Abstract

Provided are a tubular film heat-sealing/cutting device which can be simplified in structure and which can realize the reliable and strong heat seals and cuts in high reproducibility and repeatability, and a heater unit and a film cutting-off unit, which are suited for that device. The heat-sealing/cutting device comprises the heater unit (Hu) for heat-sealing and cutting a tubular film (F). This heater unit (Hu) includes a band-shaped heater (1), a heat-transfer plate (2) arranged all over the front face of the heater (1), a projection (2a) formed on the front side of the heat-transfer plate (2), and an insulating cover (4) covering the front face of the heat-transfer plate (2). The heat-sealing/cutting device further comprises a film-separating unit for retracting while clamping the film (F) heat-sealed and cut, when a pressure face unit (Pu) protrudes to abut against the heater unit (Hu) thereby to clamp the film (F) and retracts, so that it cuts the film (F) off the heater unit (Hu).
