Description

The present invention relates to a personal information exchanging method and apparatus, and more particularly to a personal information exchanging method and apparatus for efficiently exchanging personal information such as mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses in places where many people gather such as various parties and meetings.

At the present time when personal information, especially mobile communication terminals such as mobile phones and PDAs (Personal Digital Assistant) and personal computers (PCs) have become widespread, mobile phone numbers and e-mail addresses are important information sources. On the other hand, since such personal information may be misused or misused, it is preferable to carefully select the other party and exchange the personal information only with the other party who really needs it.

Personal information is generally written on business cards in business situations, and is obtained by exchanging such business cards at the first meeting. However, with the development of digital technologies such as mobile phone terminals and PDAs, personal information is also digitized and convenient to manage electronically and has become commonplace.

Personal information exchange when meeting one-on-one may be business card exchange, but when exchanging personal information with a desired party among many attendees at parties and other meetings, etc., it is efficient Is preferred. A general method for exchanging personal information with a large number of parties at such a party will be described below.

Talk to attendees and tell them if you want to exchange personal information. If the other party's consent is obtained, personal information is exchanged with each other. The general procedure for exchanging personal information is as follows. First, verbally listen to the other party's phone number or mail address on the spot, and enter the personal information of the other party from the memory input screen of his / her mobile phone terminal or the like, and register it in the mobile phone terminal. Alternatively, when not registering with the mobile phone terminal on the spot, the other party's mobile phone number is left in the incoming call history of the mobile phone terminal by calling each other's mobile phone. Then, at an appropriate time, it registers with the other party's information in a mobile telephone terminal. As another method, personal information of the other party is written on a memo paper or the like, and then registered in the mobile phone terminal at an appropriate time.

。   As described above, conventional techniques related to the exchange or management of personal information are disclosed in several technical documents. In order to easily manage a large number of exchanged business cards and to be able to follow changes in the situation thereafter, the business card exchange IDs are exchanged with each other and sent to a business card management server connected to the Internet via a mobile phone. A business card management system that extracts necessary information and returns it to the business card management client as business card information is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 1). Further, a mobile terminal and an electronic business card exchange method are disclosed in which business card data is exchanged at the crown of the mobile terminal in a meeting and the business card data is recorded in association with the data related to the meeting (see, for example, Patent Document 2). Further disclosed is a method of exchanging personal data such as business card data between mobile phone terminals by using an auxiliary input device in a meeting using a mobile phone terminal with an e-mail function and using an e-mail and a database server. (For example, refer to Patent Document 3).

特開2001−243413号公報(第9頁、第1図)Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2001-243413 (page 9, FIG. 1) 特開2002−99675号公報(第5頁、第3図)JP 2002-99675 A (page 5, FIG. 3) 特開2003−338883号公報(第3頁、第1図)JP 2003-338883 A (page 3, FIG. 1)

However, the conventional technology as described above has some problems as follows. In the case of obtaining personal information verbally or in a memo, there are cases where accurate registration of personal information cannot be performed due to a mistake in listening or input. In addition, if personal information of a large number of opponents met at a meeting or the like is registered later based on the incoming call history or the like, it may become confusing or unknown who the personal information is. Further, when exchange of personal information is requested, even if it is a partner who does not want to exchange it, it is difficult to refuse because it is a partner who speaks face to face. Furthermore, there are problems such as requiring relatively large facilities and expenses for acquiring and managing personal information.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems of the prior art, and has as its main object to provide a personal information exchange method and apparatus that eliminates or reduces the above-described problems of the prior art.

According to the personal information exchange method and apparatus of the present invention, the following practical effects can be obtained. First, accurate exchange of information is possible when exchanging personal information with the other party. The reason is that according to the present invention, when personal information is exchanged, the personal information entered by the other party is sent by e-mail to his / her mobile phone terminal, so that there is no mistaken input or occurrence of an input error ( This is because the person himself / herself inputs his / her information, which is more reliable than the case where another person inputs the information. Further, even when personal information is exchanged with a plurality of people, the personal information of the other party is transmitted by e-mail together with the name, so there is no possibility that the personal information of the other party will not be known.

Secondly, it is possible to reduce the time required for exchanging personal information. The reason is that when exchanging personal information, if you enter your personal information and the attendee number of the person you want to exchange information with, the personal information of the other person will be sent by e-mail. This is because it is only necessary to register personal information. Moreover, if even an e-mail can be stored, it is possible to register later, and it is not necessary to interrupt the conversation or business negotiation on the spot and perform the registration act.

Third, it is possible to exchange personal information only with the other party who wants to exchange information. The reason for this is that personal information is exchanged using the personal information support site after the end of the meeting, and the other party's information is sent only when there is an intention to exchange information. In addition, since nomination of a partner who wishes to exchange personal information is not performed face-to-face with the other party, it is possible to reject the exchange of personal information without feeling awkward.

Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of a preferred embodiment of the personal information exchanging method and apparatus according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
