Description

本発明は通常の方法では除去困難な蛋白質性アレルゲンを吸着、もしくは免疫的に不活性化する薬剤ならびにその使用方法に関する。 The present invention relates to a drug that adsorbs or immunologically inactivates a protein allergen that is difficult to remove by conventional methods and a method for using the same.

Conventionally, allergic diseases that become sensitized by continuously inhaling, contacting or ingesting vegetable proteins such as cedar pollen, animal proteins such as mite worms and excrement, and livestock hair have become a problem. ing. Once the sensitized state is obtained in this way, a remarkably allergic reaction such as dermatitis, rhinitis, and asthma is caused by re-ingestion of a trace amount of the same allergen by inhalation, contact, etc. Turn into. In order to suppress such an allergic reaction, it is important to avoid contact with the causative substance allergen, and many studies have been made.

アレルゲンとの接触を避ける手段として、例えば掃除機や空気清浄機等により床面堆積塵や空中浮遊塵を物理的に除去しアレルゲンを減少させる方法が推奨されている。ところが微細化された粒子状物質を完全に除去することは困難であり、場合によっては再飛散の原因となる。また、カーテンや布団、空気清浄フィルター等は形状ならびに設置場所の制約により効果的な除去は困難である。 As a means for avoiding contact with allergens, for example, a method of physically removing floor accumulated dust or airborne dust with a vacuum cleaner or an air cleaner to reduce allergens is recommended. However, it is difficult to completely remove the finely divided particulate matter, which may cause re-scattering in some cases. Moreover, curtains, futons, air purification filters, etc. are difficult to remove effectively due to restrictions on the shape and installation location.

また、アレルゲン不活化能を有する薬剤を環境中に噴霧、散布、もしくは塗布する方法も開示されている。   Also disclosed is a method of spraying, spraying, or applying a drug having allergen inactivating ability in the environment.

たとえば、タンニン酸化合物の蛋白結合作用を利用し、環境中に存在するアレルゲンを不活性化する抗アレルゲン剤ならびにその利用法や(例えば特許文献1、2参照)、上記成分を含有する茶抽出物を塗布することにより、アレルゲン不活化性を有したフィルター等(例えば特許文献3参照)が開示されている。   For example, an antiallergen agent that inactivates allergens present in the environment by utilizing the protein binding action of a tannic acid compound, and a method for using the same (for example, see Patent Documents 1 and 2), and a tea extract containing the above components The filter etc. which have allergen inactivation property by apply | coating (for example, refer patent document 3) are disclosed.

しかしながら、(1)カテコール類似構造を有するタンニン酸ならびにポリフェノール類は、酸化や共存する金属イオンとのキレート形成により変色しやすい、(2)精製度の低い粗抽出物である場合には不純物混入による臭気の発生が避けられない、(3)実質的に水溶性であるため塗布物質に触れることにより再溶出が生じるなどの問題を有していた。   However, (1) Tannic acid and polyphenols having a catechol-like structure are likely to be discolored by oxidation or chelate formation with coexisting metal ions. (2) In the case of a crude extract with a low degree of purification, contamination with impurities Odor generation is unavoidable, and (3) since it is substantially water-soluble, re-elution occurs due to contact with the coating substance.

本発明は従来技術の課題を背景になされたもので、優れたアレルゲン不活化能を有する一方で、無臭且つ無色のアレルゲン不活化剤を提供することを課題とするものである。   The present invention has been made against the background of the problems of the prior art. An object of the present invention is to provide an odorless and colorless allergen inactivating agent while having excellent allergen inactivating ability.

As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors have found that a zinc-based compound is effective as an allergen-inactivating component, and finally completed the present invention. That is, the present invention is (1) an aqueous allergen inactivating agent characterized by containing a water-soluble zinc compound, (2) a water-insoluble zinc compound and / or a water-insoluble zinc / metal oxide composite particle An allergen inactivating agent characterized by being dispersed in water, (3) an allergen inactivating agent according to (2), wherein the particle size is 50 μm or less, and (4) a metal oxide is titania The allergen inactivating agent according to (2) or (3), or the allergen inactivating agent according to any one of (5) (1) to (4), comprising at least one of silica, silica, and It is a filter having antiallergenic properties that is carried.

本発明によるアレルゲン不活化剤は、無臭・無色の亜鉛化合物を用いることにより、従来達成し得なかった優れた特性を得、更に幅広い用途に展開できるという利点を有する。 The allergen inactivating agent according to the present invention has the advantage that, by using an odorless and colorless zinc compound, excellent properties that could not be achieved in the past can be obtained and can be developed for a wider range of applications.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail.
The allergen inactivating agent according to the present invention preferably contains a water-soluble zinc compound. Zinc-based compounds have an excellent allergen inactivating effect and are substantially colorless and odorless, so they can eliminate the problems of coloring, discoloration, and odor, and further exist in the aqueous solution as ions. This is because the property is extremely good. Although the water-soluble zinc compound used for this invention is not specifically limited, For example, zinc nitrate, zinc sulfate, etc. can be illustrated.
The concentration of the water-soluble zinc compound in the allergen inactivating agent according to the present invention is preferably 0.005 mol / L to 3 mol / L. When the amount is less than 0.005 mol / L, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, when the amount exceeds mol / L, the effect hardly changes and the cost increases. More preferably, they are 0.05 mol / L-1 mol / L, More preferably, they are 0.1 mol / L-0.5 mol / L.

The allergen inactivating agent according to the present invention may be one in which water-insoluble zinc compound particles are dispersed in water. This is because protein allergens can be inactivated by spraying and applying such a liquid to the environment or contaminated articles. The zinc compound used in the present invention is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include metal zinc and zinc oxide. The content of the water-insoluble zinc compound particles is preferably 0.1% by weight to 30% by weight. If the amount is less than 0.1% by weight, a sufficient effect cannot be obtained. On the other hand, if the amount exceeds 30% by weight, particle dispersibility (reaggregation) and clogging problems occur when used in a spray. . More preferably, it is 0.5 weight%-20 weight%, More preferably, it is 1 weight%-15 weight%.

本発明にかかるアレルゲン不活化剤は、非水溶性亜鉛・金属酸化物の複合粒子別種金属酸化物を担体としもよく、また、上記非水溶性亜鉛と混合してもよい。複合粒子の形態としては、表層もしくは1部に亜鉛化合物を担持させることが挙げられる。これにより、亜鉛元素の使用量を減少せしめることができるからである。好ましい金属酸化物に関しては、アルミナ、シリカ、チタニア等を例示することができる。 The allergen inactivating agent according to the present invention may be a carrier made of a metal oxide different from water-insoluble zinc / metal oxide composite particles, or may be mixed with the water-insoluble zinc. As a form of the composite particles, a zinc compound is supported on the surface layer or a part thereof. This is because the amount of zinc element used can be reduced. Examples of preferred metal oxides include alumina, silica, titania and the like.

The particle diameter of the water-insoluble zinc compound particles and the water-insoluble zinc / metal oxide composite particles used in the present invention is preferably 50 μm or less. This is because within such a range, the handleability in the spraying or coating stage can be improved, and the appearance change of the deposit can be suppressed. More preferably, it is 100 nm or less, and most preferably 10 nm or less. In addition, by reducing the particle size, the surface area is dramatically increased, so that the inactivation effect is enhanced, and there is also an advantage that scattering after coating can be suppressed by improving adhesion. In particular, when the particle diameter is 10 nm or less, a film can be formed by drying.

本発明に用いる非水溶性亜鉛化合物粒子の粒子径の下限は特に限定されないが、粉体の取り扱い性、分散安定性の観点から1nm以上とすることが好ましい。 The lower limit of the particle diameter of the water-insoluble zinc compound particles used in the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 1 nm or more from the viewpoint of the handleability and dispersion stability of the powder.

本発明のアレルゲン不活化剤は生活環境中に使用することを目的としているため、吸入毒性、可燃性等の観点から水を主成分とした溶媒中に溶解もしくは分散されていることが
好ましく、最も好ましくは完全水系溶媒である。但し、必要に応じてアルコール等の低沸点溶媒、抗菌剤、脱臭剤、界面活性剤などを助剤として加えることを妨げるものではない。
Since the allergen inactivating agent of the present invention is intended for use in the living environment, it is preferably dissolved or dispersed in a solvent mainly composed of water from the viewpoint of inhalation toxicity, flammability, etc. A complete aqueous solvent is preferred. However, it does not preclude the addition of a low-boiling solvent such as alcohol, an antibacterial agent, a deodorizing agent, or a surfactant as an auxiliary agent as necessary.

また、アレルゲン不活化剤のpHは安全性の観点から鑑みて3〜11の範囲にあることが好ましく、より好ましくは5〜9であり、最も好ましくは6〜8である。また、本発明における不溶性とは分散媒として用いる水溶液のpHに対し溶解しないことを意味する。   Further, the pH of the allergen inactivating agent is preferably in the range of 3 to 11 in view of safety, more preferably 5 to 9, and most preferably 6 to 8. Further, insolubility in the present invention means insoluble in the pH of an aqueous solution used as a dispersion medium.

また、本発明のアレルゲン不活化剤は既に汚染された環境、物品に使用するのみならず、床、壁面等の家屋構成部材、空調機器、織布、不織布等の繊維製品、マスク、フィルターなどの濾過部材に予め塗布、噴霧、担持しておく事も好適である。   In addition, the allergen inactivating agent of the present invention is not only used for contaminated environments and articles, but also for building components such as floors and walls, air conditioners, textile products such as woven fabrics and nonwoven fabrics, masks, filters, etc. It is also preferable to apply, spray, and carry the filter member in advance.

本発明にて適用可能なアレルゲンは不活化効果が確認できる物であれば特に制限されないが、具体的にはイヌ、ネコ、鳥の体毛など家畜由来、スギ、ブタクサ等の植物由来、ダニ、ゴキブリ本体もしくは排泄物などの動植物蛋白質を例示することができる。   The allergen applicable in the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the inactivation effect can be confirmed, but specifically, derived from domestic animals such as dogs, cats and bird hairs, derived from plants such as cedar and ragweed, mites and cockroaches. Examples of animal and plant proteins such as body and excrement can be given.

以下に実施例を挙げて、本発明を具体的に説明する。 The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to examples.
