Description

TECHNICAL FIELD The present invention relates to a water-stopping method between piles and a water-stopping material used in the underground construction such as steel pipe piles.

Conventionally, when a plurality of steel pipe piles are continuously constructed in a row, a water-stopping material or a water-stop joint has been constructed between the steel pipe piles. In the installation process of this water-stopping joint, the water-stopping joint for steel pipe piles shown in Patent Document 1 is formed by fixing an elastic water-stopping member made of rubber, synthetic resin or the like on both sides of a steel material having a wide-width-preventing portion at both ends. Is.
Japanese Patent Publication 4-97015

Since the water-stopping joint for steel pipe piles is constructed with the water-stopping joint pressed against the outer wall surface of the steel pipe pile from its structure, the surface of the water-stopping joint is easily worn, and the water-stopping material is made of steel. There was a problem of peeling off. Furthermore, since the steel material to which the elastic water-stopping member is fixed is buried in the ground after construction, so-called burying, the cost is high.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and the gist thereof is that a guide member for construction is arranged outside or inside the water-stopping material, and the water-stopping material and the guide member are fixed in the vicinity of the tip. The water-stopping material is elastically deformed by applying tension in the longitudinal axis direction of the pile and placed between the piles that have been placed, and then releasing the tension applied to the water-stopping material is elastic. It exists in the water stop method between piles which cancels a deformation | transformation and makes a water stop material contact | abut to the pile surface.

Further, the gist of the present invention is that it is made of a long elastic material, is elastically deformed by applying tension in the longitudinal direction, and has a shape that can pass between the piles, by releasing the tension. It is a water-stopping material with a shape that releases elastic deformation and abuts against the surface of the pile and exhibits a water-stopping effect.

The pile water-stopping method with the above configuration is that the water-stopping material made of elastic material is elastically deformed by applying tension in the axial direction of the pile and installed between the piles, and then elastically deformed by releasing the tension. Since the water-stopping material is brought into contact with the pile surface, the operation is simple using a simple device and the water-stopping material surface is not worn and has a complete water-stopping effect. . Furthermore, since the guide member is collected on the ground after the water stop material is placed, there is an advantage that the cost is reduced.

In addition, the water-stopping material having the above configuration is made of a long elastic material, so that it can be easily elastically deformed by applying a tension and accurately placed between piles, and the shape can be reduced by releasing the tension. Since it abuts against the surface of the return pile, a complete water stop effect can be achieved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 and 2 are central end views illustrating the installation state of the water-stopping material of the first embodiment, FIG. 3 is a partially cutaway front view illustrating the installation state of the water-stopping material of the first embodiment, and FIG. FIG. 5 is a front view illustrating another fixing means and a method for attaching the guide member, and FIG. 6 illustrates a state where the waterstop material is placed according to the second embodiment. FIG. 7 is a central end view illustrating the installation state of the water-stopping material of the second embodiment, FIG. 8 is a front view illustrating the construction state of the water-stopping material, and FIG. It is an expanded sectional view showing an example of shape.

A first embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
The water stop material 10 is made of a substantially rectangular parallelepiped elastic material, and has a fixing means 12 attached to the lower end thereof. The length of the water stop material 10 is adjusted to the ground distance that requires water stop, and the thickness 10a is cast in the original form. The thickness is larger than the gap between the steel pipe piles P and P.
And when tension is applied to the water stop material 10 during construction, it is deformed into a shape that passes between the steel pipe piles P, P, and when releasing the tension, it becomes a shape that can contact the pile surface of the steel pipe piles P, P. When stored, it is stored in a winding device or the like.

In addition, long guide members 11 and 11 are provided on both sides of the water stop material 10. The guide member 11 has a rod shape, and its lower end is detachably fixed to the fixing means 12, and its length is determined according to the installation length of the water blocking material 10.

FIG. 4 is a perspective view for explaining a method of attaching the fixing means and the guide member. According to the fixing means 12, the guide members 11, 11 can be attached to and detached from the mounting portions 12 a, 12 a formed on both sides of the fixing means 12. Moreover, about the attachment to the fixing means 12 of the water stop material 10, a lower end of the water stop material 10 is slightly compressed and deformed, pushed into the fitting hole 12b inside the fixing means 12, and further a bolt or the like (not shown). It is fixed by means.
In this method, after the water blocking material 10 is installed, only the guide members 11 and 11 are recovered by removing the guide members 11 and 11 from the fixing means 12 and pulling them upward.

FIG. 5 is a front view for explaining another fixing means and a method for attaching the guide member. The fixing means 13 includes two rotating portions 13a and 13a, and is rotatably attached to the distal ends of the guide members 11 and 11, respectively. And the water stop material 10 is being fixed to the rotation parts 13a and 13a of the fixing means 12 by the pin etc. (not shown).
In this method, after the water-stopping material 10 is placed, the guide members 11 and 11 are pulled upward to open the rotating portions 13a and 13a in the direction of the arrow, so that the fixing means 13 is detached from the water-stopping material 10. It is collected together with the guide members 11 and 11.
In addition, the pin etc. (not shown) which fix the water stop material 10 are the structure which can collect | recover the fixing means 13, such as making it the structure which can cancel | release fixing in conjunction with the operation | movement which pulls out the guide members 11 and 11 upwards. And

Next, the operation of this embodiment will be described.
When installing the water blocking material 10, the lower end of the water blocking material 10 is fixed to the fixing means 12 at the lower end of the guide members 11 and 11, and the water blocking material 10 is installed in the ground. At this time, the fixing means 12 pushes down the soil in the soil and descends.
At the same time, as shown in FIG. 8, the waterstop material 10 is constructed in a pulled state by the winding force of the retracted winding device 15, so that tension is applied in the longitudinal direction of the pile and elastic deformation occurs. . Therefore, the thickness 10b is thinner than the original thickness 10a (see FIG. 1). Thereby, the water blocking material 10 becomes a shape which can pass between the walls without contacting the steel pipe piles P and P. Reference numeral 20 in the figure is a vertical movement device for the guide member.

And if the fixing means 12 is installed to the vicinity of the lower end of the ground where the water stop of the steel pipe piles P, P is required, then the elastic deformation is released by releasing the tension, and the thickness of the water stop material returns. The steel pipe piles P and P are in contact with the surface (see FIG. 2).
After completion of the installation of the water blocking material 10, the upper end of the water blocking material 10 is cut into the state shown in FIG. 3, and then the guide members 11, 11 are removed from the fixing means 12 and pulled up to the ground to be collected.

Thus, according to this embodiment, the water stop material 10 can be installed between the steel pipe piles P and P by simple operation with a simple device. Moreover, since the surface of the water-stopping material 10 does not contact the surface of the steel pipe pile P at the time of construction, the water-stopping material 10 does not wear and the water-stopping material is not peeled off from the steel during the construction, and a complete water-stopping effect is obtained. It is done.
Furthermore, since the guide members 11 and 11 are collected on the ground after the water stop material 10 is installed, there is an advantage that the construction cost is reduced.

A second embodiment of the present invention is shown in FIGS.
In the present embodiment, a pipe-shaped guide member 14 is accommodated in the water blocking material 10. There may be one guide member 14 or a plurality of guide members 14.
At the time of construction of the water blocking material 10, high pressure jet water is passed through the guide member 14 and construction is performed while jet water is ejected from the lower end of the fixing means 12. As a result, the penetration force of the water-stopping material 10 is promoted by the descending force and jet water by the guide member 14 at the time of construction, and the water-stopping material 10 can be installed easily in a short time, so that a complete water-stopping effect can be obtained. . The guide member 14 is also collected on the ground after the installation is completed.
At the time of this recovery, the water-stopping material 10 is released from the tension and released from elastic deformation and is in close contact with the surface of the steel pipe piles P and P, so that the water-stopping material 10 and the steel pipe piles P and P are in contact with each other. A strong frictional force is generated, and even if the guide member 14 is pulled out, the water blocking material 10 is kept in close contact with the steel pipe piles P and P surfaces.
In the present embodiment, the guide member 14 is not limited to a pipe shape, but may be a rod shape similar to that of the above-described embodiment, and jet water may not be ejected during construction.

Further, the cross-sectional shape of the water-stopping material 10 can further increase the water-stopping property by providing a groove 10a in the longitudinal direction as shown in FIG. Furthermore, the water-stopping effect can be enhanced by previously applying the water-swellable water-stopping agent 16 to the groove.
The water-stopping agent 16 may be applied to the surface of the water-stopping material 10 when the groove 10a is not provided, and the cross-sectional shape of the water-stopping material 10 is arbitrary.
