JP 2004-69275 A

However, in the conventional showcase, when assembling the shelf board, it is necessary to fix the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate by fixing brackets or screws, so that the number of parts and assembly man-hours increase and the manufacturing cost increases. There was a problem.

The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a showcase capable of assembling a shelf without using a fixture or a screw, and a method for assembling the shelf.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention comprises a shelf board in which a heat insulating material is interposed between an upper surface plate and a lower surface plate, and shelf supports that support both ends in the width direction of the shelf plate. In the showcase in which the shelf board is disposed in the product storage section of the showcase body by attaching the shelf board to the showcase body, the shelf board heat insulating material is formed of a heat insulating material that can be expanded and contracted in the thickness direction. Is provided with a shelf holding portion in which the upper and lower plates of the shelf are in contact with each other in the vertical direction by the restoring force of the heat insulating material compressed in the thickness direction.

Thereby, since the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the shelf plate formed to be stretchable in the thickness direction come into contact with the shelf plate holding portion of the shelf support by the restoring force of the heat insulating material, the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the shelf plate The shelf board can be assembled without the need for fixing metal fittings, screws, or the like.

Further, the present invention includes a shelf board in which a heat insulating material is interposed between the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate, and shelf supports that support both ends in the width direction of the shelf board, and the shelf support is attached to the showcase body. In the shelf assembly method of the showcase, in which the shelf board is arranged in the product storage section of the showcase body, the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the shelf board are temporarily fixed in a state where the heat insulating material is compressed in the thickness direction. At the same time, after the shelf plate is inserted between a pair of upper and lower contact pieces provided on the shelf support, the temporary fixing is released, and the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate are contacted with each contact piece in the vertical direction.

Thereby, after the top plate and the bottom plate of the shelf plate temporarily fixed in a state where the heat insulating material is compressed in the thickness direction are inserted between the pair of contact pieces of the shelf support, each contact is released. Since the vertical contact between the pieces makes it possible to easily assemble the shelf board.

According to the present invention, the shelf board can be assembled to the showcase body without fixing the upper surface plate and the lower surface plate of the shelf board with fixing brackets or screws, so that the number of parts and the number of assembly steps can be reduced. .

1 to 10 show an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view of a showcase, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a product shelf, and FIGS. 3 to 8 are attached to a showcase body. FIG. 9 is a front sectional view of a main part of the showcase, and FIG. 10 is a side sectional view of the shelf board showing a state in which the shelf board is compressed in the thickness direction.

This showcase is a dedicated showcase for warm storage, and is provided in a vertically long showcase body 10 and a product storage portion 11 formed in the showcase body 10 with a space in the vertical direction. And a plurality of product shelves 20.

The showcase body 10 has transparent glass doors 12 that open and close the front and back surfaces of the product storage unit 11, respectively, and both side surfaces of the product storage unit 11 are respectively covered with side plates 13 made of transparent glass. A frame member 14 that forms a columnar member is erected on the inner side of the back side of each side plate 13, and a top plate 15 that covers the upper surface of the product storage unit 11 is attached to the upper end of each frame member 14. Further, a locking plate 16 for mounting the product shelf 20 is provided over the entire side surface of the product storage portion 11 at a predetermined interval from each side plate 13, and the frame member 14 is provided on the locking plate 16 from the front end side. A plurality of locking portions 16a that engage with locking pieces of a shelf support described later are provided at intervals in the vertical direction by cutting out in the front-rear direction to the front end side.

Each product shelf 20 includes a shelf plate 30 on which products are placed, and a pair of shelf supports 40 that support both sides in the width direction of the shelf plate 30 and are installed in the product storage unit 11.

The shelf board 30 is provided with the upper surface board 31 which forms the upper surface side, the lower surface board 32 which forms the lower surface side, the heat insulating material 33 with which an inside is filled, and the heater 34 which heats goods.

The upper surface plate 31 is made of a metal plate-like member, and is formed in a box shape having an opened lower surface. In addition, a drop prevention portion 31 a that prevents the commodity placed on the upper surface front end side of the upper surface plate 31 from being dropped is provided.

The lower surface plate 32 is formed to be slightly smaller than the dimensions of the upper surface plate 31 in the width direction and the front-rear direction, and closes the lower surface opening of the upper surface plate 31. Further, a contact portion 32a is formed on the front end side and the rear end side of the lower surface plate 32 so as to extend a predetermined length upward in the width direction, and the compression of the heat insulating material 33 by a predetermined amount or more is restricted. ing.

The heat insulating material 33 is made of a heat insulating material that can expand and contract in the thickness direction, such as glass wool, and is formed to be slightly smaller than the width direction and front-back direction dimensions of the lower surface plate 32, and the thickness direction dimension is set to the lower surface plate 32. It is formed larger than the height dimension of the contact portion 32a.

The heater 34 is provided with a heating wire 34b that generates heat by a power source (not shown) on the lower surface side of the heating plate 34a attached to the lower surface side of the upper surface plate 31, and heats the upper surface plate 31 from the lower surface side.

Each shelf receiver 40 is made of a member formed so as to extend in the front-rear direction, and a shelf holding part 41 is formed in a U-shaped cross section across the front-rear direction on the inner side in the width direction. The upper surface plate 31 and the lower surface plate 32 of the shelf plate 30 are in contact with each other in the vertical direction between the pair of contact pieces 41a. Further, on the outer side in the width direction of each shelf receiver 40, a locking piece 42 that is locked to the locking portion 16 a of the locking plate 16 is formed so as to extend outward in the width direction.

In the showcase configured as described above, when the product shelf 20 is attached to the showcase body 10, as shown in FIG. 3, the bottom plate 32, the heat insulating material 33, the heater 34, and the top plate serving as the shelf plate 30. 31 are sequentially stacked. Next, as shown in FIG. 4, in a state where the heat insulating material 34 is compressed by applying pressure from the thickness direction of the shelf plate 30, the upper surface plate 31 to the lower surface plate 32 are arranged on the front end side and the rear end side of the shelf plate 30. The thickness dimension of the shelf board 30 in a state where the adhesive tape 50 is pasted and compressed is maintained. Further, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the both ends of the shelf plate 30 in the width direction are inserted between the contact pieces 41 a of the shelf holder 41 of the shelf receiver 40, and then the adhesive tape 50 is removed. Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 7, the dimension in the thickness direction of the shelf plate 30 is increased by the restoring force of the heat insulating material 33, and the contact plate 41 a of the shelf plate holding portion 41 of the shelf support 40 is attached to the shelf plate 30. The upper surface plate 31 and the lower surface plate 32 are in contact with each other in the vertical direction. After assembling the product shelf 20 in this manner, as shown in FIG. 8, the product is attached to the showcase body 10 by engaging the locking pieces 42 of the shelf receivers 40 with the locking portions 16 a of the locking plates 16. A shelf 20 is attached.

In this showcase, the outer dimension L1 in the width direction of the merchandise shelf 20 is formed substantially equal to the distance L2 between the locking plates 16 arranged in the width direction, so that as shown in FIG. Even if assembled without using a fixing member such as a screw, the shelf board 30 is not detached from the shelf holder 40 or the shelf board 30 is not disassembled.

Further, when the shelf plate 30 is compressed in the thickness direction, the contact portion 32a of the lower surface plate 32 contacts the lower surface of the upper surface plate 31, as shown in FIG. There is no compression.

Thus, according to the showcase of the present embodiment, the shelf board of the shelf receiver 40 is restored by the restoring force of the heat insulating material 33 that compresses the upper surface plate 31 and the lower surface plate 32 of the shelf plate 30 configured to be extendable in the thickness direction. Since it is made to contact | abut to the holding | maintenance part 41, the shelf board 30 can be assembled without fixing the upper surface board 31 and the lower surface board 32 of the shelf board 30 with a fixing metal fitting or a screw, and reduction of a number of parts and an assembly man-hour. Can be achieved.

In addition, since the movement of the shelf receiver 40 in the width direction is restricted and the pair of width direction locking plates 16 for locking the shelf support 40 is provided in the showcase body 10, the product shelf 20 is engaged with the locking plate 16. By stopping, the movement of the shelf receiver 40 in the width direction can be restricted by the locking plate 16, and the commodity shelf 20 can be securely attached to the showcase body 10.

Further, since the shelf holder 41 of the shelf holder 40 is formed by a U-shaped member extending in the front-rear direction of the shelf board 30, it is possible to eliminate a gap between the width direction both ends of the shelf board 30 and the shelf holder 40. It is possible to prevent dust from entering between the shelf board 30 and the shelf holder 40 and improve the aesthetic appearance.

Moreover, since the extended part 32a extended upwards was provided in the edge part which faced the lower surface board 32, the compression more than the predetermined amount of the heat insulating material 33 can be prevented, and the heat insulation performance by the compression more than necessary of the heat insulating material 33 Can be prevented.

In addition, the shelf 30 is temporarily fixed with the adhesive tape 50 in a state compressed in the thickness direction, and both ends in the width direction of the shelf 30 compressed in the thickness direction are inserted into the shelf holder 41 of each shelf receiver 40. In this state, the adhesive tape 50 is removed to attach each shelf holder 40 to the shelf board 30, and then the locking piece 42 provided on each shelf holder 40 is locked to the locking portion 16 a of the locking plate 16. Therefore, the assembly work of the shelf board 30 can be easily performed, and the productivity can be improved.

In the above-described embodiment, the shelf receiver 40 is provided on each of both ends in the width direction of the shelf board 30. However, as shown in FIG. The shelf board may be attached to the shelf board holding portions 61 provided inside the both ends in the width direction. In this case, since the shelf board 30 is not disassembled by shifting in the width direction of the shelf board 30, the shelf holder 60 can be used for a showcase that does not include the locking board 16.

Moreover, in the said embodiment, the shelf board is made to contact | abut the upper surface board 31 and the lower surface board 32 of the shelf board 30 to an up-down direction with a pair of contact piece 41a provided in the shelf holding | maintenance part 41 of the shelf receiver 40. 30 and the shelf receiver 40 are shown. As shown in FIG. 12, the engaging portions 71b are respectively provided on the upper surface plate 71 and the lower surface plate 72 of the shelf plate 70 and the contact pieces 81a of the shelf receiver 80. , 72b, 81b may be provided. In this case, the shelf receiver 80 can be more reliably attached to the shelf board 70.
