また、第一板部材と弾性体とを高さ方向に重ねて帯状とした押し出し具を並列に並べた1対の打ち抜き刃の間におき、シート状材料を1対の打ち抜き刃の刃先に押し付けるので、1対の打ち抜き刃がシート状材料を打ち抜き、押し出し具が1対の打ち抜き刃の間に残った打ち抜き片を押しだす。第一板部材が打ち抜き片に当たるので、押し出し具の磨耗を抑制できる。
また、ゴム板を弾性体としたので、ゴム板の弾性力で1対の打ち抜き刃の間に残った打ち抜き片を押しだす。また、ゴム板の高さを選択することで、押し出し具の押し出す力を調整できる。
また、高さ方向に波状に屈曲したばね板を弾性体としたので、ばね板の弾性力で1対の打ち抜き刃の間に残った打ち抜き片を押しだす。また、ばね板の寸法を選択することで、押し出し具の押し出す力を調整できる。
また、長尺の押し出し具を用意し、抜き型の寸法に合わせて、切断して用いるので、抜き型の形状、寸法に合わせて、打ち抜き型を容易に製作できる。
