前記体腔内プローブの位置及び方位を検出する検出手段と、
前記体腔内プローブの位置及び方位を検出するための信号を発生又は受信する、当該体腔内プローブに配置された前記検出手段を構成する検出素子と、
前記体腔内プローブに配置された前記検出素子の変更された位置もしくは方位を基にして前記体腔内プローブの基準方位を算出する算出手段と、
