Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus configured to generate hot water by recovering sensible heat and latent heat from combustion gas generated by a reverse combustion type oil burner using a heat exchanger.
Conventionally, as a specific example of a hot water apparatus, there exists a thing of patent document 1. FIG. The hot water device described in this document has a configuration in which a primary heat exchanger and a secondary heat exchanger each having a finned pipe are provided below a reverse combustion burner that burns fuel downward. ing. In this hot water apparatus, when the combustion gas generated by the burner travels downward, sensible heat and latent heat of the combustion gas are sequentially recovered by the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger, whereby hot water is It is to be generated. Thus, if the latent heat is recovered in addition to the sensible heat of the combustion gas, it is possible to increase the heat exchange efficiency.
Various burners such as a gas burner can be used as the burner, but an oil burner may be desired depending on the fuel cost and other circumstances. However, in the conventional hot water apparatus, when an oil burner is used, the following problems occur.
First, since the oil burner burns kerosene, light oil, or the like, soot is likely to be generated as compared with a gas burner that burns natural gas or the like. In particular, incomplete combustion is likely to occur at the start of combustion or at the end of combustion, and soot is generated at that time. On the other hand, when the water pipe of a primary heat exchanger and a secondary heat exchanger is comprised with the pipe with a fin, it is desirable for a secondary heat exchanger to make fin pitch smaller than a primary heat exchanger. This is because the secondary heat exchanger is desired to recover as much unrecovered heat as possible from the combustion gas after passing through the primary heat exchanger. However, the secondary heat exchanger according to the prior art is disposed immediately below the primary heat exchanger and is very close to the burner. For this reason, if the fin pitch of the secondary heat exchanger is made small, soot adheres to the gaps between the fins of the secondary heat exchanger and becomes clogged easily. When such a phenomenon occurs, the combustion gas does not directly contact the fins, and the heat exchange efficiency decreases.
Secondly, in order to increase the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger, it is desirable to cause the combustion gas to act on the heat exchanger as close to rectification as possible. On the other hand, in an oil burner, for the purpose of improving the combustibility of fuel oil such as kerosene, combustion air is usually supplied with a large amount of air using a blower fan. Further, there is a case where means for making this combustion air into a swirl flow is adopted. For this reason, when the oil burner is used, the degree of the turbulent state of the combustion gas is larger than when the gas burner is used. In the prior art, combustion gas in such a turbulent state is supplied to each of the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger. Therefore, there is still room for improvement in increasing the heat exchange efficiency.
Third, although the secondary heat exchanger recovers the latent heat of the combustion gas, it is difficult to recover the entire amount of latent heat, and some steam still remains in the combustion gas that has passed through the secondary heat exchanger. Remains. And the combustion gas immediately after passing through the secondary heat exchanger is in a state where water vapor is saturated or close to it, and condensation is very likely to occur. Therefore, when the silencer is provided downstream of the secondary heat exchanger, condensation may occur inside the silencer and a drain may be generated. If such a phenomenon occurs, the inside of the silencer is contaminated by the drain. In particular, the drain has a strong acidity of about PH3 that absorbs sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and the like in the combustion gas. This problem occurs not only in the case of an oil burner but also in the case of a gas burner, but it is still desired to be improved.
The present invention has been conceived under such circumstances, such as soot generated with combustion of fuel oil, combustion gas being supplied to the heat exchanger in a turbulent state, etc. An object of the present invention is to provide an oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus that can suppress the heat exchange efficiency from being lowered due to the above and can also appropriately prevent problems such as condensation in the silencer. It is said.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention takes the following technical means.
An oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus provided by the present invention includes an oil burner that burns fuel oil downward to generate combustion gas, and is disposed below the oil burner, and recovers sensible heat from the combustion gas. A primary heat exchanger having a water pipe, a U-turn portion for making a U-turn upward in the combustion gas that has passed through the primary heat exchanger, and a combustion gas passage that has passed through the U-turn portion. And a silencer in which a sound absorbing material is disposed along the flow path, and a secondary heat exchanger having a water pipe for recovering latent heat from the combustion gas. In the reverse combustion type hot water apparatus, the secondary heat exchanger is provided downstream of the silencer so that the combustion gas after passing through the silencer is supplied.
According to the present invention, the following effects can be obtained.
First, the secondary heat exchanger is not provided close to the primary heat exchanger, but is provided downstream of the silencer. For this reason, even if a lot of soot is generated when the oil burner is driven to burn the fuel oil, this soot will not reach the secondary heat exchanger as it is. That is, soot adheres to the inner wall of the combustion gas flow path until it reaches the secondary heat exchanger, and many soot is separated from the combustion gas. In particular, the combustion gas flow path is provided with a U-turn portion that causes the combustion gas that has traveled below the oil burner to make a U-turn upward, so that many soot is separated from the combustion gas in the U-turn portion. Is obtained. Accordingly, it is possible to eliminate a large amount of soot from adhering to the secondary heat exchanger, and even when a water pipe of the secondary heat exchanger, for example, having a large number of fins arranged at a fine pitch, is used between the fins. It can suppress appropriately that heat exchange efficiency falls by preventing soot from clogging.
Second, the combustion gas changes direction in the U-turn section after passing through the primary heat exchanger. For this reason, even if the combustion gas is initially in a turbulent state in the vicinity of the oil burner, it becomes a rectified state after the direction change in the U-turn portion. The rectified combustion gas is supplied to the secondary heat exchanger. Therefore, the heat exchange efficiency can be increased as compared with the conventional technique in which the combustion gas is supplied to the secondary heat exchanger in a turbulent state.
Third, the latent heat recovery of the combustion gas is performed at a timing after the combustion gas passes through the silencer. Therefore, unlike the prior art, combustion gas that tends to condense after passing through the secondary heat exchanger is not supplied into the silencer, and it is also possible to prevent condensation from occurring easily in the silencer. it can.
As described above, in the present invention, the combustion gas flow path such as the U-turn portion functions as a region for separating the soot from the combustion gas so that the soot is prevented from adhering to the secondary heat exchanger. Further, the U-turn part functions as combustion gas rectification means. In the present invention, it is possible to rationally eliminate or suppress the problems peculiar to a hot water apparatus using an oil burner without adding a new apparatus or equipment as compared with the apparatus of the prior art. There is no significant increase in costs. If a sound absorbing material for the silencer, such as glass wool or rock wool, is used, a large loss of thermal energy will occur when the combustion gas passes through the silencer upstream of the secondary heat exchanger. It is also avoided appropriately.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an additional U-turn portion for making U-turn of the combustion gas is formed in the flow path in the silencer so as to promote rectification of the combustion gas passing through the flow path. Has been.
According to such a configuration, since the direction change is performed in the additional U-turn portion when the combustion gas passes through the flow path in the silencer, the rectification of the combustion gas is further promoted. Therefore, it becomes possible to supply combustion gas in a more rectified state to the secondary heat exchanger, and the heat exchange efficiency can be further increased.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the flow path in the silencer has a meandering shape, and a plurality of the additional U-turn portions are formed.
According to such a configuration, it becomes possible to more thoroughly rectify the combustion gas, which is more suitable for improving the heat exchange efficiency.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, each water pipe of the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger includes a plurality of fins, and the arrangement pitch of the plurality of fins is determined by the secondary heat exchange. The vessel is smaller than the primary heat exchanger.
According to such a configuration, the heat recovery amount of the secondary heat exchanger can be increased, and the heat exchange efficiency can be increased. On the other hand, with respect to the primary heat exchanger, efficient heat exchange can also be performed by preventing the flow resistance of the combustion gas from becoming excessive.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the U-turn portion has a concave or convex part of the inner wall surface of the cylindrical member forming the U-turn portion, or the primary heat exchanger. There is provided a trapping means for scissors configured by disposing a member capable of receiving a scissors below.
According to such a configuration, a large amount of soot is captured by the soot capturing means before reaching the secondary heat exchanger, so that the soot can be more reliably prevented from adhering to the secondary heat exchanger. can do. In addition, it is possible to prevent soot from adhering to the inside of the silencer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the silencer includes a lining member that covers the sound absorbing material, and the lining member is made of a material having acid resistance.
According to the present invention, as described above, although it is possible to make it difficult for condensation to occur inside the silencer, according to the configuration described above, even if condensation occurs and an acidic drain occurs, It is possible to prevent the lining member in the silencer from being easily corroded.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the secondary heat exchanger is formed to be longer than the width of the silencer, and a part of the secondary heat exchanger protrudes to the side of the silencer, below the protruding portion. The oil burner and the primary heat exchanger are arranged.
According to such a configuration, it is possible to increase the amount of heat recovered by the secondary heat exchanger without lengthening the water pipe of the secondary heat exchanger and increasing the number of water pipes. Further, the oil burner and the primary heat exchanger are arranged so as to effectively use the space below the protruding portion of the secondary heat exchanger, which is suitable for suppressing the increase in size of the entire apparatus.
Other features and advantages of the present invention will become more apparent from the following description of embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of an oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus according to the present invention. The oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus A of the present embodiment includes an oil burner 1, a

The
As shown in FIG. 2, the silencer 4 has an

As clearly shown in FIG. 2, an
The drain discharged from the
As shown in FIG. 1, the

When fuel oil such as kerosene is burned by the oil burner 1, a relatively large amount of soot is generated and may be included in the combustion gas. On the other hand, the
In this oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus A, as means for improving the combustibility of the fuel oil by the oil burner 1, the combustion air is swirled using the combustion cylinder 14, and the combustion gas immediately below the oil burner 1 is used. Is in a turbulent state. However, this combustion gas is then rectified by making a U-turn in the
The latent heat recovery by the
In the
FIG. 4 shows a specific example of a configuration in which soot capturing means for actively capturing soot in the combustion gas is provided in the bottom casing. In the figure, the same or similar elements as those in the above embodiment are given the same reference numerals as in the above embodiment.
In FIG. 4A, one or more recesses 39 </ b> A are provided on the inner surface of the
In FIG. 4B, one or a plurality of convex portions 39 </ b> B are provided on the inner surface of the
In FIG.4 (c), the saucer-shaped
With the configuration as described above, when a large amount of soot in the combustion gas is actively captured in the
The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above. The specific configuration of each part of the oil reverse combustion hot water apparatus according to the present invention can be varied in design in various ways.
The oil burner is not limited to a spray type, and for example, a vaporization type in which fuel oil is vaporized and then burned can be used. Specific structures and materials of the primary heat exchanger and the secondary heat exchanger are not limited to those in the above embodiment. Although the silencer preferably has a plurality of additional U-turn portions for making U-turns of the combustion gas, the number of the additional U-turn portions may be one, and further, there is no U-turn portion at all. You can also. As the sound absorbing material, materials other than the fibrous sound absorbing material can be used.
In the present invention, as described above, the effect of suppressing clogging between the fins of the water pipes of the secondary heat exchanger can be obtained, but the water pipes of the secondary heat exchanger that do not have fins are used. Even if it exists, if the secondary heat exchanger is provided downstream of the silencer, it is included in the technical scope of the present invention. According to the present invention, even when the water pipe is not equipped with fins, it is possible to suppress soot from adhering to the surface of the water pipe of the secondary heat exchanger, and heat exchange efficiency is reduced due to the attachment of soot. It is because it can prevent or suppress appropriately.
The oil reverse combustion type hot water apparatus according to the present invention can be configured as a so-called instantaneous hot water heater, as well as other hot water supplies for bath water, floor heating, snow melting, etc. It can be configured as various devices.
