Description

The present invention relates to a cassette stove with a gas cylinder overheat warning device.

The cassette stove is a simple cooking utensil and is used in various ways for business use as well as in general households, and in some cases, it is inappropriately used to cause overheating of the gas cylinder. In such a case, the gas pressure may rise abnormally and may cause the gas cylinder to burst. Therefore, a pressure sensing safety device is provided in the cassette stove to shut off the gas and extinguish the flame.

However, even if the pressure sensing safety device is activated, it may not be noticed or may be left as it is, and the gas cylinder may be further heated. Such a state is likely to occur, for example, when cooking over a large pan or iron plate that exceeds the standard. In order to ensure safety even in such a case, for example, in Patent Document 1, the abnormal use state is continued to prevent the gas container from being abnormally heated and reaching a dangerous situation such as rupture. When the device is heated to an abnormal temperature that does not change at normal operating conditions and may cause danger such as rupture of the gas container, the color changes due to the abnormal temperature, and the abnormality is visually There has been proposed a warning display device for a gas appliance, characterized in that a temperature-sensitive display section for warning is provided at a location that is easily touched by the user even under abnormal use conditions.

However, the means described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that it is difficult to see an alarm display when a large pan or iron plate is used over a stove. In addition, since only the visual warning is issued when the operating environment of the cassette stove becomes dangerous, the user may not fully understand the meaning of the warning and may not take appropriate action. There is also a problem that an alarm is issued regardless of the presence of the gas stove in the cassette stove.

The present invention solves such a problem, and in a state where the gas cylinder is set in the cassette gas stove, when the cassette gas stove is exposed to a high temperature environment, the user or the administrator can It is an object of the present invention to provide a gas stove with a gas cylinder overheat warning device that urges the user to take safety measures by issuing an alarm including sound.

The present invention is a cassette cooker with a gas cylinder overheat alarm device provided with a gas cylinder overheat alarm device operated by a power supply mounted on the cassette gas stove, wherein the power source includes a power supply voltage detection means and the power supply voltage detection means. Power supply voltage monitoring means comprising a power supply state display means for displaying the detected power supply state is provided, and the gas cylinder overheating alarm device is detected by the gas cylinder installation section temperature detection means and the gas cylinder installation section temperature detection means. The gas cylinder overheat state determining means for comparing and calculating the measured temperature with a preset reference temperature, and the gas cylinder overheat alarm means operating according to the determination result of the gas cylinder overheat state determining means.

In the above invention, the power supply voltage monitoring means preferably includes an alarm device that displays a warning prompting battery replacement when the voltage detected by the power supply voltage detection means is less than a predetermined value.

Moreover, in the said invention, it is preferable that a gas cylinder installation part temperature detection means can be a thermistor or a bimetal, and a gas cylinder overheat warning means emits a warning by an audio | voice.

According to the present invention, when the gas cylinder is set in the cassette gas stove, the cassette gas stove is exposed to a high temperature environment, and when the set gas cylinder is overheated and there is a risk of rupture, the user is notified. On the other hand, an alarm including sound can be issued to prompt the user to take a safety measure, thereby making it possible to avoid accidents involving personal injury or damage to equipment. Moreover, in the present invention, since the power supply voltage for operating the gas cylinder overheat alarm means of the gas cylinder is always managed to be higher than the reference value, the overheat alarm device does not operate due to battery exhaustion or the like.

The gas cylinder overheat alarm device for a cassette stove with an overheat alarm device according to the present invention is operated by a power source 1 represented by a battery. Therefore, in the present invention, in order to ensure the operation of the gas cylinder overheat alarm device, as shown in the flow sheet of FIG. 1, first, the power supply voltage is checked, for example, the battery ages and the electromotive force decreases. In such a case, the power supply replacement display is performed, and the availability display is not performed unless the power supply is replaced.

Specifically, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the terminal voltage of the power supply 1 is measured by the power supply voltage detection means 6, and the output is input to the power supply voltage comparison calculation unit 8, which is compared with the reference voltage. If the voltage is lower than the reference voltage, the power supply status display means 10 displays the power supply replacement, prompts the user to replace the power supply, and displays the ready-to-use display when the power supply is replaced. Achieved. The power supply replacement display can be performed by, for example, a red LED, and the availability display can be performed by a blue LED. In addition, it is possible to prompt the user to replace the battery by displaying characters or by voice instructions.

Thus, after ensuring that the initial power supply state is normal, the gas cylinder is attached to the cassette gas stove. However, the installation of this gas cylinder includes not only the state of being connected to the pressure regulator or pressure safety device provided in the normal cassette gas stove, but also the state where the gas cylinder is installed in the cylinder gas stove installation section. . By installing this cylinder, the gas cylinder overheat alarm device of the cassette stove with the gas cylinder overheat alarm device according to the present invention enters an operating state.

That is, by installing the cylinder, the normally open contact 2 shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 is closed, and the gas cylinder installation portion temperature detecting means 15 enters an operating state. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the gas cylinder installation part temperature detection means 15 is arranged such that the thermistor 3 is arranged in contact with the gas cylinder installation part, for example, the gas cylinder, and the electromotive force V is measured by the electromotive force detection means 6. It has become. Further, in the example shown in FIG. 3, when the bimetal contact 16 and the current detection means 5 are provided in the circuit connected to the power source 1 through the large resistor R, the temperature rises and the bimetal contact is in the connected state. The generated current A can be detected.

Therefore, when the thermistor 3 shown in FIG. 2 is used, the gas cylinder installation part temperature signal can be taken out as an electromotive force V, which is input to the gas cylinder temperature state calculation part 9 and compared with the reference electromotive force. Thus, it is possible to detect whether or not the temperature of the gas cylinder installation part has reached a temperature that causes a cylinder overheating state. When the gas cylinder installation part temperature is below the reference value, the temperature detection by the thermistor 3 and the comparison calculation with the reference value are repeated as shown in FIG.

Since this state is a normal state, it usually continues for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to make sure that the power supply voltage is always managed normally in the gas cylinder temperature monitoring state. Therefore, in the present invention, as shown in FIG. 1, the power supply voltage monitoring circuit is operated in parallel with the above-described cylinder temperature detection-alarm transmission circuit, and when the power supply state deteriorates, the power supply replacement is promoted.

On the other hand, when the temperature of the gas cylinder installation part exceeds the reference value, the contact 12 is closed by a command from the gas cylinder temperature state calculation part 9, and a gas cylinder overheat alarm is issued to the gas cylinder overheat alarm means 11 by the power of the power source 1. become.

The gas cylinder overheat warning means 11 is equipped with an appropriate amplifier and speaker, and further a language generator. For example, an appropriate alarm such as "The cylinder is hot. Please remove the cylinder immediately." preferable. As already mentioned, since the power source 1 for operating the gas cylinder overheat warning means 11 has been confirmed in advance to have sufficient electromotive force, it is guaranteed that the above alarm transmission is surely performed. Is done.

On the other hand, when a bimetal contact is used as the gas cylinder installation part temperature signal generating means as shown in FIG. 3, whether the gas cylinder installation part temperature has exceeded a reference value due to the presence or absence of current flowing through the gas cylinder installation part temperature detection means 15, Whether or not is detected. In the example shown in FIG. 3, when the bimetal contact is on (contact), the gas cylinder installation part temperature exceeds the reference value, and if the signal is input to the gas cylinder temperature state calculation part 9, the contact 12 is immediately turned on. The gas cylinder overheat warning means 11 is closed by the electric power of the power source 1 and the gas cylinder overheat alarm is issued.

In this way, overheating of the gas cylinder can always be monitored under normal power supply voltage with the gas cylinder attached to the cassette gas stove. However, if the gas cylinder is manually installed when the power supply voltage is lowered, the cylinder temperature is not monitored and an alarm is not transmitted due to the abnormal temperature detection, and there remains a risk of causing a cylinder explosion accident. Therefore, for example, as shown in FIG. 1, it is preferable to have a means for disabling gas cylinder mounting (attachment) when the battery voltage is lower than the reference value. Such means can be achieved, for example, by providing a gas cylinder pop-out mechanism that is operated by an appropriate relay or the like in the cylinder installation portion when the power supply voltage is less than a reference value. Alternatively, means for blocking the gas passage can be provided. This can be achieved by providing a solenoid valve in the gas passage.

FIG. 4 shows a specific form of a cassette stove with a gas cylinder overheat warning device having the above basic configuration. As shown here, the control-alarm unit 21 indicated by a broken line frame in FIGS. 2 and 3 is attached to the lower surface of the juice receiving tray on the rear side of the frame of the cassette gas stove 21 in an integrated state. ing. The power source 1 can also be installed inside the control-alarm unit 22 in a replaceable manner.

On the other hand, the gas cylinder installation part temperature detection means 15 is attached to the back side of the cover 22 of the gas cylinder storage chamber, for example, and detects that the gas cylinder is set by attaching the gas cylinder and closing the cover 23, thereby installing the gas cylinder For example, the electromotive force signal from the thermistor of the part temperature detecting means 15 can be input to the control-alarm unit 22. However, confirmation of the setting of the gas cylinder to the cassette gas stove is not limited to the above, and can be performed by, for example, a micro switch that detects that a cylinder has been placed in the gas cylinder mounting portion. In this way, even when the user temporarily places the cylinder on the gas cylinder mounting portion and leaves it, the abnormal overheat warning of the cylinder can be issued.

In the present invention, the temperature of the gas cylinder installation part of the cassette gas stove can be monitored over a long period of time while always ensuring that the power supply state is normal in this way, and further, there is a risk of overheating. In some cases, a warning by an audio signal can be given, thereby avoiding inadvertent gas cylinder explosions. That is, if the power supply voltage drops during use or storage of the gas stove with the gas cylinder overheat alarm device according to the present invention, a power supply replacement display appears, so the user (administrator) should replace the battery, etc. Therefore, it is possible to reliably perform an alarm using an audio signal or the like when the cylinder is overheated.

The power source used for the operation of the cassette stove with the gas cylinder overheat alarm device according to the present invention is a single power source as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, whereby the power source voltage comparison operation unit 8, the gas cylinder temperature state operation unit. The power necessary for the operation of the control device 7 including the power supply 9 and the power supply state display means 10 is provided.
