Abstract
【解決手段】電池ケース内に、電池セル、配線回路基板4、及び電池セルから漏液した電解液の吸液部材13Aが収容されている電池パックにおいて、吸液部材13Aを、保持部材10Aによって電池ケース内壁若しくは配線回路基板4上に形成された間隙12に膨張可能に緩嵌する。あるいは、吸液部材として、非吸液性の多孔質保持部材に部分的に吸液剤を担持させたものを使用し、多孔質保持部材を吸液剤の非担持部分で電池ケース内壁又は配線回路基板に固定する。

Description
図7も、上述の電池パック1Eの変形態様の配線回路基板付近の断面図である。この電池パック1Gでは、多孔質保持部材15に部分的に吸液剤14を担持させるにあたり、多孔質保持部材15の面方向だけでなく、厚さ方向にも吸液剤14の非担持部分16を設けている。このように厚さ方向にも非担持部分16を設けると、多孔質保持部材15が露出している非担持部分16からも電解液が吸液されるようになる。この場合、多孔質保持部材15と吸収剤14の厚さ方向の重なり厚dは、両者の結合強度の点から、例えば、10μm以上とすることが好ましい。

Claims (6)
- 電池ケース内に、電池セル、配線回路基板、及び電池セルから漏液した電解液の吸液部材が収容されている電池パックにおいて、吸液部材が、非吸液性の保持部材によって電池ケース内壁若しくは配線回路基板上に形成された間隙に膨張可能に緩嵌されている電池パック。
- 保持部材が板状又はシート状部材であり、その一部が電池ケース内壁又は配線回路基板に接着されている請求項1記載の電池パック。
- 吸液部材が、電池ケース内壁、配線回路基板及び保持部材と貼着することなく緩嵌されている請求項1又は2記載の電池パック。
- シート状又は板状の吸液部材の中央部に設けられたくり抜き部分に、保持部材の一部をなす支持部が差し込まれることにより吸液部材が緩嵌されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- シート状又は板状の吸液部材の周縁部を少なくとも三方から保持部材が囲むことにより吸液部材が緩嵌されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の電池パック。
- 電池ケース内に、電池セル、配線回路基板、及び電池セルから漏液した電解液の吸液部材が収容されている電池パックにおいて、吸液部材が、非吸液性の多孔質保持部材に部分的に担持させた吸液剤からなり、多孔質保持部材が吸液剤の非担持部分で電池ケース内壁又は配線回路基板に固定されている電池パック。
