Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a forceps plug having excellent durability which credibly prevents leakage of filthy liquid from a mouth of a treatment instrument insertion channel and allows to wash and sterilize each part after use easily and credibly.
SOLUTION: A barrel member 11 has a space for passing a treatment instrument 100, and only a tongue piece 20 is projected from the inner wall of the barrel member 11 into the space. When a lid member 12 is attached to the barrel member 11, the tongue piece abuts a back side wall of a closing membrane 14 to block a slit 15. At the same time, the tongue piece 20 is pushed downward with one end side (21) as a fulcrum by the back side wall of the closing membrane 14 when the lid member 12 is attached to the barrel member 11. The tongue piece is further pushed downward by passing the treatment instrument 100 through the slit 15.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to an endoscopic forceps plug.

An endoscope forceps plug is generally a rubber member that is detachably provided at the entrance of an endoscope treatment instrument insertion channel, so that the treatment instrument can be inserted when the treatment instrument is not used and when it is used. In order to prevent the sewage in the body from being ejected through the channel and contaminating the surroundings, the treatment tool is passed through a first closing membrane having a slit that is elastically deformed and spread when the treatment tool is passed. And a second closing membrane having an opening which is elastically deformed and pushed open.

When using a treatment instrument having a large diameter that cannot pass through the slit, etc., the first closure film can be removed and the treatment instrument can be passed only through the opening of the second closure film. The closure membrane is formed as a lid-like member that is detachable from the barrel-like member on which the second closure membrane is formed (for example, Patent Document 1).

However, in a state in which the lid-like member on which such a first closing membrane is formed is removed from the barrel-like member, the body fouling from the opening formed in the second closing membrane when the treatment tool is not passed. There is a problem that liquid etc. are likely to leak out.

Therefore, a tongue piece that is elastically deformed by being passed through the treatment tool and is pushed down with one end side as a fulcrum is arranged so as to face the back surface of the second closing membrane, so that the treatment tool insertion channel is not used when the treatment tool is not used. It is also conceivable that the tongue piece is pressed against the back surface of the closing membrane by the pressure so that the opening is closed from the back side (for example, Patent Document 2).
JP 2001-218732 A Reality 5-15282

When the endoscopy is completed, it is necessary to completely clean and disinfect not only the endoscope body but also the forceps plug for each case. In the case of the forceps plug described in Patent Document 2, Care must be taken not to leave the area between the closure membrane dirty.

However, in order to wash the portion between the tongue piece and the closure membrane with the forceps plug described in Patent Document 2, the tongue piece is bent largely from the root side (fulcrum side) and sufficient between the closure membrane. Since a gap must be created, the base of the tongue piece cracks in a short time, and the forceps plug must be replaced with a new one.

Therefore, the present invention reliably prevents the leakage of filth from the entrance of the treatment instrument insertion channel, and can easily and reliably wash and disinfect each part after use, and is an endoscope having excellent durability. An object is to provide a forceps plug.

In order to achieve the above object, the forceps plug of the endoscope of the present invention includes a barrel-shaped member made of a resilient material attached so that the bottom side communicates with the entrance portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope; A closure member having a slit that is elastically deformed and spread when a treatment instrument is passed is provided on the head side of the barrel member and a lid-like member made of an elastic material that is detachable In the forceps plug of the endoscope formed on the cylindrical member, the space through which the treatment tool in the barrel member passes is in contact with the back wall of the closure membrane when the lid member is attached to the barrel member, so that a slit is formed. Only the tongue piece in a closed state is formed to protrude inward from the inner wall of the barrel-shaped member, and when the lid-like member is attached to the barrel-shaped member, the tongue piece has one end side as a fulcrum by the back wall of the closing membrane. Is pushed down and the treatment instrument passes through the slit In which was set to Risarani displaced was state.

According to the present invention, when the lid-like member is attached to the barrel-like member, the tongue piece is pushed down by the back surface wall of the closing membrane with one end side as a fulcrum and is in contact with the back wall of the closing membrane to close the slit. Therefore, it is possible to surely prevent the leakage of the filth from the treatment instrument insertion channel inlet, and only the tongue piece is formed in the space through which the treatment instrument in the barrel member passes. By removing the from the barrel-shaped member, each part including the closing membrane and the tongue piece can be easily and reliably cleaned and disinfected, and it is not necessary to bend the tongue piece at that time, so that the durability is excellent.

From a barrel-shaped member made of a resilient material attached so that the bottom side communicates with the entrance portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel of the endoscope, and a resilient material detachable on the head side of the barrel-shaped member In a forceps plug of an endoscope in which a closure membrane having a slit that is elastically deformed and spread when a treatment instrument is passed is formed in the lid member, In the space through which the treatment instrument passes, only the tongue piece that is in contact with the back wall of the closing membrane and closes the slit when the lid member is attached to the barrel member is directed inward from the inner wall of the barrel member. When the lid-like member is attached to the barrel-like member, the tongue piece is pushed down at one end by the back wall of the closing membrane to the fulcrum and further pushed away by passing the treatment instrument through the slit To be.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
In FIG. 2, reference numeral 1 denotes an insertion portion of an endoscope covered with a flexible tube, and the base end thereof is connected to the lower end of the operation portion 2.

The distal end of the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 inserted and disposed in the insertion section 1 opens to the outside at the distal end of the insertion section 1, and the forceps plug 10 attached to the inlet portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 is connected to the lower end of the operation section 2. It arrange | positions in the state which protrudes diagonally upward from a part.

The forceps plug 10 is composed of a barrel-shaped member 11 made of a resilient material that is detachably attached to the entrance portion of the treatment instrument insertion channel 3, and a resilient material that is detachable from the barrel-shaped member 11. FIG. 2 shows a state in which the lid-like member 12 is removed from the barrel-like member 11.

FIG. 1 shows a state in which the forceps plug 10 is attached to a treatment instrument insertion base 30 provided at the inlet end of the treatment instrument insertion channel 3, and the treatment instrument insertion base 30 is connected to the treatment instrument insertion channel 3. Is arranged in a state of projecting from the outer wall surface of the operation unit 2.

The forceps plug 10 has a lid-like member 12 formed of an elastic rubber material, which is detachably attached to the head side of a bottomless barrel-shaped member 11 formed of an elastic rubber material. It consists of only two parts.

A small diameter portion 13 is formed on the inner diameter portion of the bottom side position of the barrel-shaped member 11, and the small diameter portion 13 is elastically deformed and engaged with a constricted portion 31 formed in the treatment instrument insertion base 30. When the barrel-shaped member 11 is attached to the treatment instrument insertion base 30 and communicates with the treatment instrument insertion channel 3, by applying force from this state and elastically deforming the barrel-shaped member 11, the small diameter portion 13 and the constricted portion The barrel member 11 can be removed from the treatment instrument insertion base 30 by releasing the engagement with 31.

The central part of the lid-like member 12 is formed in a shape that is recessed inward, and the bottom part thereof is a closing film 14, and a “−” shaped slit 15 is formed in the central part of the closing film 14. Is formed.

The slit 15 normally maintains a closed state by its own elasticity and seals between the inside of the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 and the outside, and is elastic by a treatment instrument inserted into and removed from the treatment instrument insertion channel 3. It is elastically deformed into a state where it is pushed out.

The circumferential wall portion formed on the lid-like member 12 in such a manner as to surround the periphery of the closure membrane 14 with a space in the outer diameter direction is elastically deformed, so that the outer circumference in the vicinity of the upper end of the barrel-like member 11 An inward projection 17 that can be freely engaged and disengaged is formed in a circumferential groove 16 formed on the surface.

Therefore, by disengaging the circumferential groove 16 and the inward protrusion 17, the lid-like member 12 can be removed from the barrel-like member 11 as shown in FIG. 3. However, since the connecting belt 18 integrally extending from the lid-like member 12 is always connected near the lower end of the barrel-like member 11, the barrel-like member 11 and the lid-like member 12 are completely separated. Not a translation.

At a position facing the back surface of the closure film 14 of the lid-like member 12 when the lid-like member 12 is attached to the barrel-like member 11, the tongue piece 20 faces inward from the inner peripheral wall of the barrel-like member 11. The protrusion is formed. As shown in FIG. 4 illustrating the IV-IV cross section in FIG. 3, the tongue piece 20 is connected to the barrel-like member 11 in a cantilever state only at a connecting portion 21 formed on one end side thereof.

As shown in FIG. 3, the tongue piece 20 has a free end on the opposite side to the head in the no-load state where the lid-like member 12 is not attached to the barrel-like member 11. It is formed to be slightly inclined so as to be located in

As shown in FIG. 1, when the lid-like member 12 is attached to the head of the barrel-like member 11, the back wall of the closing film 14 abuts on the entire surface of the tongue piece 20, and the tongue piece 20 closes the slit 15. In this state, the connection portion 21 side is used as a fulcrum and the barrel member 11 is elastically pushed down.

In this state, since the connecting portion 21 is elastically deformed, the tongue piece 20 is in close contact with the back wall of the closure film 14 due to its elasticity, and the slit 15 is attached to the tongue piece from the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 side. 20 is closed.

Therefore, even if the close contact of the slit 15 itself is insufficient, the leakage of the sewage from the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 does not occur, and if the pressure in the treatment instrument insertion channel 3 is increased by the getp or the like, the tongue The piece 20 is pressed more strongly against the back wall of the closing membrane 14 and no spillage occurs.

When the treatment instrument 100 is inserted into the treatment instrument insertion channel 3, as shown in FIG. 5, the leakage of dirty liquid is prevented by elastically deforming the slit 15 into a state where the slit 15 is expanded by passing the treatment instrument 100. The

Then, the tongue piece 20 is further elastically deformed by the treatment instrument 100 that has passed through the slit 15 so as to be pushed away with the connecting portion 21 as a fulcrum, and when the treatment instrument 100 is pulled out from the forceps plug 10, the tongue piece 20 forms the closure membrane 14. Returning to the state shown in FIG.

In the space through which the treatment tool 100 in the barrel-shaped member 11 of the forceps plug 10 passes, no kind of closing membrane other than the tongue piece 20 is provided. Therefore, when the endoscopic examination is completed and the forceps plug 10 is cleaned and disinfected, as shown in FIG. 6, the forceps plug 10 is removed from the treatment instrument insertion base 30 of the endoscope, and the lid-like member is removed. By removing 12 from the head of the barrel-shaped member 11, not only can the closure film 14 on the lid-shaped member 12 side be easily cleaned and disinfected, but the inner side of the barrel-shaped member 11 is also a tongue piece 20. It is possible to easily clean and disinfect both front and back surfaces without bending the plate, and it is possible to clean and disinfect each part of the forceps plug 10 very easily.
