The green low-carbon tea filter made of renewable materials is characterized in that: the bamboo vein filtering device comprises a bamboo tube filtering body and a vein filtering net, wherein the bamboo tube filtering body is of a hollow structure, the top and the bottom of the bamboo tube filtering body are both provided with openings, and a bamboo handle is detachably and fixedly connected to the side wall of the bamboo tube filtering body; the vein filter screen is of a blade-shaped structure, a placing groove corresponding to the vein filter screen is formed in the side wall of the bamboo tube filter body, the cross section of the placing groove is of an arc-shaped structure, the vein filter screen is inserted into the placing groove, and the inner cavity of the bamboo tube filter body is divided into an pouring cavity at the upper part and an outflow cavity at the lower part by the vein filter screen;
the placing grooves, the top openings of the bamboo tube filter bodies and the bottom openings of the bamboo tube filter bodies are all distributed horizontally;
the manufacturing method of the green low-carbon tea filter comprises two parts of manufacturing a bamboo tube filter body and manufacturing a vein filter screen:
the method comprises the following steps:
(1) Selecting materials: selecting adult bamboo with tough texture for standby;
(2) Cutting: cutting the standby adult bamboo into segments to form hollow bamboo tubes with openings at the top and the bottom;
(3) Boiling: placing the cut bamboo tubes in an autoclave, pouring 1.5% saline water into the autoclave and submerging the bamboo tubes for 5cm, performing mothproof, mildewproof and anti-cracking treatment for 2-3 hours under the conditions of 2-3 atmospheres and 80-90 ℃, slowly decompressing, and taking out the bamboo tubes for later use;
(4) Digging: mounting holes are formed in the side wall of the boiled bamboo tube;
(5) Grooving: arranging placing grooves on the side walls of the boiled bamboo tube, wherein the placing grooves, the top opening of the bamboo tube filter body and the plane of the bottom opening of the bamboo tube filter body are horizontally distributed;
(6) Manufacturing a handle: manufacturing a bamboo handle by using bamboo excess materials in the cutting process, and polishing one end of the bamboo handle to form a cylindrical wedge corresponding to the mounting hole;
(7) Polishing: the bamboo tube and the bamboo handle which are subjected to the hole digging and slotting processes are collected and burred by dry abrasive paper with 360-600 meshes, and are fully ground by dry abrasive paper with 1000-1500 meshes, so that the bamboo tube is polished into a spindle shape;
(8) Assembling a bamboo tube filter body: the cylindrical wedge of the bamboo handle is clamped and matched with the mounting hole of the bamboo tube filter body, and the bamboo tube filter body is formed by assembling;
and (II) manufacturing a vein filter screen:
(1) Selecting materials: selecting mature leaves which are elliptical in leaf shape, flat in leaf surface, tough in texture, fine in leaf veins, free of mechanical damage and free of attack by diseases and insects;
(2) Boiling: boiling the leaves for 1-2h by using 5% saline water for enzyme deactivation;
(3) Enzymolysis: the leaves after enzyme deactivation are fished into a jar, the temperature is regulated to about 45 ℃ by clear water, the PH value is regulated to about 3.5 by edible vinegar, the leaves are soaked by water, pectase is added by dilution according to 1:1000, the leaves are subjected to enzymolysis by heat preservation, the leaves are stirred once every other day along one direction in the enzymolysis process, and the mesophyll starts to separate according to different leaves for 3-7 days;
(4) Brushing meat: obliquely placing the rectangular glass plate in a clear water basin, wherein one half of the rectangular glass plate is immersed in water, and the other half of the rectangular glass plate is exposed out of the water surface; spreading the single blade on a glass plate exposed out of the water, lightly brushing the blade along one direction by using a palm brush, flushing the brushed mesophyll into a clear water basin, brushing the back of the front brush in the same way, and brushing out the mesophyll of the blade;
(5) Steaming and extinguishing: rinsing the veins with clear water, and sterilizing at 121deg.C for 20min;
(6) Pressing to dry: taking out the leaf vein after high-temperature sterilization, putting the leaf vein on the absorbent paper, and flattening and pressing the leaf vein to be dried to serve as a leaf vein filter screen.

A green low carbon tea filter made of renewable materials according to claim 1, wherein: the mounting holes are formed in the side walls of the bamboo tube filter body, cylindrical wedges corresponding to the mounting holes extend outwards from one end of the bamboo handle, and the bamboo handle is detachably connected with the bamboo tube filter body through clamping fit of the cylindrical wedges and the mounting holes.

A green low carbon tea filter made of renewable materials according to claim 1, wherein: the height of the bamboo tube filter body is 5-10cm, the thickness of the side wall is 0.5-1.5cm, the distance between the placing groove and the bottom of the bamboo tube filter body is 1cm, and the height of the placing groove is 0.1cm.
4. A green low carbon tea filter made of renewable materials according to claim 1, wherein: the bamboo tube filter body is of a spindle type structure, and the maximum value of the outer diameter is 15cm, and the minimum value is 5cm.

7. The green low-carbon tea filter made of renewable materials according to claim 1, wherein the leaf blade in the process of selecting the material of the leaf vein filter is one of osmanthus fragrans leaf, elm leaf and linden leaf.
8. The method for using the green low-carbon tea filter as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following three aspects:
and (one) assembling: inserting the leaf vein filter screen into a placing groove of a bamboo tube filter body, and properly trimming the leaf vein filter screen by scissors to complete the tea filter assembly;
(II) cleaning: extracting the vein filter screen from the placing groove, soaking and cleaning in clear water, airing and multiplexing; and (III) replacement: after the vein filter screen is damaged for a long time, the vein filter screen is replaced by a new vein filter screen.
