BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a box-shaped packaging box made by folding a blank such as a corrugated cardboard board, and in particular, from a state in which the blank is folded in a double shape, without using an adhesive, a staple, an adhesive tape, or the like. The container can be assembled, and after taking out the stored items from the box-shaped container, the blank can be easily folded in double, and therefore, it relates to a packaging box suitable for use as a returnable box or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
One of the most common conventional packaging containers is a box-shaped packaging box made by bending a blank such as a cardboard board. For example, a blank is bent in the same direction with four parallel lines in the same direction, and its both ends are bonded or stapled to form a square cylindrical body, which extends from the lower side of this body. The bottom flap is folded inward to close the lower surface of the box, and the upper flap extending from the upper side of the trunk is folded inward to close the upper surface of the box.
[0003]
In such a packaging box, a stored item is stored inside the box with the bottom of the box closed, and then the top of the box is closed. The bottom of the box is firmly closed using an adhesive, staples or adhesive tape so that it can withstand the weight of the stored item. The upper surface is also closed by the adhesive, staple, adhesive tape or other appropriate means so as not to open easily during conveyance.
[0004]
Most cardboard boxes are disassembled at the storage destination after being transported, and discarded or collected by a recycler. However, the reality is that the percentage of cardboard boxes that are actually recycled is small. A corrugated board used as a blank for a corrugated cardboard box is a product using paper made from resin pulp, and resource saving is required.
[0005]
As a form that has been used for a long time for resource saving of cardboard boxes, there is a so-called returnable box. This is a form in which a corrugated cardboard box is used by reciprocating between a transport source of stored items and a transport destination thereof. This returnable box needs to be able to easily fold an empty cardboard box in order to increase the storage efficiency and the conveyance efficiency when storing and returning the cardboard box after the article is taken out.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The most problematic problem in so-called returnable boxes is the means for closing the bottom of the box. As described above, in the cardboard box, it is necessary to firmly close the bottom surface of the box so that the weight of the stored item can be withstood. Therefore, generally, a means for connecting the flaps on the bottom side with an adhesive, staples, adhesive tape or the like is taken.
[0007]
However, in a cardboard box in which the bottom flap is attached with an adhesive, the adhesive remains on the bottom flap when the bottom flap is separated to fold the cardboard box. Further, when the bottom flap is separated, the bottom flap may be damaged. Even if it is not damaged, the bottom flap deteriorates every time it is separated. Further, when reassembling the cardboard box, a special tool such as an adhesive applicator is required to attach the bottom flap with an adhesive, which is troublesome.
[0008]
Also, with the means to stop the bottom flap with staples or adhesive tape, every time the bottom flap is separated to fold the cardboard box, the bottom flap is peeled off when holes are left in the bottom flap or when the adhesive tape is peeled off. There is a problem that the strength of the flap is lowered.
[0009]
In view of the problems of the packaging box such as the conventional cardboard box as described above, the present invention can be easily assembled without using an adhesive, a staple, an adhesive tape or the like as a returnable box. An object of the present invention is to provide a packaging box that can reliably withstand the weight and can be assembled and folded without deteriorating the bottom flap.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described specifically and in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a developed view of a blank showing an embodiment of a general packaging box of the present invention. The blank for the packaging box uses a corrugated board in which a core made of a corrugated sheet made of paper is laminated with a liner. A blank before assembly is completed by punching the corrugated board as shown by a thick solid line in FIG. 1 and inserting a broken line as shown by a two-dot chain line. A thick broken line indicates a cut. All the broken lines shown by the two-dot chain line are bent in the same direction with respect to the paper surface of FIG.

[0042]
In the above-mentioned example, terms such as “side panel” and “end panel” are used separately for the side face and the end face of the hexahedron box, but the relative position relationship between the side face and the end face of the box body is used. If a pair of opposed vertical surfaces facing each other is used as a side surface, the other pair of opposed vertical surfaces orthogonal to those surfaces is merely an end surface. As is apparent from the case of a box having a square plane, the side surface and the end surface are only meaningful for distinguishing two opposing vertical surfaces.
[0043]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to easily assemble as a returnable box without using an adhesive, a staple, an adhesive tape, or the like, and it is possible to reliably withstand the weight of the stored item. It is possible to obtain a box-shaped packaging box that can be assembled and folded without deteriorating the bottom flap.
[Brief description of the drawings]
