Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明の嫌気性処理方法は、メタン生成菌により有機性廃水を嫌気性処理する方法であって、上記有機性廃水にアミノ酸を添加して上記嫌気性処理することを特徴とする。

Description
先ず、大豆フレーク等のたんぱく質含有物質の塩酸加水分解物からアミノ酸を単離する際の副生液を、アミノ酸を含む食品廃液として準備した。なお、かかる食品廃液には、アミノ酸が142,000mg/L含まれており、主要なアミノ酸として、脂肪族アミノ酸(Ile,Leu,Val)、芳香族アミノ酸(Phe,Tyr)及び酸性アミノ酸(Glu)が含まれていることが確認された。上記アミノ酸を含む食品廃液の水質分析値を表1に、成分分析値を表2に、示す。なお、各成分の濃度は、各項目ごとに適宜測定方法を変えて測定した。
実施例1と同じ廃水処理設備において、実施例1におけるアミノ酸を含む食品廃液と同じ食品廃液を、2001年12月18日から0.6kg/m3/dの割合で連続添加した。図3は、実施例2におけるCODcr容積負荷の推移を示すグラフである。
Claims (5)
- メタン生成菌により有機性廃水を嫌気性処理する方法であって、
前記有機性廃水にアミノ酸を添加して前記嫌気性処理することを特徴とする嫌気性処理方法。 - 前記アミノ酸として、アミノ酸を含む食品廃液を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の嫌気性処理方法。
- メタン生成菌により有機性廃水を嫌気性処理する際に使用され、アミノ酸を含有することを特徴とするメタン生成菌用栄養剤。
- 前記アミノ酸が、脂肪族アミノ酸、芳香族アミノ酸及び酸性アミノ酸からなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のメタン生成菌用栄養剤。
- 前記アミノ酸として、アミノ酸を含む食品廃液を含有することを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載のメタン生成菌用栄養剤。
