Moreover, the manufacturing method of the pseudo leaf which consists of the following process is characterized.
1. A flexible base material such as silk cloth, non-woven fabric, synthetic fiber cloth or paper piece is selected, and the base material is colored yellow.
2. The outer shape is defined so as to be similar to the natural leaf, and the ink that is toned so that the epidermis, excluding the portion that becomes the leaf vein, becomes green close to the natural leaf is colored by silk screen printing.
3. The edge part of a base material is separately hold | gripped with an attachment tool, and this base material is made into a state which can be suspended.
4). The substrate in the suspended state is immersed in a tank in which a liquid of a transparent dry curable resin is stored, and then lifted.
5. The suspended substrate is dried in a suspended state.
6). After drying, sterilization is performed.
7). The pseudo leaf printed on the base material is cut along its outer shape.

By coloring yellow as the base of the base material, expressing the yellow as a leaf vein, and making the other epidermis part green, it became possible to approximate the natural leaf as much as possible as a pseudo leaf.

It has become possible to print on the front and back to resemble natural leaves, making it possible to use both front and back sides.

Since the front and back surfaces are coated with a synthetic resin, it is possible to express gloss and to manufacture a pseudo-leaf having excellent durability and water resistance.

Furthermore, since the sterilization process is provided in the final process, it has become possible to provide various packaging materials that can be safely used, including food contact materials, food containers, and the like.

The present invention solves the above-mentioned drawbacks and provides a method for producing a pseudo-leaf that closely resembles a natural leaf, which will be described below based on examples.

The base material 1 is a flexible material such as silk cloth, non-woven cloth, synthetic fiber cloth, or paper piece. A silk cloth is preferable. The base material 1 dyed yellow or pre-colored is selected as the base material, and the color is the ground color.

There are various types of leaves such as linear, oval, inverted egg, rhombus, spatula, needle-shaped, elliptical, table-elliptical, etc. There are various types, and the base has various shapes such as a wedge shape and a heart shape. Also, there are various types of leaf edges such as a smooth edge or a sawtooth shape.

There are also many types of linear veins that are exposed on the front and back surfaces of the leaves. The main veins are mainly one, and a winged vein with several side veins divided from it to the left and three or more main veins are palm-like. There are palmar veins that run in the middle, or those intermediate types.
On the other hand, in the case of thin veins, all the veins are almost parallel through the leaf blades, and the parallel veins gradually gather at the tip, the reticulate veins that branch repeatedly from the main veins form a fine mesh, and the bifurcating bifurcated branches. There are pulses.

In this example, the overall shape of the leaf, the tip of the leaf, the base, the edge, the leaf vein, and the like are sufficiently considered, and the outer shape is determined to be similar to the natural leaf in the base material 1 to become the leaf vein. The base material 1 of the skin part excluding the part is colored by thermal transfer printing, ink jet printing, silk screen printing, or the like, preferably silk screen printing, so that the color is adjusted so that the base material 1 becomes green close to natural leaves. The leaf vein portion is not colored green, so the ground color yellow remains as it is. However, the green color slightly blots into the vein portion, and it is possible to express the color of the vein closer to the natural leaf.

By the above, the front and back skins excluding the veins are colored green. This made it possible to express leaves that resemble natural leaves.

After coloring the base material 1, the base material 1 is cut to resemble natural leaves to form the outer shape of the leaves. For example, pseudo leaves that resemble bamboo leaves, bamboo leaves, cherry leaves, and the like are formed.

A thread is attached or pinched with a pin with a string to the tip of the cut pseudo leaf so that it can be suspended. It is efficient to suspend a large number of suspending means with a suitable interval between rods so that many pseudo leaves can be suspended.

The suspended leaves in the suspended state are immersed in a synthetic resin that is naturally dried, such as a liquefied thermosetting resin or UV curable resin that becomes transparent after drying, stored in a tank, and then lifted and held. .

After drying in a suspended state, the pseudo leaves are sterilized by boiling, ozone cleaning, ultraviolet irradiation, or the like.

The pseudo leaves produced by the above process can be used as various packaging means such as in contact with food.

In the above embodiment, the manufacturing method for forming the outer shape of the pseudo leaf in the initial cutting process has been described. However, the pseudo leaf becomes a pseudo leaf in the final process after printing and coating many pseudo leaves on the wide base material. It may be cut as described above, or it can be used as a packaging material in which a large number of pseudo leaves are printed and coated without being cut.
