Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、ガラス・コーティングおよびガラス・コーティングを形成するための方法に関する。ガラス・コーティングは、ZnOの第1の層と、その上に堆積されたAgの第2の層からなる。ZnO層上にAg層を塗布する前に、ZnOがイオンにより照射される。

上記データは、焼戻し前のコーティングした基板に関するものである。これらのデータに基づいて、イオン処理後の層抵抗は、イオン処理を行わなかった層の層抵抗と比較すると有意に低減しているのは明らかである。
Claims (14)
- 可視光線に対してほぼ透明であり、他の層の上に位置する少なくとも1つの赤外放射線反射層を備えるガラス・コーティングであって、前記他の層がイオン照射により処理された層であることを特徴とするガラス・コーティング。
- 前記赤外放射線反射層が、少なくとも50%の銀成分を含む材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- 前記赤外放射線反射層が、純粋な銀からなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- イオン照射により処理された前記層が、少なくとも50%のZnO成分を含む材料からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- イオン照射により処理された前記層が、純ZnOからなることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- イオン照射により処理された前記層が、ZnOxまたはZnO:AlまたはZn:AlOxからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- 前記イオン照射がArイオンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- 前記イオン照射が酸素イオンからなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- 前記イオン照射が、O2およびArの混合物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のガラス・コーティング。
- 基板上にコーティングを形成するための方法であって、
a)第1の層を前記基板上に塗布するステップと、
b)前記第1の層をイオン照射により処理するステップと、
c)前記第1の層上に、赤外放射線を反射する第2の層を塗布するステップとを含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 前記第1の層が、主にスパッタリングにより塗布されたZnO層であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の層が、主にスパッタリングにより塗布されたAg層であることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- ZnO−Ag−NiCrOx−Si3N4で処理したイオン照射による層シーケンス・ガラス−TiO2−を特徴とするガラス・コーティング。
- ガラス・コーティングを形成するための方法であって、下記のステップ、すなわち、
a)スパッタリングにより前記ガラス上にTiO2層を塗布するステップと、
b)スパッタリングにより前記TiO2層上にZnO層を塗布するステップと、
c)イオン照射によりZnO層を処理するステップと、
d)スパッタリングにより前記ZnO層上にAg層を塗布するステップと、
e)スパッタリングにより前記Ag層上にNICrOx層を塗布するステップと、
f)スパッタリングにより前記NiCrOx層上にSi3N4層を塗布するステップとを特徴とする方法。
