In addition, the antifouling and antifogging treatment agent for glass of the present invention has a content of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer of 1% by weight or less based on the total weight of the antifouling and antifogging agent for glass. Is preferred.
According to the antifouling and antifogging treatment agent for glass of the present invention, sufficient transparency, antifogging property, antifouling property and durability can be imparted to the glass.
The antifouling and antifogging treatment agent for glass of the present invention contains a 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer, a silicone surfactant and a solvent.
In the present invention, the 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer is a copolymer of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine having a phosphatidylcholine polar group and a monomer copolymerizable therewith. As a monomer copolymerizable with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine, a monomer having a double bond capable of being copolymerized in the molecule, preferably the ester site of acrylic acid ester and / or methacrylic acid ester is a hydrophobic site, Examples thereof include monomers that are electric interaction sites, hydrogen bonding sites, and the like. For example, when the monomer copolymerizable with 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine is a methacrylic acid ester, it is represented by the following general formula (1).
(A represents an integer of 1 to 20000, and b, c and d each represents an integer of 0 to 20000.)
In the above formula, examples of the hydrophobic site include sites containing an acyl group, a benzyl group, and the like. Examples of the electrostatic interaction site include a site containing an amino group, a carboxyl group, an ammonium group, or the like. Examples of the hydrogen bonding site include a site containing a hydroxyl group, a polyoxyethylene ether group, an ethylene oxide group, or the like. More specific examples of the methacrylic acid ester having a site containing an acyl group include ethylene glycol dimethacrylate, triethylene glycol dimethacrylate, and tetraethylene glycol dimethacrylate. More specifically, examples of the methacrylic acid ester having a site containing a benzyl group include benzyl methacrylate. More specific examples of the methacrylic acid ester having a site containing an amino group include dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate and diethylaminoethyl methacrylate. More specific examples of the methacrylic acid ester having a hydroxyl group-containing moiety include 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate and 2-hydroxypropyl methacrylate. More specifically, examples of the methacrylic acid ester having a portion containing a polyoxyethylene ether group include polyethylene glycol methacrylate.
また、2−メタクリロイルオキシエチルホスホリルコリン共重合体は、市販品として入手可能であり、例えば、リピジュア−R05(ポリアルキレングリコール誘導体配合の親水性リン脂質ポリマー、日本油脂社製)、リピジュア−AG50(弱アニオン性の親水性リン脂質ポリマー、日本油脂社製)、リピジュア−CF72(弱カチオン性の親水性リン脂質ポリマー、日本油脂社製)などが挙げられる。 Further, 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer is available as a commercial product. For example, Lipidure-R05 (hydrophilic phospholipid polymer blended with polyalkylene glycol derivative, manufactured by NOF Corporation), Lipidure-AG50 (weak) Anionic hydrophilic phospholipid polymer (manufactured by NOF Corporation), lipid-CF72 (weakly cationic hydrophilic phospholipid polymer, NOF Corporation) and the like. These 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymers may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
The blending ratio of 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer (the amount of active ingredient in the case of a commercial product) is 1 part by weight (1% by weight) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the antifouling treatment agent for glass of the present invention. Or less, preferably 0.7 parts by weight (corresponding to 0.7% by weight) or less.
When the blending ratio of the 2-methacryloyloxyethyl phosphorylcholine copolymer exceeds 1 part by weight (corresponding to 1% by weight) with respect to 100 parts by weight of the antifouling agent for glass of the present invention, transparency and antifouling property are obtained. There is a problem that decreases.
In the present invention, the silicone surfactant is not particularly limited as long as it is a surfactant having a siloxane bond [Si—O—Si] in the molecule. For example, a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant, Although classified into a nonionic surfactant, an amphoteric surfactant, etc., in this invention, all can be used and it selects suitably according to the objective and use. Preferably, a nonionic surfactant having a low surface tension is used.
Examples of the silicone-based nonionic surfactant include those containing a polyoxyethylene copolymer.
Silicone surfactants are available as commercial products, for example, KF-351 (silicone nonionic surfactant, surface tension in 1.0% aqueous solution: 23 mN / m, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), KF-618 (silicone nonionic surfactant, surface tension in 1.0% aqueous solution: 21 mN / m, manufactured by Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd.), L-77 (silicone nonionic surfactant, surface in 1.0% aqueous solution) (Tension: 20 mN / m, manufactured by Nihon Unicar). These silicone surfactants may be used alone or in combination of two or more.
In the present invention, the surface tension of a 1.0% aqueous solution of a silicone surfactant is, for example, 30 mN / m or less, and preferably 25 mN / m or less. When the surface tension in a 1.0% aqueous solution of a silicone surfactant exceeds 30 mN / m, there arises a problem that sufficient antifogging properties and antifouling properties cannot be obtained.
Moreover, in this invention, when a silicone type surfactant is a silicone type nonionic surfactant, the HLB is 7-20, for example, Preferably, it is 9-16.
