Claims (19)
- 互いに独立的な内部空間を有する多重の管路形態を備え、燃料から水素を発生させる改質反応部;及び
前記改質反応部を囲繞し、前記燃料を前記改質反応部の外側周囲に沿って循環させて前記改質反応部の内部に供給するハウジングアセンブリー;を含む、燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記改質反応部は、
第1管路;
前記第1管路の断面積より小さい断面積を有し、前記第1管路の内部に配置される第2管路;
前記第2管路の内部空間に位置する酸化触媒層;及び
前記第1管路及び第2管路の間の空間に位置する改質触媒層;を含む、請求項1に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記第1管路及び前記第2管路の間の空間に位置する水性ガス転換触媒層を更に含む、請求項2に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。

前記第2管路の一方の側端部に流入口が形成され、他方の側端部に排出口が形成されており、前記両側端部はハウジング本体を貫通して前記収容空間の外側に引出される、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記第1管路の一方の側端部に流入口が形成されると共に、前記一方の側端部は前記収容空間に配置されており、前記第1管路の他方の側端部に排出口が形成されており、前記他方の側端部は前記ハウジング本体を貫通して前記収容空間の外側に引出される、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記改質反応部は、所定の間隔をおいて互いに平行に延在される複数の直線状部分を備えており、これら直線状部分の隣接する両端を交互に接続して蛇行形状に形成されており、前記バッフル部材は、複数の前記直線状部分の間に複数個設けられており、これらバッフル部材は、前記蛇行部分に対向していない側の一方の端部で前記ハウジング本体の内壁に交互に取り付けられる、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記ハウジング本体は、前記ハウジング本体の外部から前記収容空間内に燃料を供給するための少なくとも一つの燃料流入口を備えている、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記第1管路の排出口及び前記第2管路の排出口は、前記ハウジング本体を貫通して前記収容空間の外側に引出されており、この第1管路の排出口及び前記第2管路の排出口には、前記第2管路の排出口と連通する第1連通口及び前記第1管路の排出口と連通する少なくとも一つの第2連通口を有するブッシュ部材が接続される、請求項8に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記ハウジング本体及び前記蓋部材は、
内壁、及び前記内壁に対して所定の間隔をおいて離間して形成され、前記内壁との間に空間を形成する外壁を備える二重壁構造に形成される、請求項6に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。 - 前記空間は真空状態が維持される、請求項12に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記内壁及び前記外壁は、金属断熱素材または非金属断熱素材のうちの少なくとも一つから選択されて形成される、請求項12に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 前記第2管路の流入口に接続して取り付けられる気化部を更に備えている、請求項7に記載の燃料電池システムの改質装置。
- 第1項の改質装置;及び
水素及び酸素の電気化学的反応によって電気エネルギーを発生させる少なくとも一つの電気生成部;を備えている、燃料電池システム。 - 前記改質装置に燃料を供給する燃料供給源を備えており、
前記燃料供給源は、
燃料を保存する第1タンク;
水を保存する第2タンク;及び
前記第1タンク及び第2タンクに連結設置される燃料ポンプ;を備えている、請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記改質装置及び電気生成部に酸素を供給する酸素供給源を備えており、
前記酸素供給源は、
空気を吸入する空気ポンプを備えている、請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。 - 前記電気生成部から排出される未反応水素を、前記改質装置に供給する循環部を更に備えている、請求項16に記載の燃料電池システム。
