前記第1の回動軸とは所定距離離れた前記回動コマの部位に設けられた第2の回動軸を中心として、所定の角度回動自在に取り付けられ、先端が前記本体に第3の回動軸を中心として回動自在に取り付けられた第2のアームと、
前記回動コマに対し、前記第1の回動軸の回りに、前記開閉蓋が開く方向に付勢力を与えるダンパーバネと
