Description

The present invention relates to a multilayer corrugated cardboard that can be suitably used for storage, transportation, etc. of heavy objects, for example, and specifically relates to a blank, a sleeve, a packaging box made of the multilayer corrugated cardboard and methods for producing them.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, packaging boxes made of multilayer cardboard such as two-layer cardboard and three-layer cardboard are known. A known apparatus for producing a double-layer cardboard (see, for example, Patent Document 1) will be described with reference to FIG.

This apparatus includes a single-sided corrugated cardboard sheet 1 manufactured by attaching a liner and a corrugated core in a front sheet manufacturing unit a, a single-sided cardboard sheet 2 manufactured in the same way in a subsequent sheet manufacturing unit a, and an underliner. 3 are pasted and integrated with each other through a preheater b and a glue machine c, and the bonded sheet (double-layer corrugated cardboard sheet) 100 is dried by a heating machine d and cooled and tempered by a cooling machine e. After that, the slitter scorer f cuts to a predetermined width, puts vertical ruled lines and horizontal ruled lines at predetermined positions, and further cuts to a predetermined length with a cutter g to obtain a two-layer cardboard 101. The entire process is completed by stacking with the stacker h.

When manufacturing three-layer corrugated cardboard, although not shown in the drawings, each sheet manufacturing unit uses an apparatus having an intermediate sheet manufacturing unit a between the preceding sheet manufacturing unit a and the subsequent sheet manufacturing unit a. Three single-sided corrugated cardboard sheets manufactured by adhering a liner and corrugated core, and an underliner are adhered to each other to obtain an integrated three-layer corrugated sheet. Next, drying, cooling refining, width direction cutting, ruled line insertion, and length direction cutting are sequentially performed to obtain a three-layer cardboard.

The two-layer corrugated cardboard and the three-layer corrugated cardboard obtained in this way are formed by bending vertical and horizontal ruled lines (folded lines) formed at predetermined locations and attaching the required locations, for example, four side walls and a bottom portion. It is provided as a base material that can be assembled in a box shape with a lid.

By the way, in recent years, as a packaging box made of corrugated cardboard that can withstand heavy goods and electric appliances that incorporate electronic devices, and can be transported, it has better strength and durability than conventional two-layer corrugated cardboard and three-layer corrugated cardboard. There is a demand for provision of sleeves and packaging boxes made of four or more layers of corrugated cardboard.

In the apparatus described above, it is theoretically possible to form a multi-layer corrugated sheet having four or more layers by adding the sheet manufacturing section a. In that case, four or more sheet manufacturing sections a are required, A slitter scorer or cutter capable of cutting a sheet having a considerable thickness obtained by laminating one or more single-sided corrugated cardboard sheets into a predetermined shape or inserting vertical and horizontal ruled lines is required. Therefore, not only the apparatus becomes large, but also a slitter scorer and a cutter that can cut four or more layers of corrugated cardboard sheets and can be creased must be newly installed. As a result, the corrugated board manufacturing cost increases, which is not practical. .

The present invention has been made in view of such conventional circumstances, and the object of the present invention is to provide a novel method that can provide blanks, sleeves, packing boxes, etc. composed of four or more layers of corrugated cardboard at a low cost. It is to provide.

In order to achieve the above object, a method for producing a multilayer cardboard blank according to the present invention includes a step of cutting a two-layer corrugated cardboard sheet into a required shape and forming a two-layer corrugated cardboard blank with a ruled line at a predetermined position thereof,
The three-layer corrugated cardboard sheet is cut into a shape that can be bonded to the required portion of the two-layer corrugated cardboard blank, and the three-layer corrugated cardboard is provided with a ruled line corresponding to each ruled line at the bonding position of the two-layer corrugated cardboard blank. Forming a blank;
A step of bonding the three-layer cardboard blank to a required portion of the two-layer cardboard blank.

According to such a method, in contrast to a two-layer cardboard blank that has been cut into a required shape and previously ruled at a predetermined location, a three-layer cardboard that has been cut into a required shape and previously marked at a predetermined location. Since blanks can be attached, the required parts can be assembled into the required shape with five layers of corrugated cardboard without the need for new equipment and equipment, as in the case of corrugated sheets stacked in five layers and then creased. Multi-layer cardboard can be provided at low cost.

The multilayer corrugated cardboard according to the present invention is cut into a required shape and cut into a two-layer cardboard blank having a ruled line at a predetermined position thereof and a shape that can be bonded to the required position of the two-layer cardboard blank. The three-layer cardboard blank is formed by bonding a ruled line at a position corresponding to each ruled line at the bonding position of the two-layer cardboard blank.

According to such a configuration, a three-layer corrugated cardboard that has been cut into a required shape and previously scribed with a ruled line in contrast to a two-layer cardboard blank that has been cut into a required shape and previously scribed with a ruled line.
The double-layer cardboard blank 10 has four side walls 11a to 11d in which adjacent side walls are connected to each other via vertical ruled lines 12a to 12c, and horizontal ruled lines 13a to 13d on the upper edges of the respective side walls 11a to 11d. Of the upper edge portions 14a to 14d provided continuously through the bottom walls, the bottom walls 16a to 16d provided continuously to the lower edges of the respective side walls 11a to 11d via the horizontal ruled lines 15a to 15d, and the side wall 11d on one end side. It has a sticking surface 17 connected to the outer edge via a vertical ruled line 12d. The ruled lines 12a to 12d, 13a to 13d, and 15a to 15d are bent, and the sticking surface 17 is connected to the side wall 11a on the other end side. As a result, the box body 10 ′ is assembled so that the top surface is opened and the bottom surface is closed by the bottom walls 16a to 16d.
In addition, if each said upper edge surface 14a-14d is made into the cover part of the magnitude | size comparable as bottom wall 16a-16d, the box main body which block | closes a lower surface with each cover part can be comprised.

The double-layer cardboard blank 10 can be manufactured through the above-described process using a known apparatus as shown in FIG.

The three-layer cardboard blank 20 corresponds to each of the vertical ruled lines 12a to 12d on the four side walls 11a to 11d so that the three-layer cardboard blank 20 can be bonded to the continuous four side walls 11a to 11d of the two-layer cardboard blank 10. The four side walls 21a to 21d, which are made of rectangular three-layer corrugated cardboard with vertical ruled lines at the locations to be attached, can be respectively attached to the four side walls 11a to 11d via the vertical ruled lines 22a to 22c. And is provided with a sticking surface 23 continuously provided on the outer edge of the side wall 21d on one end side via a vertical ruled line 22d. The ruled lines 22a to 22d are bent and the sticking surface 23 is connected to the other end side. By sticking to the side wall 21a, a rectangular tube-shaped (sleeve-shaped) interior case 20 'is assembled.

This three-layer corrugated cardboard blank 10 is a known apparatus as shown in FIG. 6 by a dedicated apparatus in which an intermediate sheet manufacturing section a is added between the preceding sheet manufacturing section a and the subsequent sheet manufacturing section a. It can be manufactured through the aforementioned process.

Then, the three-layer cardboard blank 20 is made to correspond to the side walls 11a to 11d and 21a to 21d to the inner surface portions of the side walls 11a to 11d in the two-layer cardboard blank 10, and the vertical ruled lines 12a. By sticking 12d and 22a-22d in correspondence with each other, a multi-layer corrugated cardboard packaging box blank 30 having a trunk portion of a five-layer corrugated cardboard is formed (see FIG. 3).

Since this blank 30 is formed by laminating the two-layer cardboard blank 10 and the three-layer cardboard blank 20 on which the vertical ruled lines 12a to 12d and 22a to 22d are formed in advance, a portion that becomes a five-layer cardboard (portion that becomes a trunk) The vertical ruled lines 12a to 12d and 22a to 22d can be easily bent to assemble a multi-layer corrugated cardboard packaging box 30 '(see FIG. 4 and FIG. 5) that has a five-layer corrugated board easily and at low cost. it can.

When the multilayer cardboard is a sleeve blank, the two-layer cardboard blank 10 does not include the upper edge portions 14a to 14d and the horizontal ruled lines 13a to 13d, and the bottom walls 16a to 16d and the horizontal ruled lines 15a to 15d. The sleeve body is constituted by the layered cardboard blank. Moreover, an interior case can be comprised using the three-layer cardboard blank 20 mentioned above as it is. Other than that, the method and configuration are the same as those described above, and therefore, redundant description and illustration are omitted.

As described above, an example of the embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to the drawings. However, the multilayer cardboard is not limited to the above-described packaging box or sleeve.
