Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明のNOx浄化装置は、燃料噴射手段21と、触媒金属と、をもつ排ガス加熱部2と、NOx浄化部14と、をもつNOx浄化装置において、NOx浄化部14の下流にもうけられ排ガス加熱部2において加熱された排ガスが流れる下流側排ガス流路13と、排ガス加熱部14の上流にもうけられ排ガス加熱部2において加熱される排ガスが流れる上流側排ガス流路12と、が熱伝達可能な熱交換器1にもうけられたことを特徴とする。本発明のNOx浄化装置は、NOx浄化装置を低燃費で稼働することができる。

本実施例のNOx浄化装置は、図1〜4に示した構成をもつ。なお、図1はNOx浄化装置の斜視図であり、図2はNOx浄化装置の構成を模式的に示した図である。また、図3は図1のI−I線における、図4は図1のII−II線における熱交換器の断面図である。図5は、熱交換器の軸方向の断面における構成を模式的に示した図である。

Claims (4)
- NOxを含む排ガス中に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射手段と、該燃料噴射手段が該燃料を噴射する位置の下流に配置された該燃料を酸化分解する触媒金属と、をもつ排ガス加熱部と、
該排ガス加熱部の下流に配置され、NOxを浄化するNOx浄化触媒を備えたNOx浄化部と、
をもつNOx浄化装置において、
該NOx浄化部の下流にもうけられ該排ガス加熱部において加熱された排ガスが流れる下流側排ガス流路と、該排ガス加熱部の上流にもうけられ該排ガス加熱部において加熱される排ガスが流れる上流側排ガス流路と、が熱伝達可能な熱交換器にもうけられたことを特徴とするNOx浄化装置。 - 前記噴射手段において噴射される前記燃料は、前記内燃機関の燃料である請求項1記載のNOx浄化装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記下流側排ガス流路となる複数の下流側セルと、前記上流側排ガス流路となる複数の上流側セルと、を各該セル同士が隣接した状態でもつ請求項1記載のNOx浄化装置。
- 前記熱交換器は、前記NOx浄化部をもつ請求項1記載のNOx浄化装置。
