircase. A girder 5 of a stair is attached and fixed to a beam (not shown) on the second floor of a building such as a house or a large drawing (not shown) below the first floor, and a step board 3 is attached to a predetermined position of the girder 5. The tread board 3 is attached to the beam 5 by a conventionally known method. For example, a notch (not shown) is formed at a predetermined position of the girder 5 and the tread plate 3, and the girder 5 and the tread plate 3 are fitted and attached using the notch. As a notch part, it can also be set as a notch structure (not shown), for example.

In this way, the girder 5 and the tread board 3 are constructed, and then the balustrade body 4 is attached to the tread board 3. The attachment method may be a conventionally known method. For example, a predetermined position on the upper surface of the tread board 3 is marked, and a tenon hole or a dowel hole is machined at the predetermined position. Processing or attaching a dowel, inserting the tenon or dowel into the dowel hole or dowel hole, and fixing the dowel. In addition to these methods, there is also a method of attaching a wood screw (not shown) or the like to the lower end portion of the balustrade body 4 by being obliquely screwed.

In this way, when the lower end portion of the handrail main body 4 is completely attached to a predetermined position of the tread board 3, the upper end portion of the handrail main body 4 is subsequently attached to the back surface of the handrail main body 2. At this time, when the bracket 6 of the present invention is used, it is extremely excellent in terms of workability, construction accuracy, finish, attachment strength, construction cost, and the like. That is, the bracket 6 of the present invention is attached to the upper end portion of the handrail main body 4, and the handrail main body 2 is attached via the bracket 6.

2 and 3, perspective views of the handrail mounting structure 1 of the present invention are shown. FIG. 2 shows a state that is looked up slightly from below. The structure of the bracket 6 in the handrail mounting structure 1 of the present invention and the details of the mounting structure of the bracket 6 and the handrail body 2 and between the bracket 6 and the handrail body 4 are shown. FIG. 3 shows the details of the structure of the base 6a and the receiving part 6b and the details of the attachment structure of the handrail body 2 and the handrail body 4 constituting the bracket 6 of the present invention.

The bracket 6 of the present invention includes a base portion 6a attached to the upper portion of the handrail main body 4 and a receiving portion 6b that engages with the base portion 6a and holds the handrail main body 2. The receiving portion 6b includes a substantially flat holding piece H and a hanging piece S that is formed to extend substantially vertically downward from the holding piece H. Further, the mounting position of the hanging piece S with respect to the width direction of the holding piece H (left and right direction when the stairs are viewed from the front) is a substantially central position in the width direction (left and right direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). .

The base portion 6a extends substantially vertically below the engaging base G that engages the hanging piece S, the flat piece F provided at the lower portion of the engaging base G, and the flat piece F. It is comprised with the protrusion piece T which consists of two pieces of right and left provided. In addition, the engagement base G is formed with a slit SL into which the hanging piece S is inserted, substantially vertically in the longitudinal direction of the engagement base G (the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). At the lower part of the flat plate piece F, an attachment piece T to be fitted into the balustrade body 4 is provided.

The mounting piece T is composed of two pieces that extend substantially vertically downward from the flat plate piece F on the left and right sides of the flat plate piece F (left and right direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). Further, the protruding piece T is provided between the left and right end portions of the flat piece F and the outer surface of the two protruding pieces T so as to ensure a slight distance. The dimension of the protruding piece T is about 15 mm to 30 mm as the length extending vertically downward in consideration of the strength and durability of the handrail mounting structure 1. The dimension in the depth direction) is about 15 mm to 40 mm as a dimension corresponding to the internal dimension in the thickness direction of the balustrade body 4 (the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). About 3.0 mm to 10.0 mm is preferable.

The slight distance between the left and right end portions of the flat plate piece F and the outer side surfaces of the two protruding pieces T is, for example, the thickness direction of the balustrade body 4 made of an internal hollow cylindrical body (the stairs in front). A dimension approximately equal to the thickness dimension of the piece in the depth direction when viewed from the side is good. For example, in this example, approximately 1.0 mm to 5.0 mm is preferable. The height adjusting spacer SP is mainly provided at this location as required.

The slight distance between the left and right end portions of the flat plate piece F and the outer surfaces of the two protruding pieces T is determined by the thickness direction of the balustrade body 4 made of the hollow cylindrical body (see the stairs from the front). When the protrusion T of the base portion 6a of the bracket 6 is inserted into the opening of the tubular body at the upper end of the balustrade body 4, the insertion hardness is just good. Is obtained. Further, the left and right ends (left and right when the stairs are viewed from the front) of the base portion 6a and the end portions of the balustrade body 4 in the width direction (left and right when the stairs are viewed from the front) are substantially coincided with each other. Can be prevented.

The width of the slit SL is slightly larger than the thickness of the hanging piece S, and the depth of the slit SL is formed sufficiently deeper than the length of the hanging piece S. Is configured so that it can be tilted forward or backward in the length direction of the slit SL (longitudinal direction of the handrail) while being fitted in the slit SL.

That is, the engagement base G of the base portion 6a is divided into two portions in the width direction by the slit SL, and an engagement groove M is provided in a direction substantially orthogonal to the slit SL. The engagement groove M is formed by either one of the two portions of the engagement base G of the base 6a until reaching the slit SL in a direction substantially perpendicular to the slit SL. It is provided only through. As described above, the engagement groove M is provided only in one section of the base portion 6a and is not provided in the other section. As an example, the engagement groove M is a simple through hole without a groove cutting or the like on the inner periphery having a circular cross section.

On the other hand, the hanging piece S is formed with an engagement hole K. The engagement hole K penetrates the thickness of the hanging piece, and a female screw (not shown) is machined on the inner peripheral surface thereof. A rotating shaft J having a male screw that engages with a female screw provided in the engagement hole K is provided. The hanging piece S is inserted into the slit SL, and the relative position of the base 6a and the receiving portion 6b is adjusted and maintained so that the position of the engaging hole K and the position of the engaging groove M coincide with each other. The rotating shaft J is inserted from the engaging groove M, and the male screw provided on the rotating shaft J is screwed into the female screw formed in the engaging hole K of the hanging piece S at the slit SL. When the rotary shaft J is strongly tightened in this state, the distal end portion of the rotary shaft comes into contact with the slit forming surface without the engagement groove, and the tightening force works, and the force that the male screw pulls the female screw acts, The surface on the engagement groove M side of the hanging piece S is strongly pressed against the side surface on the engagement groove M side of the slit SL of the base portion 6a, and the relative position between the base portion 6a and the receiving portion 6b is firmly secured by the frictional force of both surfaces. It is a mechanism that is fixed.

When the rotating shaft J is loosened, the tightening force and the frictional force disappear, and the hanging piece S tilts forward or backward in the longitudinal direction of the slit SL (longitudinal direction of the handrail body 2) with the rotating shaft J as the center of rotation. It can rotate freely to tilt. When the appropriate inclination angle of the handrail body 2 is met, the rotating shaft J is firmly tightened to fix the handrail body 2.

Further, instead of providing a female screw in the engagement hole K of the drooping piece S, a nut (not shown) is fixed to one or both surfaces of the drooping piece S by aligning with the engagement hole K. Also good. It can be fixed by welding or an adhesive. Thus, when the nut is fixed, a female screw is not required on the inner peripheral surface of the engagement hole.

As described above, the bracket 6 and the handrail main body 4 are attached to the cylindrical body opening at the upper end of the handrail main body 4 so that the protruding piece T of the bracket 6 has an appropriate hardness (when the handrail is used because it is too loose). The bracket 6 is not damaged, and when the spacer SP is attached, the bracket 6 may be inserted with a strength that allows the bracket 6 to be easily pulled out by hand). As described above, the fixing hole P and the mounting screw N can be used to fix firmly.

That is, the balustrade body 4 has a rectangular cross section and a hollow structure in the present example. The mounting piece T is fitted into the hollow structure, and a mounting hole is formed in the thickness direction side surface of the upper portion of the balustrade body 4 (the side surface in the depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front side). P is provided, and an attachment screw N is screwed and fixed using the attachment hole P. The mounting hole P may be provided only on the side surface in the thickness direction of the balustrade body 4, or on both the side surface in the thickness direction of the balustrade body 4 and the protruding piece T at a corresponding position. It may be.

Further, the protruding piece T provided at the lower portion of the flat plate piece F may be provided on all four sides of the flat plate piece F, or may be provided only on two opposite sides as shown in this example. Moreover, you may provide only in another two opposing rounds. Further, any one of the four rounds may be used.

Further, the handrail main body 2 and the bracket 6 are attached using the attachment hole P provided in the holding piece H of the receiving portion 6b of the bracket 6. Further, when the handrail body 2 is attached, the center of rotation of the hanging piece S is inclined downward from the center position of the holding piece H in the longitudinal direction (depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). The mounting hole P for mounting the handrail main body 2 at the position is an inclined upward position (staircase) of the handrail main body 2 with respect to the center position in the longitudinal direction of the holding piece H (depth direction when the staircase is viewed from the front). Since the angle between the handrail main body 4 and the handrail main body 2 is an obtuse angle larger than a right angle at the position where the mounting hole P is present, the mounting screw N is used. When mounting using a screwdriver or the like, a wide working space can be secured, which is more suitable for mounting workability.

In this example, the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the balustrade body 4 is rectangular, and the shape of the flat plate piece F of the base portion 6a of the bracket 6 is matched to the shape of the balustrade body 4 to form a rectangular shape. It is not limited to the rectangular shape shown in FIG. It may be circular, elliptical, or any other shape.

In this example, a back groove 2 a is provided on the back surface of the handrail body 2. The holding piece H of the bracket 6 for attaching the handrail main body 2 is accommodated in the back groove 2a, and the lower surface of the holding piece H is configured to be substantially flush with the corner C of the handrail main body 2. However, the back groove 2a is not necessarily required. When the back groove 2a is provided, the holding piece H of the bracket 6 does not protrude from the back surface of the handrail body 2, so when looking up at the handrail body 2 from below, Suitable for the finished appearance.

If a gap or the like is generated between the back surface of the handrail body 2 and the holding piece H of the receiving portion 6b of the bracket 6, and it looks unsightly, the upper end of the handrail body 4 and the flat plate portion F of the base portion 6a of the bracket 6 It is possible to eliminate the gap by inserting the spacer SP between the two. As the material of the spacer SP, a soft or semi-rigid molded body made of synthetic resin such as nylon resin, polyester resin, polypropylene resin, olefin resin, urethane resin, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel plate, painted steel plate, etc. The thing made from the metal which consists of can be illustrated as a suitable thing. Further, among the above-described spacer SP, an elastic material, for example, an elastic body made of synthetic resin, is used. When the handrail body 2 is pressed by hand, the spacer SP is crushed and thinned. In addition, when a material that returns to its original thickness by elastic restoring force when pressure is released after releasing the hand, the gap is filled by using a spacer SP whose thickness is larger than the gap. By tightening the mounting screw N while holding 2 by hand, the clearance can be more easily eliminated and the finished appearance can be improved. As illustrated in FIG. 3 as the spacer SP, if the shape is matched to the rectangular horizontal cross-sectional shape of the upper end portion of the handrail body 4 and approximately half of the shape, after the spacer SP is attached, Since no gap or the like is generated between the flat plate piece F of the bracket 6 and the upper end portion of the balustrade body 4, it is suitable for the finished appearance. When attaching the spacer SP, the spacer SP can be fitted slightly from the gap by floating slightly without having to pull out the entire base 6a.

However, it is not limited to this. It may be a single-piece spacer SP that matches the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the upper end portion of the balustrade body 4. Further, when the gap is a considerably small gap, the shape of the spacer SP does not have to match the horizontal cross-sectional shape of the upper end portion of the handrail main body 4, and a small piece of the spacer SP is handrailed. A necessary number of the child main body 4 may be spotted using an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape, or the like. In any case, it is assumed that an adhesive, a double-sided adhesive tape or the like may or may not be used for attaching the spacer SP.

The material of the bracket 6 and the balustrade body 4 of the present invention is made of metal such as iron baking finish, aluminum, stainless steel, galvanized steel plate, brass, etc., and manufactured by casting, bending, welding, etc. Can be illustrated. In addition, a hard resin such as a vinyl chloride resin, an olefin resin, a polyester resin, an ABS resin, a polypropylene resin, a polyethylene resin, and a urethane resin can be exemplified as a suitable one.

Further, as the girder 5, the step board 3, the handrail main body 2 and the like, the above-mentioned metal, synthetic resin moldings, and the like can be exemplified as a suitable material in addition to the wood material such as laminated wood, LVL, plywood and solid wood.

Moreover, the dimension of the bracket 6 of this invention is a dimension commensurate with the dimensions of the handrail main body 4 and the handrail main body 2. The size of the balustrade body 4 is approximately 30 mm to 60 mm in the width direction (left and right direction when the stairs are viewed from the front), and approximately 15 mm to 60 mm in the thickness direction (depth direction when the stairs are viewed from the front). 40 mm. The handrail body 2 has dimensions of about 35 mm to 70 mm in the width direction (left and right direction when the stairs are viewed from the front), and about 30 mm to 90 mm in the thickness direction (the handrail height direction). The standard size is about 2000 mm to 5000 mm.

Therefore, the dimensions of the bracket 6 of the present invention are the dimensions of the flat plate piece F of the base portion 6a, and are approximately 30 mm to 60 mm in the width direction and approximately 15 mm to 40 mm in the depth direction. The height dimension of the mounting piece T is approximately 15 mm to 30 mm.

In addition, the size of the engagement table G is a size corresponding to the size of the flat plate piece F. The width dimension of the slit SL is about 5 mm to 10 mm, and the depth is about 15 mm to 30 mm.

Moreover, the dimension of the receiving part 6b is a dimension commensurate with the base part 6a. The dimension of the holding piece H of the receiving part 6b is about 30 mm to 60 mm in the width direction, and is about 30 mm to 60 mm in the depth direction. A square or rectangle is preferred. However, it may be circular, elliptical or the like. Of the attachment positional relationship between the hanging piece S and the holding piece H, the positional relationship in the depth direction may be located behind the holding piece H in the depth direction, or may be attached to the entire length of the holding piece H in the depth direction. They may be attached together. In addition, among the attachment positional relationship between the hanging piece S and the holding piece H, the positional relationship in the width direction is preferably set to be approximately the center of the width of the holding piece H. Therefore, the dimension of the drooping piece S in the depth direction is preferably about 15 mm to 60 mm. Moreover, the length dimension of the hanging piece S is about 10 mm to 25 mm, and the thickness is preferably about 4.5 mm to 9.5 mm.

It is preferable that the clearance between the slit SL and the hanging piece S is about 0.2 mm to 0.3 mm in the left and right directions because of the relationship between the width of the slit SL and the thickness of the hanging piece S. In addition, the gap between the bottom of the slit SL and the lower end of the hanging piece S is preferably about 5 mm in relation to the depth of the slit SL and the length of the hanging piece S.

The dimensions described in detail above are merely standard dimensions, and it is possible to design by slightly adjusting the dimensions using this dimension as a standard.
