Claims (3)

内容物が収容されたチューブ状フィルムをシールし、シール部を切断するためのフィルムシール装置であって、
フィルムを送り出し方向に駆動して、フィルムのシール部を所定位置に送り出すフィルム駆動部と、
フィルムのシール部をシールして切断するためのためのフィルムシール部と、
フィルム駆動部とフィルムシール部の作動を制御する制御部とを備え、
このフィルムシール部は、
フィルムのシール部近傍を挟持するフィルム挟持手段と、
フィルムのシール部を圧着すると共に加熱するフィルム圧着手段と、
フィルムのシール部を切断するフィルム切断手段とを備え、
前記制御部は、フィルムを所定位置に送り出して停止させた後、フィルム挟持手段及びフィルム圧着手段を作動させてフィルムを加熱・圧着させると共にフィルム切断手段によるシール部に対する切断作用を行わせ、その後、フィルム圧着手段の圧着状態を解除すると共に、フィルムを戻し方向に所定量駆動するように、フィルム駆動部及びフィルムシール部を制御することを特徴とするフィルムシール装置。
