Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric wire bending tool the structure of which is simple and the operation of which is easy. <P>SOLUTION: This electric wire bending tool 1 is composed of handles 2, an electric wire pressing member 4 which becomes a supporting point when the handles 2 are operated and electric wire bending members 5 which are linked with the operation of the handle. The handles are a pair of two and combined each other, mounting holes are provided on the electric wire bending members and bearings are fit in the mounting hole. Description

  The present invention relates to an electric wire bending tool for bending electric wires.

Conventionally, when it is desired to bend an electric wire, for example, it is bent by pressing it against a corner of a work table. As shown in FIG. 7, there is a work table 32 for bending the electric wire 31. An electric wire groove 33 is formed, and a handle 35 is provided so that a wall surface 34 of the electric wire groove 32 is partially rotated. The wire 31 is bent by placing the wire 31 in the wire groove 33 and rotating the handle 34.

  However, in the above conventional method, there is a risk of damaging the electric wire 31 or disconnection. In addition, since the work table 32 for bending the electric wire 31 is large and cannot be carried, and the installation location is limited, every time the electric wire is bent, it moves to that location, and once it is bent, it is verified whether the angle is good. After that, it was necessary to move again and the workability was very bad.

  Therefore, the present invention has an object to provide an electric wire bending tool that has a simple structure and is easy to work, and the structure includes a handle, an electric wire pressing member that serves as a fulcrum when operating the handle, and an operation of the handle. It is composed of interlocking electric wire bending members, and the handles are assembled together in pairs, the electric wire bending member is provided with an attachment hole, a bearing is attached to the attachment hole, and the electric wire is placed between the electric wire holding member and the bearing. The wire bending member is bent by opening the handle, and the wire can be bent by the wire pressing member and the bearing.

  The wire bending tool according to the present invention is composed of a handle, a wire pressing member that becomes a fulcrum when the handle is operated, and a wire bending member that is interlocked with the operation of the handle.   An embodiment of an electric wire bending tool according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings of FIGS.

  The wire bending tool 1 includes a handle 2 and a wire bending portion 3. Like the scissors, when the handle 2 is opened and closed, the electric wire bending portion 3 operates to bend the electric wire.

  The wire pressing member 4 is provided at a position serving as a fulcrum, and a wire bending member 5 is provided at the tip of the fulcrum. A plurality of attachment holes 6 are formed in the electric wire bending member 5. A bearing 7 is attached to either of the left and right mounting holes 6.

  In order to bend the electric wire 8, the two handles 2 are opened to the left and right, and the electric wire bending member 5 is lowered to the left and right, and between the bearing 7 attached to the electric wire bending member 5 and the electric wire holding member 4. Thread handle 2 closed. By the operation of closing the handle 2, the electric wire bending member 5 is moved upward, and the electric wire 8 is pulled by the bearing 7 attached to the electric wire bending member 5 and is pressed and bent by the electric wire pressing member 4.

  The bending angle of the electric wire 8 can be changed by changing the attachment position of the bearing 7 of the electric wire bending member 5. When the left and right bearings 7 are wide, the electric wires 8 are gently bent. Further, when the width of the left and right bearings 7 is narrowed, the electric wire 8 is bent at an acute angle.

  Since the bearing 7 is attached to the wire holding member 4 and the wire bending member 5, the wire 8 can be bent without being damaged. Furthermore, the bearing 7 attached to the electric wire bending member 5 and the side surface of the electric wire pressing member 4 form a recess 9 so that the electric wire does not fall off.

  As shown in FIG. 6, the wire bending tool according to the present invention can flexibly adjust the bending angle of the wire by increasing the number of mounting holes 11 provided in the wire bending member 10.

  The size of the wire holding member can be changed according to the thickness of the wire.

  The wire can be bent easily by simply moving the handle left and right, and the use of the bearing eliminates the possibility of damaging or disconnecting the wire, and can be applied when it is desired to perform the wire bending work quickly and reliably.

Claims (1)

  An electric wire bending tool for bending an electric wire, comprising a handle, an electric wire pressing member that serves as a fulcrum when operating the handle, and an electric wire bending member that is interlocked with the operation of the handle. The wire bending member is provided with an attachment hole, a bearing is attached to the attachment hole, the wire is passed between the wire holding member and the bearing, and the handle is opened to open the handle. An electric wire bending tool, wherein the electric wire bending member is bent and the electric wire is bent by the electric wire holding member and the bearing.
