Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a press device system including a press device and a loader for loading / unloading a product into / from the press device.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a multi-stage press apparatus has been used in which a plurality of workpieces (resin film or the like) products are arranged in a vertical direction via an intermediate press plate and a plurality of products are pressed by a single press. The multi-stage press apparatus, a stacker that temporarily stores a product before processing, and a loader that sends the product stored in the stacker to the press apparatus constitute a press apparatus system.
In the configuration as disclosed in Patent Document 1, since this arm needs to be inserted into and removed from the stacker and the press device, the arm is supported by a cantilever structure. Further, in order to support the product with this arm, the length of the arm needs to be approximately the same as the product length in the arm length direction. When a product is supported by such a long arm, bending moment is concentrated on the fixed end of the arm. Further, as described above, the arm needs to raise and lower the feed plate. Therefore, such a loader needs to include a drive mechanism (cylinder mechanism, ball screw mechanism, rack-pinion mechanism, etc.) that drives the arm in the vertical direction while maintaining the posture of the arm. However, since this drive mechanism is arranged at the base of the arm, the bending moment described above is concentrated on the drive mechanism, particularly on the meshing portion thereof. For this reason, in the conventional configuration, particularly when a product having a relatively large weight is transported, it is necessary to increase the meshing area so as to sufficiently withstand the bending moment. As a result, the drive mechanism for driving the arm in the vertical direction increases in size, which causes a problem that the loader and the press device system increase in size.
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a small press device system capable of transporting / pressing a relatively heavy product without increasing the size of a drive mechanism or the like.
In order to achieve the above object, the press device system of the present invention comprises:
A pressing device comprising at least two hot plates arranged in a vertical direction, and hot plate driving means for pressing a product inserted between the hot plates by bringing the hot plates close to each other;
Loader arm means on which the product is placed, and a loader arm drive for horizontally moving the product so that the product is placed between the hot plates while the product is placed on the loader arm means, and the loader arm is retracted from the press device. A loader comprising means,
Have
The press device lifts the product inserted between the hot plates by the loader so as to be separated from the loader arm means, and after driving the loader arm means from which the product is separated by the loader arm driving means so as to retract from the press device, Product switching arm means for lowering the product and placing the product on the hot plate is further provided.
According to the above configuration, when the product is installed in the press apparatus, the product switching arm means of the press apparatus is driven in the vertical direction, and the loader arm means is not driven in the vertical direction. The length of the product switching arm means may be any dimension as long as it can come into contact with the end of the product. For example, the product switching arm means is a plurality of small-sized arms, and each of these arms has a plurality of locations. Engage with the end. Since the arm dimensions are small, even if such product switching arm means is driven in the vertical direction, the bending moment applied to the drive part is relatively small, and the drive part must be enlarged even if the product is heavy. The product can be retained sufficiently. On the other hand, the loader arm means in which a large bending moment is applied to the fixed end does not need to be driven in the vertical direction, so that the product is firmly supported by using means that does not cause an increase in the size of the apparatus such as rib insertion. Is possible. Therefore, the loader arm means can sufficiently hold the product without increasing the overall size of the press apparatus system even if the product is heavy.
Further, according to the present invention, since the loader arm means is not driven in the vertical direction, even if the loader arm means is bent by a heavy product, the loader arm means is supported to keep the product substantially horizontal. Support means (such as a roller) can be provided on the press device side.
Further, according to the present invention, since the product is held by the switching arm means of the press apparatus, when performing vacuum pressing, the switching arm means itself is arranged in the vacuum chamber of the press apparatus, The inside of the chamber can be decompressed to a vacuum while keeping the hot plate of the press device and the product in non-contact. Accordingly, it is possible to prevent the product from being heated / cooled by the contact between the hot plate and the product until the inside of the chamber is in a vacuum state, and a stable product can be formed.
Further, in the configuration of the present invention, the loader does not need a function more than placing the product and moving in the horizontal direction. Therefore, the loader can be reduced in weight, and the product can be transported by a loader driving mechanism with a small output. It is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost and running cost of the entire system. The effect of this configuration is particularly effective when a plurality of presses are performed by a plurality of press devices (for example, a cold press is performed after heat pressing) and the loader travel distance is long.
Hereinafter, the configuration of a press apparatus system according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a top view showing the entire press apparatus system according to the present embodiment. The press apparatus system 1 includes a
A plurality of resin plate products P are placed on the
The
The plate M on which the product P is placed is carried into the
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the dimensions of the lifting
図3(a)〜(d)のそれぞれは、図1のA−A断面図である。

FIG. 3A shows a state before the metal plate M is conveyed into the
Next, the lifting
Next, the lifting
Next, the lifting
3C and 3D are performed on all the sets of the
A procedure for taking out the metal plate M and the product P arranged in the
As shown in FIG. 1, the
As illustrated, the
図4(a)〜(c)のそれぞれは、図1のA−A断面図である。
Hereinafter, a specific procedure for taking out the metal plate M and the product P placed thereon from the
FIG. 4A shows a state before the
Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
As described above, in the present embodiment, when the product P is taken out from the
Next, the metal plate M and the product P held by the
Hereinafter, a procedure for installing the metal plate M and the product P held by the
In the present embodiment, the metal plate M is once held by the
Similar to the
When the
As shown in FIG. 5, each of the
FIG. 5A shows a state in which the

Next, the
Next, the
Next, the
As described above, in this embodiment, when the product P is installed in the
After placing the metal plate M and the product P on the intermediate
Each of the intermediate
The
The temperature of the intermediate
The
The
The product P is pressed by the
Next, the
Next, the product P is taken out from the
The moving mechanism of the
The
As described above, in the present embodiment, the
The
The
A
In the present embodiment, the second moving mechanism moves the loader arm by the rack-pinion mechanism, but instead of the rack-pinion mechanism, a cylinder mechanism (hydraulic or pneumatic driving), a ball screw mechanism, or the like May be used.
