Description

The present invention relates to a heat insulating panel constituting a freezer of a refrigerated vehicle, and more particularly to a heat insulating panel connecting structure for a refrigerated vehicle that connects a plurality of heat insulating panels.

A refrigeration vehicle is a truck equipped with a freezer for transporting low-temperature cargo such as frozen food and chilled food while maintaining its quality. The freezer of this refrigeration vehicle is provided with an evaporator inside a freezer surrounded by wall surfaces, floor surfaces, and ceilings made of heat insulating material, and provided with a freezing condenser unit outside the freezer, and is cooled by this freezing condenser unit. The refrigerant is sent to the evaporator, and the refrigerant evaporating here takes the heat in the freezer and lowers the temperature in the refrigerator.

Various inventions have been proposed for the structure of such a freezer of a refrigerated vehicle. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 8-1559639 of “Patent Document 1”, a structure of a cargo box for transporting a frozen product of a truck such as a van truck or a van trailer has been proposed.
JP-A-8-159039

This freezer carton box is a vehicle-mounted freezer carton box that has six surrounding surfaces surrounded by a heat-insulating wall surface. At least the ceiling, front wall, and side wall surfaces of the six surrounding surfaces are outer metal plates. Is provided with a heat insulating layer made of a synthetic resin foam material. Furthermore, it has a three-layer structure in which a plate member is provided on the inner side of the heat insulation layer, and a recess is formed in the heat insulation layer while leaving a synthetic resin foam between the outer metal plate, and the depression surface extends from the plate member. A plate material is affixed, an evaporator for refrigeration equipment is disposed in the recess, and the evaporator is disposed at a position where the outer surface of the evaporator does not protrude from the same plane as the wall surface, and a groove for air circulation communicating with the recess is provided on the wall surface. Formed.

However, since the freezer of a conventional refrigeration vehicle is a combination of a ceiling panel, a front wall, and a wall surface of a side wall so that each of the heat insulation panels becomes six sides, for example, a part of the side wall causes a traffic accident. When it was damaged, all of the insulation panels had to be replaced and repaired. In spite of a narrow damaged part of a part of a large area insulation panel, replacing one insulation panel was a costly loss. Moreover, despite the fact that there is still a part that can be used sufficiently, the disposal of this one heat insulation panel has a problem of affecting the environmental problems.

Therefore, the inventors of the present invention have broken the individual ceiling, front wall, and side wall walls constituting the freezer of the refrigeration vehicle into six sides by dividing one thermal insulation panel into a plurality of pieces. Focused on exchanging and repairing only the parts.

Various inventions have been proposed for techniques for connecting such heat insulating panels divided into a plurality of sheets. For example, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-68268 of Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 10-68268, a structure of a heat insulating material that blocks a heat bridge between a room interior and an outdoor space is proposed.
JP-A-10-68268

The heat insulating mold material includes an outdoor mold material, an indoor mold material, and a heat insulating material. The outdoor mold material and the indoor mold material are connected by a heat insulating material, and the heat insulating material is connected at a connecting portion between the heat insulating material and the indoor and outdoor mold materials. And at the corner where the mold material forms a corner, a drainage gap is opened at the longitudinal end of the mold material, and the outdoor mold material and the indoor mold material are connected by a heat insulating material. In a state where the inner mold material is thermally separated, the inner mold material is immersed in a treatment liquid bath and subjected to a surface treatment.

About the specific structure of this heat insulation type | mold material, when using the heat insulation bridge | bridging material previously shape | molded as a heat insulating material in patent document 2, it is as follows. Prepare outdoor side mold material, indoor side mold material, and heat insulation bridge material, provide caulking holes on the opposing surfaces of the outdoor side mold material and indoor side mold material, and caulk both ends of the heat insulation bridge material to the caulking hole. It is supposed that indoor side mold materials are connected by a heat insulating bridge material.

However, since the heat insulating material of Patent Document 2 is intended for buildings, the structure of such a heat insulating material including a heat insulating bridge material has an outside air temperature range of 0 ° C. to 30 ° C., and the room temperature is Since a temperature difference of about 10 ° C. to 25 ° C. is insulated, a high heat insulation effect is not required.

Moreover, since the heat insulation type | mold material of patent document 2 was aimed at the building, the countermeasure against vibration was not considered. Therefore, there has been a problem that the heat insulating mold of Patent Document 2 cannot be used as it is for a heat insulating panel for a refrigerated vehicle.

The present invention has been developed to solve such problems. That is, an object of the present invention is to replace a plurality of heat insulation panels in a detachable manner so as to form a heat insulation wall surface, so that the heat insulation panels of the freezer of the refrigeration vehicle can be partially replaced and repaired, and the repair cost thereof. It is providing the heat insulation panel connection structure for refrigeration vehicles which can reduce.

An L-shaped member (16) formed on the bolt-shaped groove (19) into which the bolt (17) is screwed via a heat insulating member (18), and an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the L-shaped member (16). Each is formed by opening.

As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of heat insulating wall surfaces (3) are provided so that a plurality of heat insulating wall surfaces (3) constituting the freezer (5) of the refrigeration vehicle (4) are combined into a hexahedral wall surface. Since both the joining edges of the heat insulating panel (1) are detachably connected by the heat insulating panel connecting member (2), when a part of the heat insulating wall (3) is damaged, Only the insulation panel (1) can be replaced and repaired. Thereby, replacement repair can be completed quickly. In addition, the repair cost can be reduced.

Since the heat insulation panel connection member (2) which connects a heat insulation panel (1) combines the external member (6) and the internal member (7) with the heat insulation coupling member (8) which has heat insulation. Moreover, even if there is a large temperature difference of 40 ° C. outside and −20 to 30 ° C. inside the warehouse, the inside temperature will not rise. And since this heat insulation panel connection member (2) is a structure which fixes so that both the outer edges (6) and the internal member (7) may pinch | join both the edges of a heat insulation panel (1), it is freezing. Even in a state of being subjected to intense vibration as in a vehicle, there is no problem that the joint is relaxed.

Furthermore, the hollow heat insulation hollow part (14) formed in the coupling | bonding direction of the heat insulation coupling member (8) of the external member (6) or the internal member (7) contributes to improvement of literal heat insulation. be able to. And since this heat insulation hollow part (14) has a function as a structure called a support | pillar, the mechanical strength of a joint part is raised and the mechanical strength of heat insulation panel connection member (2) itself is raised.

The present invention provides a freezer for a refrigerated vehicle comprising a hexahedron wall surface by forming a heat insulating wall surface by detachably connecting both joint portions of a plurality of heat insulating panels with a heat insulating panel connecting member. It is the heat insulation panel connection structure for frozen vehicles for comprising.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional plan view of a refrigerated vehicle provided with a freezer comprising a heat insulating wall surface of a heat insulating panel coupling structure for a refrigerated vehicle according to the present invention.
In the heat insulation panel connection structure for a refrigerated vehicle of the present invention, a plurality of heat insulation panels 1 are detachably connected by a heat insulation panel connection member 2 to form a heat insulation wall surface 3, and a plurality of the heat insulation wall surfaces 3 are combined to form a hexahedral refrigeration. The wall surface of the freezer 5 of the vehicle 4 is used. For example, the heat insulating wall surfaces 3 on both sides in the illustrated example are obtained by detachably connecting four heat insulating panels 1 with three heat insulating panel connecting members 2. However, it goes without saying that the number of the heat insulating panels 1 is not limited as in the illustrated example. Further, the structure of the refrigeration vehicle is not limited to the one provided with a door at the rear part of the vehicle as shown in FIG. 1, but is a refrigeration vehicle (not shown) having a structure in which a side wall surface called a refrigeration wing is flipped up. There may be. The heat insulation panel connection structure of the present invention can also be implemented in such a heat insulation panel of the refrigeration wing.

FIG. 2 is a plan sectional view of the heat insulation panel connection structure of Example 1 of the present invention. FIG. 3 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the heat insulating panel connecting member.
The heat insulation panel connecting member 2 for a refrigerated vehicle according to the present invention insulates the outside member 6 and the inside member 7 arranged so as to sandwich both joint portions of the heat insulation panel 1, and the outside member 6 and the inside member 7. This is a member coupled by the sex coupling member 8.

The outside-compartment member 6 is located outside the freezer 5 (see FIG. 1), has a substantially T-shaped cross section so as to be in close contact with both joint edges of the outer wall surface of the heat-insulating panel 1, and a heat-insulating coupling member. 8 is a member having a caulking groove 10 with which the eight retaining portions 9 are engaged. This outside member 6 is a metal member that is lightweight and has a certain degree of strength, such as aluminum. However, it is needless to say that it is not limited to aluminum. As shown in FIG. 3, the external member 6 includes a caulking groove 10 that engages the retaining portion 9 of the heat insulating coupling member 8, and a heat insulating panel in the direction of the joining edge of the heat insulating panel 1 on the opposite side of the caulking groove 10. And an engagement receiving portion 13 formed in a groove shape into which two engagement end edges 12 projecting from the restraining plate 11 are fitted so as to be in close contact with the outer wall surface of one.

On the other hand, the internal member 7 is located inside the freezer 5 and has a substantially T-shaped cross section so as to be in close contact with both joint edges of the inner wall surface of the heat insulating panel 1, and the heat insulating coupling member 8 is removed. This is a member having a caulking groove 10 with which the stopper 9 is engaged. The in-compartment member 7 is a metal member that is lightweight and has a certain degree of strength, such as aluminum. However, it is needless to say that it is not limited to aluminum. In addition, it is also possible to arrange the outside member 6 and the inside member 7 inside and outside in reverse.

The heat insulating coupling member 8 is made of, for example, a reinforced plastic member, and has a substantially rectangular heat insulating property in order to couple the caulking groove 10 of the external member 6 and the caulking groove 10 of the internal member 7. The stoppers 9 are respectively formed at both end edges thereof. The both edges of the heat insulating panel 1 are sandwiched and fixed in the sandwiching spaces formed by the outer member 6 and the inner member 7 of the heat insulating panel connecting member 2 configured as described above. Since this heat insulation panel connecting member 2 has a structure for fixing both joint edges of the heat insulation panel 1, there is no problem that the joint is relaxed even in a state of being subjected to severe vibration as in the refrigerated vehicle 4. Yes.

In the illustrated example, the heat insulating coupling member 8 is a member made of reinforced plastic as a whole, but if it has a structure in which a member having heat insulating properties is interposed in a portion to be coupled with the external member 6 or the internal member 7, the heat insulating member 8 is insulated. It is also possible to use a metal member for the sex coupling member 8 itself.

As shown in FIG. 3, a hollow heat-insulating hollow portion 14 was formed in the internal member 7 along the coupling edge of the heat-insulating coupling member 8. The hollow heat insulating hollow portion 14 formed in the bonding direction of the heat insulating bonding member 8 of the internal member 7 can contribute to literally improving heat insulating properties. And since this heat insulation hollow part 14 has a function as a structure called a support | pillar, the mechanical strength of a joint part is raised and the mechanical strength of heat insulation panel connection member 2 itself is raised. This heat insulation hollow part 14 can also be formed in the external member 6 along the coupling edge of the heat insulation coupling member 8.

As described above, in the present invention, the heat insulating wall 3 constituting the freezer 5 is detachably connected to both joint edges of the plurality of heat insulating panels 1 by the heat insulating panel connecting member 2. When a part of the wall surface 3 is damaged, only the heat insulating panel 1 in that part can be replaced and repaired. Thereby, replacement repair can be completed quickly. In addition, the repair cost can be reduced.

The heat insulating panel connecting member 2 for connecting the heat insulating panel 1 is formed by combining the outer member 6 and the inner member 7 with the heat insulating connecting member 8 having heat insulating properties. However, even if there is a large temperature difference of −20 to 30 ° C., the internal temperature does not rise.

FIG. 4 is a plan sectional view showing a modification of the heat insulating panel coupling structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
The heat insulation panel connecting member 2 for a refrigerated vehicle according to the present invention can be obtained by changing the size of any one of the outer member 6, the inner member 7 and the heat insulating coupling member 8 in accordance with the thickness of the heat insulating panel 1. It can correspond to the thickness heat insulation panel 1.

FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional plan view of a corner heat insulating panel connection structure according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 6 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the heat insulation panel connecting member of the second embodiment.
The heat insulation panel connection structure of Example 3 connects two heat insulation panels 1 arranged at an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the heat insulation panel connection member 2 at the corner of the freezer 5. The heat insulation panel connecting member 2 at the corner portion of the freezer 5 includes an external member 6 and an internal member 7 arranged so as to sandwich both joint portions of the thermal insulation panel 1, and the external member 6 and the internal member 7. This is a member joined by the heat insulating joining member 8.

This outside member 6 is located outside the freezer 5 and is formed by using a substantially rectangular plate material, for example, having a substantially curved cross section in order to connect the two heat insulation panels 1 arranged at an angle of about 90 degrees. Is a bent member 15 that is bent so as to be, and is formed with two crimping grooves 10 that engage with the retaining portion 9 of the heat-insulating coupling member 8 at an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the bent member 15. is there. In addition, the internal member 7 is located inside the freezer 5 and is formed of a substantially rectangular plate material having a substantially L-shaped cross section in order to connect the two heat insulating panels 1 arranged at an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The L-shaped member 16 is formed to have a shape, and the two crimping grooves 10 that engage with the retaining portions 9 of the heat-insulating coupling member 8 are opened at an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the L-shaped member 16. Each is formed. The heat insulating coupling member 8 is formed of a substantially rectangular member for coupling the caulking groove 10 of the external member 6 and the caulking groove 10 of the internal member 7, and the retaining portions 9 are formed at both end edges thereof. It has a heat insulation property.

FIG. 7 is a cross-sectional plan view of a bolt-fastened heat insulating panel coupling structure according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention. FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view of the heat insulation panel connecting member of Example 3.
The bolt fastening type heat insulating panel connection structure of the third embodiment is a structure in which the external member 6 and the internal member 7 are connected by bolts 17 instead of the above-described heat insulating connecting member 8. This heat insulation panel connecting member 2 is connected to the outside member 6 and the inside member 7 disposed so as to sandwich both joint portions of the heat insulation panel 1, and the outside member 6 and the inside member 7 are connected using bolts 17. It is a member.

The outside member 6 is located outside the freezer 5 and has a substantially T-shaped cross section so that it is in close contact with both edges of the outer wall surface of the heat insulating panel 1, and the bolt 17 is interposed via the heat insulating member 18. This is a member in which a bolt groove 19 to be screwed is formed. Further, the internal member 7 is positioned inside the freezer 5 and has a substantially T-shaped cross section so as to be in close contact with both edges of the inner wall surface of the heat insulating panel 1, and the bolt 17 through the heat insulating member 18. It is a member in which a bolt insertion hole 20 is formed. By using the bolt fastening type in this way, it is easy to quickly sandwich and fix the heat insulating panel 1 with the heat insulating panel connecting member 2.

FIG. 9 is a plan sectional view of a heat insulating panel connecting structure for a bolt fastening corner according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention.
The bolt-fastened heat insulating panel connecting structure of the fourth embodiment connects two heat insulating panels 1 arranged at an angle of approximately 90 degrees with the heat insulating panel connecting member 2 at the corner of the freezer 5. The heat insulation panel connecting member 2 at the corner portion of the freezer 5 includes an external member 6 and an internal member 7 arranged so as to sandwich both joint edges of the thermal insulation panel 1, and the external member 6 and the internal member 7. This is a member coupled using bolts 17.

The outside member 6 is a bent member 15 that is located outside the freezer 5 and is formed by bending a substantially rectangular plate material in order to connect the two heat insulating panels 1 that are arranged at an angle of about 90 degrees. A bolt insertion hole 20 through which the bolt 17 is passed through the heat insulating member 18 is formed in the bent member 15 so as to have an angle of approximately 90 degrees. The in-compartment member 7 is located inside the freezer 5 and has a substantially L-shaped cross section made of a substantially rectangular plate material to connect the two heat insulating panels 1 arranged at an angle of about 90 degrees. The L-shaped member 16 is formed so that a bolt groove 19 into which the bolt 17 is screwed via the heat insulating member 18 is formed at an angle of approximately 90 degrees to the L-shaped member 16.

Even in such a bolt-fastened heat insulating panel connection structure as in Examples 3 and 4, the heat insulating panel connecting member 2 has both outer edges of the heat insulating panel 1 connected by the outer member 6 and the inner member 7. Since the structure is fixed so as to be sandwiched, there is no problem that the joint portion of the heat insulation panel 1 is relaxed even in a state of being subjected to intense vibration as in the refrigerator vehicle 4.

In addition, this invention is not limited to embodiment of the invention mentioned above, In order to exchange and repair partially the heat insulation panel 1 of the freezer 5 of the refrigeration vehicle 4, several heat insulation panels 1 are connected detachably. Of course, the structure is not limited to the one shown in the figure, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The heat insulation panel connecting structure for a refrigerated vehicle of the present invention can be used not only for a refrigerated vehicle, but also for a refrigerated vehicle having a different structure or a heat insulating panel for a refrigerated vehicle.
