Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the kinds of side members in a loading platform for which a rear bumper is constituted by combining a center member and side members.
SOLUTION: The side member RS is formed into a top and bottom two stage structure of a side upper member RS1 and a side lower member RS2. Thus, the designing of the upper section corresponding to a required loading platform width, and the designing of the lower section conforming to the specifications as a rear bumper become possible respectively independently. Thereby, the kinds of the side members are reduced compared with a case where the kinds of the side members are collected from the number of combinations of the two elements, the loading platform width and the specifications as the rear bumper, and the stock management is facilitated.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a load receiving platform of a load receiving platform lifting device mounted on a truck.

In a freight vehicle provided with a cargo receiving platform lifting device, a part of the cargo receiving platform may be used as a rear bumper (see, for example, Patent Document 1). FIG. 10 is a view of such a rear bumper as seen from the rear of the vehicle. In the figure, the rear bumper 200 is formed at a rear end portion of a part of the load receiving platform, and includes a center member 201 at the center and a pair of side members 202 and 203 detachably attached to both ends thereof. It is constituted by. In order to cope with a plurality of vehicles having different load receiving widths, a plurality of types of side members 202 and 203 having different dimensions in the vehicle width direction are prepared. And if a suitable side member is selected according to the required load receiving base width | variety, various load receiving stand width | variety can be implement | achieved, using a center member in common.

On the other hand, the outer end portions of the side members 202 and 203 are formed obliquely, and therefore the lower width W2 is narrower than the upper width W1. Here, the upper width W1 is a load receiving width, and the lower width W2 is a legally prescribed width as a rear bumper. That is, if an appropriate side member is selected, both the required load receiving table width and the specified width as the rear bumper can be realized.

9)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2004-131005 (FIGS. 6, 7, and 9)

In the conventional load receiving table as described above, the specified width as the rear bumper is determined by the position in the vehicle width direction where the outer surfaces of the left and right rear wheels are located. However, since the mounting position of the rear wheel is slightly different depending on the vehicle, the specified width of the rear bumper may be a different value even if the load receiving table width is the same. Therefore, for example, it is necessary to prepare m types of side members on one side, for example, corresponding to the width of the receiving platform, and further, for example, n types of types corresponding to variations in which the specified width of the rear bumper is different for each type. It is necessary to prepare a side member. As a result, it is necessary to prepare (m × n) types of side members on one side, which greatly increases the types. The pair of left and right side members 202 and 203 are symmetrical to each other and have a shape that cannot be reversed. Therefore, the types required on both the left and right sides are further doubled. For this reason, inventory management becomes complicated.
In view of the conventional problems as described above, an object of the present invention is to reduce the types of side members in a load receiving table that constitutes a rear bumper by combining a center member and a side member.

The present invention is a load receiving platform having a base load receiving table and a front load receiving table that is foldable with respect to the base load receiving table, and the rear end portion being a rear bumper in the folded state.
A center member located in the center when viewed from the rear, a pair of side upper members that are detachably attached in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the center member, and a detachment in the vicinity of the left and right ends of the center member. A pair of side lower members that are attached to each other and that are respectively disposed below the pair of side upper members, and whose outer end portions in the vehicle width direction are inside the outer end portions of the side upper members that are above it. It is characterized by comprising.
In the load receiving platform configured as described above, the upper and lower side member structures of the upper side member and the lower side member are designed to independently correspond to the required load receiving base width and the lower portion as a rear bumper. Is possible. Therefore, the types of side members are reduced as compared with the case where the types of side members are made uniform based on the width of the cargo receiving platform and the number of combinations of two prescribed elements as the rear bumper.

Moreover, in the said load receiving stand, a side lower member may consist of the same material as the cover which covers the side edge part of a base load receiving stand or a front part receiving stand.
In this case, since it is not necessary to design and manufacture a new member as the side lower member, it is possible to contribute to facilitating manufacturing by generalizing the member.

According to the load receiving table of the present invention, the upper and lower side member structures of the upper side member and the lower side member can be designed to correspond independently to the required load receiving table width and the lower bumper as a rear bumper. It becomes. Therefore, compared with the case where the types of the side members are aligned based on the width of the cargo receiving platform and the number of combinations of two elements as the rear bumper, the types of the side members are reduced, and inventory management is facilitated.

FIG. 1 is a side view of a cargo receiving platform lifting apparatus including a cargo receiving platform according to an embodiment of the present invention. This state represents a state in which the cargo receiving platform lifting apparatus 1 is stored under the floor of the vehicle body 2, that is, a travelable state. On the other hand, FIG. 2 shows a use state in which the load receiving platform lifting device 1 is slid backward from the state of FIG. 1 to reach a predetermined slide rear end position (extension position), and then the load receiving platform is unfolded and lifted. FIG.

In FIG. 2, a pair of left and right fixed support members 100 provided in the vehicle width direction of the load receiving platform lifting / lowering device 1 are respectively mounted on a slide rail 101 extending horizontally in the front-rear direction and the frame 2 f of the vehicle body 2. And a plurality of (three in this example) brackets 102. The support plate 111 is supported by the slide rail 101 and is movable in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle body.

A pair of left and right support plates 111 are penetrated by a connecting member 113 made of a square pipe extending horizontally in the vehicle width direction (note that both ends are stacked with three stages of square pipes for reinforcement. Only one piece is installed in the frame)), and they are welded together. Other support plates 114 and 115 are integrally welded to the connecting member 113 outside the support plate 111 in the vehicle width direction. A pair of left and right support plates 114 and 115 are also provided. The support plate 111, the connecting member 113, and the support plates 114 and 115 constitute a movable support member 110 that can slide in the vehicle longitudinal direction with respect to the fixed support member 100.

An auxiliary link 121 is rotatably attached to the support plate 114 within a certain range, and an upper arm 122 and a lift cylinder 123 are rotatably attached to the auxiliary link 121. The tip of the lift cylinder 123 is connected to a predetermined position of the upper arm 122, and applies torque to the upper arm 122 by an expansion / contraction operation. A lower arm 124 is rotatably attached to the support plate 115. The upper arm 122 and the lower arm 124 constitute a parallel link in which a quadrilateral connecting their fulcrums and action points forms a parallelogram, and the tip side thereof is moved up and down by the expansion and contraction of the lift cylinder 123. A stopper bolt 125 is attached to the upper arm 122 so that the protrusion length can be adjusted. The tip of the stopper bolt 125 abuts on the upper part of the support plate 114, and the upper end of the parallel link (upper arm 122 and lower arm 124) is used. The auxiliary link 121, the upper arm 122, the lift cylinder 123, the lower arm 124, and the stopper bolt 125 are provided in a pair on the left and right sides to constitute an arm type lifting device 120.

The load receiving table 130 is horizontally attached to the distal ends of the upper arm 122 and the lower arm 124, and includes a base load receiving table 131 and a front load receiving table 132 that is foldably and unfoldably connected thereto. At the time of storage, the front receiving platform 132 is folded on the base receiving platform 131. Further, the front part receiving platform 132 is unfolded during use, and a continuous receiving surface from the base receiving platform 131 to the front receiving platform 132 is formed.
In addition, a roller mounting plate 116 is attached to each of the pair of left and right support plates 111 so as to protrude rearward, and a guide roller 117 is rotatably attached to the rear end thereof. The tip of the front load receiving stage 132 can be placed on the guide roller 117.

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the slide mechanism 50 omitted in FIGS. 1 and 2. The slide mechanism 50 is between the left and right slide rails 101 in the vehicle width direction and extends in the front-rear direction of the vehicle body. Main members constituting the slide mechanism 50 are a slide cylinder 51 and a chain 52, and an expansion / contraction operation of the slide cylinder 51 is transmitted to the connecting member 113 via the chain 52.

FIG. 4A is a side view (port side) of the load receiving table 130 in a horizontally deployed state, and FIG. 4B is a schematic view (partially omitted) of the load receiving table 130 viewed from below. In the figure, a front load receiving base 132 is connected to a base load receiving base 131 via hinges 135 having pins 133 and 134 at both ends. Each pin 133 and 134 is a rod-shaped thing extended in the vehicle width direction, and is supported from the base part receiving stand 131 and the front part receiving stand 132, respectively. Further, torsion springs 136, 137, and 138 are attached to the pins 133 and 134, respectively. These torsion springs 136 to 138 are attached so that the spring force is released when the front load receiving stand 132 stands up with respect to the base load receiving stand 131 and the spring force is maximized in the horizontally deployed or folded state. Therefore, the front part receiving stage 132 in the state of horizontal expansion or folding is urged in the standing direction. Thereby, the force required at the initial stage of folding and unfolding operations is reduced. In addition, side stoppers 139 and 140 are attached to the side end portions of the base load receiving base 131 and the front load receiving base 132, respectively, for preventing the cargo from falling sideways.

The operation of the load receiving table lifting apparatus configured as described above will be briefly described. First, the stowage lifting / lowering device 1 in the retracted state shown in FIG. 1 is slid rearward by the slide mechanism 50 and moved backward to a predetermined backward end. When the lift cylinder 123 is contracted from here, the upper arm 122 and the lower arm 124 descend and land as shown by the solid line in FIG. At this time, the base load receiving base 131 is horizontal, and the tip of the front load receiving base 132 is on the guide roller 117. Next, the front part receiving platform 132 is raised by hand and laid down horizontally. In this way, the cargo receiving platform 130 is deployed horizontally. In this state, when the lift cylinder 123 is extended, the load receiving base 130 can be raised to the rising end position shown in the drawing while keeping the load receiving stand 130 horizontal. At this time, the stopper bolt 125 is in contact with the support plate 114.

Further, if the lift cylinder 123 is contracted from the ascending end position, the load receiving table 130 can be lowered to the original position. When the lift cylinder 123 is further contracted after the lower arm 124 has landed, the load receiving base 130 is tilted by the action of the auxiliary link 121 so as to lower its tip, and it is easy to load and unload the load along the ground. become able to. In order to store the load receiving table 130, the front load receiving table 132 is raised from a state where the lower arm 124 is landed and the load receiving table 130 is horizontal, and is further put on the guide roller 117. Next, the upper arm 122 and the lower arm 124 are raised, and the front load receiving base 132 is folded onto the base load receiving base 131. Then, the slide mechanism 50 is operated, and the movable side support member 110, the elevating device 120, and the load receiving table 130 are drawn to the storage position, and the state shown in FIG. 1 is obtained.

Next, the structure of the cargo receiving stand 130 will be described in more detail with reference to FIGS. FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of a part of the base load receiving table 131. In the figure, the base load receiving base 131 is configured by a stopper 131s that rotates upward from the illustrated state to prevent the load from falling and a main body 131m other than the stopper 131s. The base plate portion constituting the cargo receiving surface in the main body 131m is configured by connecting a front member F and a rear member R, which are aluminum extrusion molding materials, to each other. Further, the front member F and the rear member R are supported by stiffeners ST arranged in a pair of left and right in the vehicle width direction. The front member F is a single piece having a predetermined load receiving base width in the vehicle width direction, but the rear member R is divided into three in the vehicle width direction.

FIG. 6 is a view of the load receiving stand 130 in the retracted position as viewed from the rear of the vehicle body 2. Although this figure shows only the port side, the starboard side has a similar structure that is symmetric. In the figure, the rear member R includes a center member RC located at the center in the vehicle width direction, and side members RS attached close to both ends thereof. Further, the center member RC includes a center upper member RC1 and a center lower member RC2 in two upper and lower stages. Similarly, the side member RS includes a side upper member RS1 and a side lower member RS2 in two upper and lower stages. The side lower member RS 2 has a cross-sectional shape shown in FIG. 5 and is attached to attachment portions 153 and 163 described later.

The center upper member RC1 and the side upper member RS1 are at the same position when viewed from the side of the vehicle body 2, and are in a straight line with the stiffener ST interposed therebetween. Similarly, the center lower member RC2 and the side lower member RS2 are at the same position when viewed from the side of the vehicle body 2, and are in a straight line with the stiffener ST interposed therebetween. A width W1 formed by the center upper member RC1 and the pair of left and right side upper members RS1 satisfies a dimension required as a load receiving table width. On the other hand, the width W2 formed by the center lower member RC2 and the pair of left and right side lower members RS2 satisfies the legal regulations for the rear bumper. Therefore, the rear bumper is configured by the center lower member RC2, the pair of left and right side lower members RS2, and the center upper member RC1 and the side upper member RS1 corresponding to the width W2.

FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the base load receiving base 131 with the side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2 removed as viewed from the rear port side (however, the side stopper 139 is not shown). FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the base load receiving base 131 with the side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2 removed, as viewed from the rear starboard side. 7 and 8, a bracket 150 is attached to the lower surface of the side upper member RS1. The bracket 150 includes an L-shaped support portion 151, a mounting plate 152 welded to the side surface of the support portion 151, and a U-shaped mounting portion 153 welded to the mounting plate 152. . The support portion 151 is fixed to a bag-like long hole RS1a formed in the vehicle width direction of the side upper member RS1 using bolts and nuts 154. A hole 153a is formed in the rear end surface of the attachment portion 153, and back nut welding is performed.

A bracket 160 is attached to the lower surface of the side upper member RS1. The bracket 160 includes a wide L-shaped support portion 161, a horse-shaped attachment plate 162 welded to the center of the support portion 161, and a pair of U-shaped welds symmetrically welded to the attachment plate 162. And an attachment portion 163. The support portion 161 is fixed to the long hole RS1a of the side upper member RS1 and the long hole RC1a that is also formed in the center upper member RC1 using a pair of bolts and nuts 164. A hole 163a is formed in the rear end surface of the attachment portion 163, and back nut welding is performed.

Both left and right end portions of the center lower member RC2 are attached to the port side mounting portion 163 (inside) and the starboard side mounting portion (not shown) by bolts (not shown). The left and right end portions of the side lower member RS2 are attached to the attachment portions 153 and 163 (outside) by bolts (not shown) (see FIG. 5). The bracket 150 can be slid in the vehicle width direction by loosening the bolts and nuts 154, and can be fixed at an arbitrary position within the slidable range.

Here, depending on the vehicle, the width of the cradle (W1) is the same, but because the position of the rear wheel (position in the vehicle width direction) is different, the width W2 may be different depending on the specification of the rear bumper. .
Therefore, a plurality of types of side lower members RS2 having a length corresponding to each vehicle are prepared in advance. Then, the position of the bracket 150 is adjusted as described above according to the selected side lower member RS2, and the side lower member RS2 is attached. In this way, the width W2 can be easily changed, and the rear bumper regulations can be satisfied.

According to the upper and lower two-stage member structure of the rear member R as described above, it is possible to design the upper part corresponding to the necessary load receiving table width and the lower part corresponding to the definition as the rear bumper independently. Therefore, compared with the case where the types of the side members are aligned based on the width of the cargo receiving platform and the number of combinations of two elements as the rear bumper, the types of the side members are reduced, and inventory management is facilitated.

Specifically, the center member RC can be used in common for a plurality of vehicles having the same load receiving width (W1) and different only the specified width (W2) as the rear bumper. Can be used in common. As a result, first, for example, m types of side upper members RS1 are required corresponding to variations in the width of the receiving tray. On the other hand, if there are n types of variations in the specified width of the rear bumper for one type of side upper member RS1, the required number of types of side lower member RS2 is formally m × n. However, in actuality, since (m × n) types of the same or compatible sizes are duplicated, the number of types k that are really necessary is greatly reduced from (m × n). . As a result, the number of types of members to be prepared as the side member RS on one side is (m + k), which can be a value smaller than the conventional (m × n). Further, the side lower member RS2 is compatible with the left and right, and half of the types when there is no compatibility is sufficient. Therefore, the number of types of members to be prepared as both the left and right side members RS is (2m + k), which is significantly reduced from the conventional 2 (m × n). Thus, inventory management becomes easy by reducing the number of member types of the side member RS.

FIG. 9 is a diagram corresponding to an enlarged view of the IX portion of FIG. In the figure, a side edge (cover) 141 having a U-shaped cross section is attached to a side end portion of a base load receiving base 131. Further, a side edge 142 having a U-shaped cross-section is also attached to a side end portion of the front portion receiving platform 132. The side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2 are made of the same material as that of the side edge 142 of the front load receiving base 132 (the length is different). Thus, by using the same material as the side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2, it is not necessary to design and manufacture new members as the side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2. Therefore, it is possible to contribute to facilitating production by generalizing the members. Note that the same material as that of the side edge 141 of the base load receiving base 131 may be used for the side lower member RS2 and the center lower member RC2 instead of the side edge 142 of the front load receiving base 132.

In the above-described embodiment, the load receiving base 130 having a two-stage folding (a two-stage stacked state at the time of storage) using the base receiving tray 131 and the front receiving tray 132 is used, but the load receiving base has a three-stage folding structure. There may be.
In the above embodiment, the center member RC is also divided into the center upper member RC1 and the center lower member RC2, but these may be integrated.
Moreover, in the said embodiment, although the material used by another part was utilized as side lower member RS2 and center lower member RC2, it cannot be overemphasized that it is good also as a member of another shape, without being restricted to this.
