Description

The present invention relates to a foldable delivery box suitable for transporting a delivery product such as a food or product that needs to be kept cold or warm, while keeping the cold or warm state, by a home delivery service or the like.

Conventionally, in this type of shipping box, the cardboard is used because it is recyclable as a material without any disposal problems after use and is lightweight, and there is extra storage space when not in use. There is a structure that can be folded so that it is not necessary. In this foldable delivery box, the outer and inner boxes are folded up from separate cardboard blank sheets so that delivery items such as food and products can be transported while being kept cold or warm. There is a delivery box in which an inner box is fitted into an outer box to form a double box structure (see Patent Document 1). On the other hand, there is also a delivery box having a configuration in which each side of a rectangular parallelepiped is folded up into a box having a double wall structure from a single cardboard blank sheet (see Patent Document 2).
JP 2000-344227 A JP-A-10-114328

By the way, in general, when a cardboard box is manufactured, prior to assembly, a cardboard base paper having a predetermined width, which has been wound in advance in a roll shape, is drawn out and cut into a required shape by a manufacturing apparatus to produce a single blank sheet for assembly. Is making.

However, the conventional double box structure delivery box described above requires separate cardboard blank sheets for the outer box and the inner box, so that the amount of base paper used is large, and it remains unnecessarily unused. There was a problem that the portion was increased and the base paper was wasted, and the material cost increased accordingly, which was uneconomical. On the other hand, at the time of use, it is necessary to assemble the exterior box and the interior box individually, and there is a problem that time and labor are required for the assembly work.

On the other hand, in the conventional double-walled delivery box, the assembled blank sheet has a complicated uneven shape in the paper width direction so that when folded up, the whole becomes a double wall, and similarly, it remains unnecessarily unused. There was a problem that the number of parts increased and the base paper was wasted, and the material cost was high and uneconomical. Moreover, since it is a complicated folding form with many folding procedures, it is not easy to assemble for an unskilled worker, and similarly, there is a problem that time and labor are required for the assembling work.

Furthermore, all of the above-mentioned conventional delivery boxes have a plate seam at least on the bottom side of the box, and even if the material is waterproof corrugated cardboard, water leaks easily from the gap of the seam. Since the structure is easy, there is a problem that it is not suitable for transporting a delivery product containing a large amount of water such as fresh seafood.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a delivery box that is easily and quickly folded and assembled, realizes cost reduction by using sheet raw materials efficiently, and prevents water leakage. .

In the delivery box A1 or A2 according to the first or second aspect, for example, the sheet raw material S is provided on the surface of the delivery box A1 or A2 as described below with reference to the drawings. It is characterized by using a corrugated cardboard made of waterproof processing or a corrugated cardboard made of a waterproof material.

In the delivery box A1 or A2 according to the first or second aspect, for example, as shown in an embodiment described below with reference to the drawings, the sheet raw material S is corrugated. It is characterized by using a cardboard having a structure in which a resinous core material 1 is sandwiched between two paperboards 2 and 3.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, (1) when the front and rear first side plate portions are bent and raised, the left and right first side plate portions are also erected in conjunction with each other via the connecting plate portion, and the lid plate portion and the interior plate material. The opened bag-shaped outer box body is folded with a single touch, and then the inner board is folded into the outer box body just by folding the opened interior plate material into the outer box body along the crease. After the lid plate is closed, each side of the rectangular parallelepiped is assembled into a box with a multi-wall structure. As a result, even an inexperienced worker can easily multiplex without taking time and effort. It can assemble a wall-shaped delivery box. In addition, (2) the outer box is folded into a bag-like shape in which the first bottom plate and the first, left, right, and left side plates are connected without gaps. Even if it contains a lot of water, such as fresh seafood, it can be transported and stored without causing water leakage. (3) An assembly blank sheet having a relatively simple shape with few irregularities in the paper width direction of the sheet raw material is sufficient, and from the assembly blank sheet, each surface of the rectangular parallelepiped is folded into a box shape having a multi-wall structure. Since the delivery box is used, the portion that is not used unnecessarily is reduced, and sheet raw materials such as cardboard can be used without waste, and the material cost can be reduced accordingly.

According to the invention described in claim 2, in addition to the effects described in (1) and (2) above, (4) the left and right and front and rear four sides are folded into a double wall structure, Delivered to the bottom of the base and the bottom of the base with a triple-walled delivery box. The heat insulation performance is increased and the impact strength is increased to improve durability and storage. The product can also be reliably protected. (5) The inner lid has a sealing flap, and when assembled, when the sealing flap is overlapped with the second front side plate portion and put on the box body, the corner edge portion that stops the lid plate portion becomes the sealing flap. It can be closed and sealed, and the airtightness in the box body can be improved accordingly. Further, (6) the inner lid and the stacked bottom use the same sheet raw material as the box body, and the remaining sheet portions remaining on both the left and right sides of the second front plate portion and the second bottom plate portion of the interior plate material in the sheet raw material. Since each of them is cut out and produced, there is almost no unnecessary portion left without being used, and sheet raw materials such as cardboard can be used without waste, and the material cost can be further reduced accordingly.

According to the invention described in claim 3, since the corrugated cardboard whose surface is waterproofed or made of a waterproof material is used as the sheet raw material, the water resistance can be increased. According to the invention described in claim 4, in addition to the effect of increasing the water resistance, it is also possible to increase the impact strength and improve the durability.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

The delivery box A1 uses corrugated cardboard as the raw material of the sheet, and when manufactured from this corrugated cardboard, the sheet raw material S having a predetermined width indicated by a chain line in FIG. Then, the sheet raw material S is cut into a necessary shape by a known manufacturing apparatus to produce one blank sheet for assembly B1. In the illustrated example, as the corrugated cardboard of the sheet raw material S, as shown in a partially enlarged view in FIG. 2, the water resistance and impact strength in which the corrugated resinous core material 1 is sandwiched between the two paperboards 2 and 3. Use corrugated cardboard with an improved structure. The cardboard is waterproofed by attaching a waterproof film only to the outer surface of the outer paperboard 3 of the paperboards 2 and 3. The sheet raw material S is not limited to the corrugated cardboard shown in the figure, and corrugated cardboard such as plastic corrugated cardboard or the like in which the surface itself is waterproofed or the material itself is waterproof. Moreover, it is not limited to cardboard but may be cardboard.

In the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a delivery box A <b> 1 in which each surface of a rectangular parallelepiped forms a multi-wall structure is folded from such an assembly blank sheet B <b> 1. The connecting plate portions 15 and 16 are provided with reliefs 19 which are cut out in large, substantially rectangular shapes at the respective corner edges in correspondence with first cover stoppers 25 of the cover plate portion 22 described later. 17 and 18 are provided with small notches 21 at the respective corner edges. And as shown in FIG. 2, the connection board parts 15-18 fold up the inner surface of the sticking piece 15a * 16a on the 1st front side board part 11, and stick it beforehand with an adhesive etc., and a sticking piece. The inner surfaces of 17a and 18a are folded on the first rear side plate portion 12 and adhered in advance with an adhesive or the like, and the first bottom plate portion 10 and the first side plate portions 11 to 14 on the front, rear, left and right are continuously connected. It has a folded shape that folds into a bag-like shape without gaps.

Next, as shown in FIG. 1, the lid plate portion 22 is placed on the upper edge of the first rear plate portion 12 of the first side plate portions 11, 12 that are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction via a fold d for mountain folding. On the other hand, on the upper edge of the first front side plate portion 11, an interior plate material 20 that forms an inner box body C2 to be described later is provided continuously via a parallel fold e for bending into a U shape.

The lid plate portion 22 is formed on the left and right side sides leaving symmetrical reinforcing flaps 22a and 22a, and these are connected via a fold line f. Reinforcing flaps 22a and 22a are provided with reliefs 23 cut out in shapes corresponding to second lid stopper pieces 26 described later at the respective corner edges. Further, symmetrical slits 24 are formed between the connecting strips 17a and 18a of the connecting plate portions 17 and 18. Then, the lid plate portion 22 is formed in advance in a double lid structure by folding both reinforcing flaps 22a and 22a on the lid surface 22b and bonding them together with an adhesive or the like as shown in FIG. On the upper edge of the lid surface 22b, the first lid stopper piece 25 is formed so as to leave a convex shape, while the first lid stopper piece 25 is cut off at the base portion, and a second lid stopper piece 26 described later is provided. A first insertion hole 27 to be inserted is opened. The first lid stopper piece 25 is bent and raised in advance with a crease in an L-plate shape.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 1, the interior plate material 20 is valley-folded at the upper edge of the second front plate portion 30 and the second front plate portion 30 connected to the first front plate portion 11 via the parallel fold e. The second bottom plate portion 31 provided continuously through the fold g for use, and the second rear plate portion 32 provided continuously at the upper edge of the second bottom plate portion 30 through the fold h for valley folding. Between the 2nd front side board part 30 and the 2nd bottom board part 31, the notch which crosses the parallel crease e is put and the 2nd cover stop piece 26 is provided. The second lid stopper piece 26 is folded in half and bent into an L shape. Moreover, the 2nd insertion hole 28 for inserting the 1st cover stopper piece 25 is opened in the installation position of the 2nd cover stopper piece 26 in the parallel fold e. The second bottom plate portion 31 is formed by leaving symmetrical reinforcing flaps 31a and 31a at the left and right side ends thereof, and these are continuously provided via a fold line i. Then, both the reinforcing flaps 31a and 31a are folded on the inner surface and bonded together with an adhesive or the like, so that a double bottom structure is prepared in advance. The second rear side plate portion 32 is provided with second symmetrical left and right side plate portions 33 and 34 connected to the left and right side edges via a fold j for valley folding, respectively.

Now, when the delivery box A1 is transported or stored, for example, as shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of assembly blank sheets B1 are stacked in a flat state or along the fold line e. By folding in two and overlapping, or by folding and folding in three along the creases d and e, it is not bulky and can be transported and stored in a space-saving manner.

Since the delivery box A1 is used, when assembling the flat assembly blank sheet B1 in FIG. 2 into a box shape, the flaps 13a and 14a of the left and right first side plate portions 13 and 14 are opened outward. Then, the front and rear first side plate portions 11 and 12 are bent with both hands. Then, along with the bending raising operation, the left and right first side plate portions 13 and 14 are also erected in conjunction with each other via the connecting plate portions 15 to 18, and as shown in FIG. The outer casing C1 with the plate member 20 opened and the upper opening state is folded up with one touch. The outer box body C1 is shaped into a bag-like shape in which the first bottom plate portion 10 and the first side plate portions 11 to 14 on the front, rear, left, and right sides are continuously connected.

Next, while maintaining the box shape of the outer box body C1 by pressing with both hands, the second front side plate portion 30 of the opened interior board member 20 is moved along the parallel fold line e as shown in FIG. Fold it towards. Further, the second front side plate part 30 and the second bottom plate part 31 are valley-folded along the fold line g, and the second bottom plate part 31 and the second rear side plate part 32 are valley-folded along the fold line h, while the outer casing C While pushing in, the left and right second side plate portions 33 and 34 are valley-folded along the fold line j, and while facing each other inward, the second rear side plate 32 is pushed from above and dropped into the outer box body C1. Then, according to the dropping operation, as shown in FIG. 5, the second front plate portion 30 with respect to the first front plate portion 11, the second rear plate portion 32 with respect to the first rear plate portion 12, and the first left and right side plates. The second left and right side plate portions 33 and 34 fold with respect to the portions 13 and 14 and the second bottom plate portion 31 with respect to the first bottom plate portion 10 folds in conjunction with each other at the same time. Boxes C2 are formed to overlap. Therefore, the delivery box A1 has a triple bottom structure in which the bottom wall of the base is composed of the first bottom plate portion 10 and the double bottom second bottom plate portion 31 in this assembly stage, and two side surfaces in the front, rear, left, and right sides are two. It is assembled in a box shape with an upper opening 29 having a heavy wall structure.

After that, for example, a delivery product that needs to be kept cold, such as fresh food, is stored together with a cold storage material such as dry ice in the delivery box A1, and then the lid plate portion 22 having a double lid structure is bent down along the fold line d. Close. Then, the first lid stopper piece 25 is inserted into the second insertion hole 28 between the parallel folds e to stop the lid plate portion 22, and then the second lid stopper is inserted into the first insertion hole 27 on the lid plate portion 22 side. The piece 26 is inserted, and the lid plate portion 22 is doubled. In this way, the delivery box A1 is folded and assembled into a box body in which each of six sides of the rectangular parallelepiped forms a multiple wall structure as shown in FIG.

At the time of this assembly, as shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, the delivery box A1 includes the folded first and second bottom plate portions 10, 31 and the left and right first and second side plate portions 13, 33, 14 A slight gap is created between 34 and between the front and rear first and second side plate portions 12, 32, 11 and 30 based on the flexibility of the corrugated cardboard in the bent state, and the thermal conductivity in each gap A low air layer 35 is formed. Therefore, in the delivery box A1, each of the six sides of the rectangular parallelepiped has a multi-wall structure, and the air layer 35 further enhances the heat insulation, and remarkably improves the cold insulation effect (or the heat insulation effect) of the stored delivery goods. be able to.

Moreover, since the shipping box A1 is made of waterproof cardboard and the outer box body C1 has a seamless bag-like container shape with no gaps, the stored delivery items such as fresh seafood Even if it contains a lot of water, it can be transported and stored without causing water leakage.

By the way, this invention can be set as a different structure like the delivery box A2 shown in FIGS. 9-13 instead of the said delivery box A1. FIG. 9 is a developed plan view of an assembling blank sheet B2 used for the delivery box A2. FIG. 10 is a perspective view showing a flat state before partially assembling the assembling blank sheet B2 and assembling it as a delivery box, and FIGS. 11 to 13 are perspective views showing a procedure until assembling the delivery box A2. FIG. In the delivery box A2, the same components as those in the delivery box A1 are denoted by the same reference numerals and will be described below.

In the delivery box A2, a sheet raw material S having a predetermined width indicated by a chain line in FIG. 9 is cut to produce an assembly blank sheet B2. Accordingly, in the other example shown in the figure, the remaining sheet portion of the same sheet raw material S and the box main body 40 in which each of the six sides of the rectangular parallelepiped is folded up into a box shape having a double wall structure from the assembling blank sheet B2. The box body 40 produced from the above has an inner lid 41 and an overlapping bottom 42.

The assembly blank sheet B2 is different from the assembly blank sheet B1 shown in FIG. 1 and, as shown in FIG. 9, in particular, in the interior plate member 20 ′ of the box body 40, the second front plate portion 30 and the second bottom plate portion. The left and right sides of 31 are cut out and cut into a form in which the second bottom plate 31 does not have a reinforcing flap. On the other hand, using the remaining sheet portions of the sheet raw material S remaining on both the left and right sides, the inner lid 41 and the stacked bottom 42 are cut out from the remaining sheet portions, respectively.

The inner lid 41 includes a rectangular lid piece portion 41a cut out in accordance with the upper opening 39 of the box body 40, and a sealing flap 41b bent at one side edge of the lid piece portion 41a. On the other hand, the stacked bottom 42 is cut out in accordance with the outer shape of the bottom plate portions 10 and 31, and is formed into a rectangle having a slightly smaller vertical and horizontal size.

Now, in order to use the delivery box A2, when assembling the box body 40, first, the front and rear first side plate portions 11 and 11 are firstly used from the flat assembly blank sheet B2 shown in FIG. 12 is bent and raised with both hands, and as shown in FIG. 11, the cover plate portion 22 and the interior plate material 20 ′ are opened to the left and right, and the bag-like outer box body C1 having an open upper portion is folded up.

Next, while holding the box shape of the outer box body C1 by pressing with both hands, the second front side plate portion 30 of the opened interior board member 20 ′ is folded into the outer box body C1 (see FIG. 4), and the second The second bottom plate 31 and the second bottom plate 31 and the second rear plate 32 are sequentially pushed into the outer box body C1 while being valley-folded, and the left and right second side plates 33. The second rear side plate 32 is pushed from above and dropped into the outer box body C1 while the valleys 34 are folded and opposed to each other. Then, according to the dropping operation, as shown in FIG. 12, the second front side plate portion 30 with respect to the first front side plate portion 11, the second rear side plate portion 32 with respect to the first rear side plate portion 12, and the first left and right side plates. The second left and right side plate portions 33 and 34 are folded with respect to the portions 17 and 18, and the second bottom plate portion 31 is folded with respect to the first bottom plate portion 10 at substantially the same time, so that the inner box body C2 ′ is folded inside the outer box body C1. Overlaid. As a result, in the delivery box A2, at this assembly stage, the box body 40 in a state where the bottom opening and the front, rear, left and right side surfaces form a double wall structure and the upper opening 39 is opened is assembled.

Thereafter, an overlapping bottom 42 is inserted into the box main body 40 from the upper opening 39 and overlapped on the second bottom plate portion 31 so that the bottom wall of the base has a triple bottom structure. Although the overlap bottom 42 has been described above, when the outer box body C1 is first folded into a container shape, it is inserted through the upper opening 39 and placed on the first bottom plate portion 10 so that the bottom wall of the base is placed. A triple bottom structure is preferable. Next, for example, a delivery product that needs to be kept cool, such as fresh food, is stored together with a cold storage material such as dry ice in the box body 40, and then an inner lid 41 is put on the box body 40 as shown in FIG. Close. At that time, the inner lid 41 is covered with the sealing flap 41 b facing downward, and is fitted on the upper edge of the second front side plate portion 30. Then, the lid plate portion 22 of the double lid is bent over and overlaid on the inner lid 41, and then the lid plate portion 22 is doubled by the first lid stopper piece 25 and the second lid stopper piece 26 as described above. stop. In this way, the delivery box A2 is assembled into a box body in which the lid side and the bottom side are both triple-walled, and the left and right and front and rear four sides form a double-walled multi-wall structure.

In the above delivery box A2, the first and second lid stopper pieces 25 and 26 are inserted into the insertion holes 28 and 27, and the corner portion where the lid plate portion 22 is stopped is closed with the sealing flap 41b of the inner lid 41. By sealing with, airtightness is maintained.

In the delivery box A2, when packing the delivery product, the delivery product is placed in the box body 40 and placed on the stacking bottom 42, and then the inner lid 41 is pushed from the upper opening 39 to the stacking bottom 42 side by a desired depth. The inner lid 41 can also be configured to be used as a shelf plate on which a cold storage material or the like is placed. Therefore, the inner lid 41 may have a shape in which a flap is provided for a push-in guide on the other side edge opposite to the sealing flap 41b.

In the illustrated example, the lid stoppers 25 and 26 and the insertion holes 27 and 28 are provided so that the lid plate portion 22 is doubled. However, in the delivery box of the present invention, for example, as shown in FIG. 14, when a flap-shaped lid stopper piece 22c having substantially the same length is formed on the upper edge of the lid plate portion 22 and the lid plate portion 22 is closed. The lid stopper piece 22c may be a simple lid stopper structure that is inserted and stopped between the flaps 13a and 14a of the left and right first side plate portions 13 and 14 and the second front side plate portion 30.
