Description

The present invention relates to, for example, an electromagnetic switching device used for opening and closing an electric circuit in a moving body that runs on electric power.

Conventionally, some electromagnetic switching devices are used for the purpose of opening and closing a power circuit of an automobile, and a configuration in which a contact mechanism is driven to open and close by an electromagnet device is used. As an example of this type of electromagnetic switching device, those shown in FIGS. 34, 35, and 36 are known (see, for example, Patent Document 1). As shown in the figure, this electromagnetic switching device includes a resin body 11, an electromagnet device 2, a pair of fixed terminals 3, a movable contact 4, a shaft 5, and the like.

The container 11 is formed in a box shape divided into two, and houses the electromagnetic switching device main body therein. The body 11 is provided with mounting bases 13 on the left and right (same on the left and right in the figure) for mounting the electromagnetic switching device on the external mounting portion. Moreover, the container 11 is provided with a lead-out groove (not shown) for exposing the connection portion 31 of the fixed terminal 3 to the outside from the inside in order to connect to the external circuit.

The electromagnet device 2 includes a solenoid coil, upper and lower yokes (the same as the upper and lower sides in the figure), a movable iron core, and the like. The solenoid coil 21 is configured by installing a conducting wire on a cylindrical bobbin 21a having a flange on the top and bottom, and both ends of the conducting wire are led out of the body 11 (not shown). A first yoke 23 is provided from the middle to the upper surface of the inner peripheral surface of the solenoid coil 21, and a second yoke 24 is provided from the lower surface to the lower surface and the outer peripheral surface of the solenoid coil 21. The second yoke 24 forms a magnetic path, and forms a magnetic gap in which the magnetic poles face each other inside the solenoid coil.

The movable iron core 22 is provided such that a part thereof is interposed in the above-described magnetic gap and the remaining part is accommodated in the inner cylindrical portion of the second yoke 24. The movable iron core 22 is biased by the return spring 22a in the direction of expanding the magnetic gap (downward in the figure). Therefore, when the solenoid coil 21 is excited, the movable iron core 22 moves upward to fill the magnetic gap, and when the excitation is stopped, the movable iron core 22 moves downward by the return spring 22a.

The fixed terminal 3 is configured such that a rectangular conductive plate is bent twice in the same direction and both ends are directed in the same direction. The fixed terminal 3 includes a connection portion 31 outside the container body 11 and a fixed contact 32 facing downward in the container body 11.

The movable contact 4 is configured to have a fixed contact 41 facing the fixed contact 32 at both ends of a flat rectangular conductive plate having a central portion bent downward, and is formed on the shaft 5. It is held inside the holding unit 51. The movable contact 4 is pressed against the ceiling of the holding part 51 by the contact pressure spring 41 a inside the holding part 51.

The shaft 5 is arranged in the shape of the central axis of the electromagnet device 2 with the lower end of the connecting shaft extending downward from the holding portion 51 fixed to the movable iron core 22. The shaft 5 is movable up and down within the electromagnet device 2 within a predetermined range. The lower limit of the movement is a position where the stepped portion of the diameter-expanded portion of the shaft 5 comes into contact with the insertion hole on the central axis of the first yoke 23, and a buffer material 53a is provided at the contact position. The upper limit of movement is a position where the upper end of the movable iron core 22 contacts the lower end of the first yoke 23.

A yoke 64 capable of forming a magnetic path and a pair of permanent magnets 65 for generating a magnetic field are provided outside the vessel body 11 and on the side where the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41 come into contact with and away from each other. The permanent magnet 65 is arranged with the magnetic poles facing each other in order to quickly extinguish the electric arc generated when the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41 are brought into contact with or separated from each other by the magnetic field of the permanent magnet.

When the electromagnetic switching device having the above-described configuration is operated and the movable iron core 22 is moved up and down by the electromagnet device 2, the pair of movable contacts 41 of the movable contact 4 is paired with the pair of fixed contacts 32 via the shaft 5 that moves up and down. To and away from each other. As a result, the electric path between the connection portions 31 of the pair of fixed terminals 3 is electrically opened and closed via the movable contact 4.
JP 2002-42628 A

However, the conventional electromagnetic switching device as described above is for spreading the arc energy by spatially extending the arc for the purpose of quickly extinguishing (extinguishing) the arc generated when the circuit is opened and closed. Since the space (the arc extinguishing space SP) is provided, there is a problem that it is difficult to downsize the electromagnetic switching device. Since the space around the solenoid coil 21 is also used as the space for extinguishing the arc, there is a possibility that the arc may approach the winding of the solenoid coil 21, and the electric circuit side (primary side) to be opened and closed It is desirable to avoid such a structure in order to ensure insulation performance from the control side (secondary side) of the electromagnetic switchgear.

Further, there is a case where an arc is brought into contact with the resin of the container 11 to generate an arc extinguishing gas. In this case, it is necessary to surround the arc extinguishing space with a resin member that generates the arc extinguishing gas. Yes, there is a limit to downsizing. Also, when the magnetic switchgear is used in an electric vehicle, unlike a conventional gasoline engine that uses explosive combustion as a drive source, a motor that directly generates rotational force is used as a drive source, so the drive source is quiet. For this reason, in order to keep the in-vehicle environment suitable, it is desired to further reduce the operation sound of an electromagnetic switch and the like.

It is an object of the present invention to provide an electromagnetic switching device that can quickly extinguish arcs, can be reduced in size, cost, and operation noise can be reduced.

A twelfth aspect of the present invention is the electromagnetic switch according to any one of the first to third aspects, further comprising a container that houses the main body of the electromagnetic switch with the connection portion protruding to the outside. The body includes an attachment base having an insertion hole through which a fastening member for attaching the vessel body to an external attachment base is inserted, and magnetic fluid, MR fluid, or ER fluid is sealed on the attachment surface side of the attachment base A soft ring-shaped member is provided, and the container is fastened and fixed to an external mounting portion by inserting a fastening member through the insertion hole of the mounting base and the ring-shaped member with the ring-shaped member interposed. is there.

According to the first aspect of the present invention, the enclosed member and at least the first yoke form a substantially sealed space, and the movable contact and the fixed contact are accommodated in the substantially sealed space. The arc performance can be ensured and the electromagnetic switchgear can be miniaturized. That is, since metal has higher thermal conductivity than a molding material (resin), the performance of cooling the arc (absorbing energy) can be improved. In this respect, since the first yoke made of metal is used as a structural member of the substantially sealed space, the arc extinguishing performance is improved, and prompt contact disconnection is possible. In addition, the members of the electromagnet device can be shared, and the number of parts of the electromagnetic switching device can be reduced to reduce the size and cost. Since the arc extinguishing space is constituted by a substantially sealed space, the arc does not leak to the outside of the space, the solenoid coil of the electromagnetic device is not damaged, and the electric circuit side (primary side) to be opened and closed and the electromagnetic switching device Insulation performance with the control side (secondary side) can be ensured.

According to the invention of claim 2, since the potting material is filled in the gap between the container body and the substantially sealed space, an arc generated between the contacts can be obtained by using a material having high thermal conductivity as the potting material. The structural members (enclosure member and at least the first yoke) of the substantially sealed space heated by the air can be quickly cooled, and therefore the arc heat energy can be quickly absorbed to interrupt the arc. Moreover, since the potting material suppresses the propagation of vibration from the internal electromagnetic switching device main body to the body, a silent effect is obtained. The use of the potting material makes it possible to reduce the cost by configuring the vessel body with only one part and making the lid member unnecessary.

According to the invention of claim 3, since the distance between the inner wall of the surrounding member and the movable contact is narrow at a portion near the shaft and wide at a portion far from the shaft, the shaft of the shaft that holds the central portion of the movable contact The fluctuation of the rotational position of the movable contact due to rotation or the like can be suppressed, so that the contact position of the movable contact with respect to the fixed contact can be stabilized, and current control by the electromagnetic switching device can be performed more stably.

According to the fourth to tenth aspects of the present invention, there is provided an electromagnetic switching device that can perform appropriate braking with respect to the movement stop operation of the moving section that moves forward and backward with the excitation and non-excitation of the electromagnet device, and has a quiet operation sound. can get.

According to the invention of Claim 11 and Claim 12, it can suppress that the vibration of an electromagnetic switch is transmitted outside, and it can be set as a quiet operation sound.

Hereinafter, an electromagnetic switch according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Reference is made to the vertical and horizontal directions indicated by arrows in the drawings as appropriate. The electromagnetic switching device of the present invention can be used regardless of the mounting direction.

(Embodiment 1)
1 to 8 show an electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the first embodiment. Hereinafter, FIG. 1 will be mainly referred to, and other drawings will be appropriately referred to. As shown in FIG. 1, the electromagnetic switching device 1 includes an electromagnet device 2 having a movable iron core 22, a pair of fixed terminals 3 each having a fixed contact 32, and a movable contact 4 having a movable contact 41 at the left and right ends. The shaft 5 and the surrounding member 6 that houses the movable contact 41 and the fixed contact 32 are provided. The electromagnet device 2 moves the movable iron core 22 back and forth along one axis (hereinafter referred to as “vertical direction” or “vertical direction axis”), thereby connecting the pair of movable contacts 41 to the pair of fixed contacts 32 via the shaft 5. The pair of fixed contacts 32 are separated from each other and insulated. Hereinafter, the configuration and assembly of each part will be described in order, and then the operation of the electromagnetic switching device 1 will be described.

The electromagnet device 2 includes a solenoid coil 21, first and second yokes 23 and 24 disposed above and below, a movable iron core 22, and the like. The solenoid coil 21 is configured by installing a conducting wire on a hollow bobbin 21 a having a flange on the top and bottom, and both ends of the conducting wire are led out of the body 11. A first yoke 23 is provided from the middle to the upper surface of the inner peripheral surface of the solenoid coil 21, and a second yoke 24 is provided from the middle to the lower surface and a part of the outer peripheral surface of the solenoid coil 21. The yoke 23 and the second yoke 24 form a magnetic path and form a magnetic gap in which the magnetic poles face each other inside the solenoid coil (the shapes of the first and second yokes 23 and 24 are shown in the figure). 5 and FIG. 4).

The movable iron core 22 is provided such that a part thereof is interposed in the above-described magnetic gap, and the remaining part is accommodated in the inner cylindrical portion of the second yoke 24 so as to be movable in the vertical direction. Moreover, the movable iron core 22 is urged in a direction (downward) to widen the magnetic gap by the return spring 22a. Therefore, when the solenoid coil 21 is excited, the movable iron core 22 moves upward to fill the magnetic gap, and when the excitation is stopped, the movable iron core 22 moves downward by the return spring 22a.

The fixed terminal 3 includes a pair of conductors having a connection portion 31 with an external circuit on the upper end side and a fixed contact 32 on the lower end side, and is provided separately on the upper side of the surrounding member 6 on the left and right sides. The connecting portion 31 is formed with a thread groove so that the external terminal can be fixed using a nut, for example.

The movable contact 4 is configured such that a fixed contact 41 is brought into contact with and separated from the left and right ends of a substantially rectangular long conductive plate so that the fixed contact 41 faces the fixed contact 32, and a central portion thereof is formed on an upper portion of the shaft 5. It is held by the formed holding part 51. That is, the upper surface of the movable contact 4 is pressed by the flange portion of the holding portion 51, and the lower surface is urged upward by the contact pressure springs 41a and 41c.

The shaft 5 is a rod-like body that can move up and down within a predetermined range along the central axis in the electromagnet device 2. The lower end of the connecting shaft 52 extending downward from the holding portion 51 at the upper end is fixed to the movable iron core 22 and is arranged in the shape of the central axis of the electromagnet device 2. The lower limit of the movement of the shaft 5 is such that a diameter-enlarged portion formed by a stopper 53 made of, for example, a C-ring, which is provided approximately in the middle of the connecting shaft of the shaft 5, collides with the insertion hole 23 a on the central axis of the first yoke 23. The buffer material 53a is provided at the collision position. The upper limit of movement is a position where the upper end of the movable iron core 22 contacts the lower end of the first yoke 23.

The container body 11 is made of a resin molded product having an opening on the upper side, and houses the electromagnetic switchgear body from the opening. The container body 11 includes left and right mounting bases 13 for mounting the electromagnetic switching device 1 on mounting portions of other devices. The container body 11 is fixed to an external mounting portion with a bolt, a nut, or the like using an insertion hole 13 a provided in the mounting base 13.

The enclosing member 6 accommodates the movable contact 41 and the fixed contact 32. The enclosing member 6 is formed in a box shape having an opening 61 below, and is provided with insertion holes provided on the left and right of the bottom portion 62 (in the drawing arrangement, the box is turned down and the bottom portion is on the top). The fixed contact 3 side of the fixed terminal 3 is inserted and held from the outside to the inside. The container body 6 is formed by insulators, such as molding resin and a ceramic, for example. On the outer wall of the bottom portion 62 of the enclosing member 6, a partition wall 62 a for spatially separating the connection portions 31 of the left and right fixed terminals 3 from each other is provided.

The surrounding member 6 has an outward flange portion around the opening 61, and screws 63a are used as shown in FIG. 2 using mounting holes (see FIG. 5) provided at the four corners of the flange portion. Thus, the upper surface of the first yoke 23 is fixed. In this state, a substantially sealed space 63 is formed by the surrounding member 6 and the first yoke 23. In the substantially sealed space 63, the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41, and therefore the movable contact 4 holding the movable contact 41, the shaft 5 holding the movable contact 4 and moving it up and down, and the contact which is an accessory thereof. The pressure springs 41a and 41c are accommodated. In the substantially sealed space 63, the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41 are brought into contact with and separated from each other, and the arc generated in accordance with the contact and separation is extinguished.

As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a pair of permanent magnets 65 are provided on the outer periphery of the enclosing member 6 so as to be held by a magnetic path forming yoke 64 so as to sandwich the enclosing member 6. The permanent magnet 65 is disposed with the magnetic poles facing each other in order to quickly extinguish the electric arc generated when the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41 are brought into contact with or separated from each other by the magnetic field of the permanent magnet.

As shown in FIG. 6, each component as shown in FIG. 5 described above is assembled in a predetermined procedure, except for the container body 11, to be an electromagnetic switchgear main body 10. The electromagnetic switching device main body 10 is housed in a container 11, and a gap 12 between the electromagnetic switching device main body 10 and the container 11 is filled with a potting material 12a as shown in FIG.

Next, in the configuration of the electromagnetic switching device 1 described above, (1) the vertical movement of the movable iron core 22 and the contact / separation operation of the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41 accompanying the forward / backward movement, (2) the substantially sealed space 63. And the function of the potting material 12a, and (3) the relationship between the inner surface dimension of the enclosing member 6 and the movable contact 4 will be sequentially described.

(1) Refer to FIG. 1 or FIG. When the electromagnet device 2 is energized and moves above the movable core 22, the shaft 5 and the movable contact 4 move upward together, and when the movable contact 41 hits the fixed contact 32, the movable contact 4 stops moving, The shaft 5 continues to move upward (overtravel) until the movement of the movable iron core 22 stops. In this state, the movable contact 41 is pressed against the fixed contact 32 by the biasing force of the contact pressure springs 41a and 41c, and the electrical resistance between the contact surfaces is sufficiently reduced.

The contact spring 41a disposed above is a weak (small spring constant) coil spring, and the contact spring 41b below is a strong (large spring constant) coil spring. These two strong and weak coil springs are partitioned by a stopper 41b having a protrusion on the upper side, and are used in series in the vertical direction. According to such a configuration, the contact pressure spring 41 a that is a weak coil spring is compressed until the tip protrusion of the stopper 41 b comes into contact with the lower surface of the movable contact 4, and after the tip protrusion comes into contact with the movable contact 4. Only the contact pressure spring 41c, which is a strong coil spring, is compressed.

In such an electromagnetic switching device 1, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of an operation failure called hesitation that occurs when the difference between the electromagnet attracting force and the spring load becomes small (for details, see FIGS. 17 and 18 of the ninth embodiment). And later). In addition to this effect, the stroke of the contact pressure springs 41a and 41c can be determined by using the stopper 41b, and variations in spring load can be reduced.

(2) Refer to FIG. 1 or FIG. The potting material 12 a is filled in the gap 12 between the container body 11 and the electromagnetic switching device main body, and therefore the gap between the substantially sealed space 63. By using a material having high thermal conductivity as the potting material 12a, the enclosing member 6 and the first yoke 23, which are components of a substantially sealed space heated by an arc generated between the fixed contact 32 and the movable contact 41, are used. It can be cooled quickly. Therefore, it is possible to quickly absorb the thermal energy of the generated arc and extinguish the arc. Moreover, since the potting material 12a suppresses the propagation of vibration from the internal electromagnetic switching device main body to the container body 11, a silent effect is obtained. The use of the potting material 12a makes it possible to configure the container body 11 as a single component and eliminate the need for a lid member, thereby reducing the cost.

(3) Refer to FIG. The inner walls of the front and rear (up and down direction in the figure) of the surrounding member 6 are thicker in the inner direction at the center, and the dimensions between the inner walls are the center space d2 and the end space d3. The relationship with the direction width d1 is d1≈d2 <d3. As described above, when the distance between the inner wall of the surrounding member 6 and the movable contact 4 is narrow at the portion close to the shaft and wide at the portion far from the shaft, the rotation of the shaft that holds the central portion of the movable contact 4 is increased. The rotational position fluctuation of the movable contact due to the above or the like can be limited within a predetermined range. Therefore, the contact position of the movable contact 41 with respect to the fixed contact 32 can be stabilized, and current control by the electromagnetic switching device 1 can be performed more stably. Subsequently, Embodiments 2 to 21 described below add a function of reducing the operation sound of the electromagnetic switching device to the electromagnetic switching device of the first embodiment.

(Embodiment 2)
9 and 10 show the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the second embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 includes a storage portion 8 having an insertion hole 81 facing downward at the center of the bottom portion 62 of the surrounding member 6, and the upper portion of the shaft 5 is inserted and closed in the insertion hole 81. It differs from the electromagnetic switching device 1 (for example, refer FIG. 1) of Embodiment 1. FIG. As shown in FIG. 10, the storage portion 8 is filled with a gas, liquid, or particles that provides resistance to vertical movement when the tip of the shaft 5 moves up and down (advancement and retraction).

In Embodiment 2 with this configuration, the resistance force of gas, liquid, or particles acts on the forward / backward movement of the shaft 5, so that the impact when the movable contact 41 contacts / separates with respect to the fixed contact 32 can be reduced. The operating sound of the opening / closing device 1 can be reduced. In addition, since the resistance force of gas, liquid, or particles does not work except when the movable contact 41 contacts and separates from the fixed contact 32, the extra force does not always act, and the electromagnetic switching device 1 has the resistance to resistance. There is no performance degradation (side effects) such as reduced vibration and increased drive voltage.

As described above, the operation sound of the electromagnetic switching device 1 is reduced by the shaft 5 and the movable contact 4 that are moved as the movable iron core 22 moves back and forth, and the movable iron core 22 itself (these are moved to the movable portion M). This is achieved by appropriately suppressing the movement of That is, in general, a buffer part that suppresses movement may be provided in the movable part M. The storage part 8 filled with the fluid (gas, liquid) or fluid (particles) that becomes the resistance described above also realizes the buffer part. Therefore, such a buffer portion is not limited to the surrounding member 6 as described above, and may be provided at a portion that suppresses the movement of the lower movable iron core 22. In the following third to eighth embodiments, the enclosing member 6 is provided with a storage portion 8. The electromagnetic switching device 1 of FIG. 9 is common to each embodiment except for the detailed shapes of the storage portion 8 and the shaft 5, and the description will be made below with reference to FIG. 9.

(Embodiment 3)
FIG. 11 shows the storage portion 8 portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the third embodiment. In this electromagnetic switch 1, coil springs 82 a and 82 b are used in place of the fluid and fluid shown in the second embodiment as a source of resistance against the forward and backward movement of the shaft 5. A flange 54 formed at the tip by extending the upper portion of the shaft 5 upward is disposed in the middle of the storage portion 8. The coil spring 82a is disposed between the upper surface of the flange 54 and the ceiling of the storage portion 8, and the coil spring 82b is disposed between the lower surface of the flange 54 and the flange portion formed inside the insertion hole 81, respectively. An urging force is applied to the flange 54 in the counter-movement direction.

When the electromagnetic switch is driven and the shaft 5 moves upward, the movement of the flange 54 of the shaft 5 is suppressed by the coil spring 82a, and when the drive of the electromagnetic switch is stopped and the shaft returns downward, the flange 54 is Since the movement is suppressed by the coil spring 82b, it is possible to reduce both the operation sound at the time of driving the electromagnetic switching device 1 and the operation sound at the time of return.

(Embodiment 4)
FIG. 12 shows the storage portion 8 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the fourth embodiment. The fourth embodiment is the same as the third embodiment in the storage portion 8, and the third embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that the portion (extension shaft 56) extending upward from the upper portion of the shaft 5 is configured separately. Is different. The extension shaft 56 and the shaft 5 are connected by providing a play 55 at the connecting portion.

The extension shaft 56 portion is held by the coil springs 82a and 82b in the storage portion 8. Even if the shaft 5 moves up and down within the range of the play 55 of the connecting portion, the extension shaft 56 does not move. . In the electromagnetic switching device 1 configured as described above, when the movable iron core 22 is attracted to the first yoke 23 when the solenoid coil 21 is excited and the shaft 5 moves upward, the movement distance of the shaft 5 is in the range of the play 55 range. Inside, only the shaft 5 moves upward, and the extension shaft 56 is pushed upward by the shaft 5 from the time when the range of the play 55 is exceeded, and the impact is alleviated by the coil spring 82a.

Similarly, when the excitation of the solenoid coil 21 is stopped, the distance of the downward movement of the shaft 5 moves only within the range of the play 55, and only the shaft 5 moves downward. Is pulled by the shaft 5 and moved downward, and the impact is alleviated by the coil spring 82b.

In the fourth embodiment, a load can be generated only immediately before the occurrence of an impact and no load can be generated otherwise. Without changing the spring load of the return spring 22a of the electromagnetic switching device 1 and the contact pressure springs 41a and 41c. While maintaining the performance as an electromagnetic switching device, it is possible to reduce both the operating noise when driving the electromagnetic switching device 1 and the operating noise when returning.

(Embodiment 5)
FIG. 13 shows the storage portion 8 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the fifth embodiment. The fifth embodiment is different from the third embodiment in that a pair of permanent magnets that repel each other is provided in the storage portion 8 instead of the coil springs 82a and 82b in the third embodiment. That is, the permanent magnet 83a is formed on the ceiling portion of the storage portion 8, the permanent magnet 83b is formed on the upper surface of the flange 54, and the permanent magnet 83c is disposed on the flange portion formed inward of the insertion hole 81. It arrange | positions so that a permanent magnet may repel. Since the repulsive force between the permanent magnets becomes stronger as the distance becomes shorter, the impact at the time of driving the electromagnetic switching device 1 and the impact at the time of return are alleviated by the permanent magnets 82a, 82b, 83c as in the third embodiment. Thus, it is possible to reduce both the operation sound during driving and returning.

(Embodiment 6)
FIG. 14 shows the storage portion 8 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the sixth embodiment. In the sixth embodiment, like the fifth embodiment with respect to the third embodiment, a pair of permanent magnets that repel each other is provided in the storage portion 8 instead of the coil springs 82a and 82b in the fourth embodiment. Also in this case, it is possible to reduce both the operation sound when the electromagnetic switch 1 is driven and the operation sound when the electromagnetic switch 1 is restored while maintaining the performance of the electromagnetic switch 1.

(Embodiment 7)
FIG. 15 shows the storage portion 8 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the seventh embodiment. In the electromagnetic switching device of the seventh embodiment, a flange 54 that slides in the vertical direction on the inner surface of the housing portion 8 is formed at the upper end portion of the shaft 5, and a through hole 57 is formed in the flange 54 and the through hole 57 is flanged. 54, a valve 58 that opens and closes from above, is inserted into the insertion hole 81 through the upper end side of the shaft 5 including the flange 54, closes the insertion hole 81, and serves as a resistance to the forward and backward movement of the shaft 5 along the vertical axis. , Liquid, or particles are filled in the storage unit 8.

In Embodiment 7 of the said structure, when the shaft 5 moves upward, the moving speed of the movable contact 4 can be decelerated by the resistance force of the gas, liquid, or particle | grains in the accommodating part 8. FIG. On the other hand, when the shaft 5 moves downward, the valve 58 opens, so that the moving speed of the movable contact 4 is not hindered. In general, when the movable contact 4 moves in a direction in which the movable contact 41 is separated from the fixed contact 32, the performance as the electromagnetic switching device 1 is reduced when the moving speed is reduced. Since the opening 58 is prevented to prevent the movement speed of the movable contact 4 from being reduced, the operation sound can be reduced without degrading the performance of the electromagnetic switching device 1.

(Embodiment 8)
FIG. 16 shows the storage portion 8 portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the eighth embodiment. In the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the eighth embodiment, an enclosure S3 in which a liquid is enclosed is provided at a location where at least one movable part M of the movable iron core 22, the shaft 5 and the movable contact 4 collides. In the electromagnetic switching device 1 shown in FIG. 16, a doughnut-shaped inclusion S <b> 3 with a hole in the center is fixed to the insertion hole 81 of the storage portion 8, and between the insertion hole 81 and the tip portion on the upper end side of the shaft 5. Is intervening. A flange 54 is provided at the tip of the storage portion 8 in the shaft 5, and a flange (expansion portion) 55 is provided outside the storage portion 8 in the shaft 5.

In Embodiment 8 having the above-described configuration, when the shaft 5 moves back and forth in the vertical direction, the inclusion S3 is pushed by the flanges 54 and 55 and moves in and out of the storage unit 8, so that an impact generated when the movable unit collides is received. It can be relieved by the viscosity of the liquid in the inclusion S3, and the operating sound can be reduced. The following ninth to seventeenth embodiments relate to reduction of operation sound based on the structure of the contact pressure spring. Moreover, in the following description, the electromagnetic switching device 1 of FIG. 1 is referred regarding structures other than the part of a contact pressure spring.

(Embodiment 9)
FIG. 17 shows the contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of Embodiment 9, and FIG. 18 shows the operating characteristics of the contact pressure spring. In the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the ninth embodiment, the movable contact 4 is pressed against the enlarged diameter portion of the holding portion 51 of the shaft 5 when the movable contact 41 is not in contact with the fixed contact 32, and the movable contact 41 is operated during an overtravel operation. This is characterized in that a conical unequal pitch coil spring 270 is used as a contact pressure spring that presses against the fixed contact 32. The coil spring 270 is a spring whose spring constant increases non-linearly as the amount of spring contraction increases (a commonly used spring is a linear spring whose spring constant does not depend on the amount of spring contraction).

FIG. 18 shows the relationship between the moving distance X of the movable iron core 22 and the magnetic attractive force Fm and the spring load Fs acting on the movable iron core 22. Here, the spring load Fs is a combined load of the return spring 22a and the contact pressure spring 270. The moving distance X of the movable iron core 22 is positive in the downward direction in FIG. The spring load Fs biases the movable iron core 22 downward (X positive direction), and the magnetic attraction force Fm biases the movable iron core 22 upward (negative X direction). X = 0 point is the point where the movable iron core 22 is magnetically attracted and reaches the movement limit (uppermost end), and X = X1 is the maximum return (lowermost end) by the return spring 22a after the excitation of the electromagnet device 2 is stopped. X = X2 is a point at which the fixed contact and the movable contact come into contact with or separate from each other.

The distance L1 is a distance between the contacts, and the distance L2 is an overtravel distance, that is, a distance for further raising the shaft 5 after the contacts come into contact with each other and applying a biasing force by the contact pressure spring 270 between the contacts. Only the return spring 22a contributes to the spring load Fs in the sections X1 to X2, and both the return spring 22a and the contact pressure spring 270 contribute in the sections X2 to 0.

When the electromagnet device 2 is excited and the magnetic attractive force Fm becomes larger than the spring load Fs, the movable iron core 22 moves from X = X1 to X2 (the spring load Fs changes from the point P to the point Q), and the magnetic pole The magnetic attractive force Fm increases as the distance approaches. When X = X2, the movable contact 41 and the fixed contact 32 come into contact with each other, and a spring load by the contact pressure spring 270 is applied to the spring load Fs by the return spring 22a (the spring load Fs changes from the point Q to the point R). Due to the increase of the magnetic attractive force Fm exceeding the increase of the spring load Fs, the movable iron core 22 further moves (overtravels) and reaches X = 0 (the spring load Fs changes from the point R to the point T). The reason why the spring load Fs reaches the point R when X = 0 is that the contact pressure spring 270 is a non-linear spring whose spring constant increases nonlinearly as the amount of contraction of the spring increases. Reaches point S.

As described above, when the magnetic attractive force Fm exceeds the spring load Fs, the electromagnetic switching device 1 is driven. The greater the difference between the magnetic attractive force Fm and the spring load Fs, the greater the impact generated during driving. Therefore, it is considered effective to reduce the difference between the magnetic attractive force Fm and the spring load Fs in order to reduce the impact. Therefore, when the spring constant of the contact pressure spring 270 is increased, the spring load by the contact pressure spring 270 generally increases in the overtravel section, and the spring load Fs and the magnetic attractive force Fm at the point R shown in FIG. The difference α becomes so small that a malfunction called so-called hesitation is likely to occur.

Therefore, a contact pressure spring 270 formed of a cone-shaped unequal pitch spring wound from one side to the other side with the pitch varied from sparse to dense is used. In the contact pressure spring 270, the spring load Fs increases nonlinearly as the stroke amount of the movable iron core 22 increases. Therefore, the difference between the magnetic attractive force Fm effective for reducing the impact and the spring load Fs can be reduced without generating hesitation, and the operation sound of the electromagnetic switching device 1 can be reduced.

As described above, in the electromagnetic switching device 1, the buffer portion that urges the shaft 5 as the movable portion M in the anti-moving direction using the contact pressure spring 270 that is an unequal pitch spring without newly adding parts. It is possible to reduce the impact during driving and reduce the operation sound during driving of the electromagnetic switching device 1.

Further, since the spring load Fs (terminal load T) at X = 0 can be increased, the contact pressure increases, the contact resistance between the contacts is reduced, and the energization performance is improved. Furthermore, the vibration resistance and the electromagnetic repulsion resistance of the electromagnetic switching device 1 are improved under a large contact pressure.

(Embodiment 10)
FIG. 18 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the tenth embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the tenth embodiment is characterized in that two strong and weak coil springs 280 and 281 are used in parallel instead of the unequal pitch spring 270 as compared with the ninth embodiment. Even in this case, as in the case of using the unequal pitch spring 270, a non-linear spring constant can be obtained, and the degree of freedom in spring design can be increased more than that in the seventeenth embodiment.

The coil spring 280 may be a right-handed spring and the coil spring 281 may be a left-handed spring. In this case, by using the springs having different winding directions, the rotational torque generated in the movable contact 4 is canceled, and the movable contact 4 does not slide on the inner surface of the container body 1. The contact position of the contact can be stabilized by inhibiting the rotation of the child 4.

(Embodiment 11)
FIG. 20 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the eleventh embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the eleventh embodiment is characterized in that, instead of the unequal pitch spring 270, two strong and weak coil springs 290 and 291 are used in series with the partition plate 292 interposed therebetween, as compared with the ninth embodiment. . Even in this case, the same effect as that obtained when the unequal pitch spring 270 is used can be obtained. Further, the degree of freedom in spring design can be increased as compared with the ninth embodiment.

Embodiment 12
FIG. 21 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the twelfth embodiment. Compared with the nineteenth embodiment, the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the twelfth embodiment partitions the strong and weak coil springs 290 and 291 with a stopper 300 having a protrusion 300a upward, and a weak (small spring constant) coil spring 291 as a stopper. It is characterized in that it is arranged above 300 and a strong (large spring constant) coil spring 290 is arranged below and used in series. The structure of the contact pressure spring according to the twelfth embodiment is the same as the structure of the contact pressure spring according to the first embodiment (FIG. 1), in which the upper end of the strong coil spring 290 is engaged with the inside of the protrusion 300a of the stopper 300 in series. The difference is that the total length of the coil springs 290 and 291 can be shortened.

(Embodiment 13)

The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the thirteenth embodiment is characterized in that a spring stopper 310 having a leaf spring portion 310 a is used in place of the weak coil spring 291 and the stopper 300 as compared with the twelfth embodiment.

As shown in FIG. 23, the spring stopper 310 has a structure in which a square-shaped plate spring portion 310a is sandwiched between an upper tube portion 310b and a lower tube portion 310c having a rectangular tube shape. Until the tube portion 310b and the lower tube portion 310c come into contact with each other, the plate spring portion 310a has elasticity due to the bending.

In the electromagnetic switch 1 as well, the same effects as those of the twelfth embodiment can be obtained, and the number of parts can be reduced by integrating the coil spring 291 and the stopper 300.

(Embodiment 14)
FIG. 24 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the fourteenth embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the fourteenth embodiment is characterized in that a stopper is provided on the strong coil spring 290 as compared with the twelfth embodiment.

In the present embodiment, the strong coil spring 290 and the weak coil spring 291 are partitioned by a first stopper 320 having a protrusion 320a on the lower side, and further protrudes downward between the weak coil spring 291 and the movable contact 4 as well. A second stopper 321 having a portion 321a is disposed.

According to the above configuration, the weak coil spring 291 is compressed until the protrusion 321a of the second stopper 321 and the flange of the first stopper 320 come into contact with each other, and the strong coil spring 290 is connected to the protrusion 320a of the first stopper 320 and the shaft. Compressed until 5 stopper 53 comes into contact.

In such an electromagnetic switching device 1, in addition to the effect of the twentieth embodiment, the spring end load can be made to depend only on the component tolerances of the first and second stoppers 320 and 321, and the variation in the spring load is further reduced. be able to.

(Embodiment 15)
FIG. 25 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the fifteenth embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the fifteenth embodiment is characterized in that, compared with the twelfth embodiment, the upper end of the weak coil spring 291 is expanded outward and the outer side of the movable contact 4 is supported by the coil spring 291. There is.

In such an electromagnetic switching device 1, in addition to the effects of the eleventh embodiment, by supporting the outer side of the movable contact 4, the tilt of the movable contact 4 is suppressed, and a pair of left and right contacts at the time of driving and returning The simultaneity can be improved.

(Embodiment 16)
FIG. 26 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the sixteenth embodiment. Instead of the coil spring 291 and the stopper 300 in the twelfth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 26, a spring stopper 330 in which the coil spring 291 and the stopper 300 are integrated may be used. The spring stopper 330 is formed with a flange portion 330b that engages the upper end of the coil spring 290 at the lower end of a rectangular tubular portion 330a, and a leaf spring portion 330c that opens outward at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 330a. The leaf spring portion 330c is disposed in a recess 331 formed on the lower surface of the movable contact 4, and has a spring property in a range where the left and right side walls of the recess 331 abut against the leaf spring portion 330c.

In the electromagnetic switching device 1, the stroke to the inflection point of the contact pressure spring (the leaf spring portion 270 c and the coil spring 240) can be determined by the shape of the recess 331.

(Embodiment 17)
FIG. 27 shows a contact pressure spring portion of the electromagnetic switching device 1 of the seventeenth embodiment. Furthermore, instead of the spring stopper 330 and the coil spring 290 in the sixteenth embodiment, as shown in FIG. 27, a spring stopper 340 in which the spring stopper 330 and the coil spring 290 are integrated may be used. The spring stopper 340 is a leaf spring 340d in which a square-shaped spring portion 340c is sandwiched between an upper tube portion 340a and a lower tube portion 340b having a rectangular tube shape, and an upper end of the upper tube portion 340a is opened outward. . In this case, the “<”-shaped spring portion 341c acts as a weak spring, and the leaf spring 341d acts as a strong spring.

(Embodiment 18)
28, 29, and 30 are cross-sectional views of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the eighteenth embodiment, the magnetic pole structure that the first yoke 23 and the movable iron core 22 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 face each other, and the change in magnetic force between the magnetic poles. Indicates. In the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the eighteenth embodiment, the first yoke 23 and the movable iron core 22 are substantially stepped on each other, that is, a step 23c on the first yoke 23 side and a protrusion 22c on the movable iron core 22 side. It is equipped with. The uneven-shaped stepped portion side surface is not limited to a vertical surface as shown in FIG. 29 but may be a tapered surface.

In the eighteenth embodiment having the above-described configuration, the mutual distance X between the magnetic pole facing surfaces is in a state in which they enter each other from a state far from the step as shown in the left diagram of FIG. 29 to a height of the step as shown in the right diagram of FIG. Then, the reduction of the magnetic attractive force generated by the magnetic flux F deviating from the moving direction of the movable core 22 to the side is utilized.

This will be described with reference to FIG. The X axis represents the moving distance of the movable iron core 22 (the downward direction is positive in FIG. 28), and the vertical axis represents the spring load Fs (spring urging force) and the magnetic attractive force Fm. The spring load Fs biases the movable iron core 22 in the positive X direction, and the magnetic attractive force Fm biases in the negative X direction. The X = 0 point is the point where the movable iron core 22 is moved by being magnetically attracted and reaches the movement limit (the uppermost end), and the X = X1 is the point where the excitation by the electromagnet device is stopped and the return spring 22a returns the maximum (the lowermost end). The point X = X2 is a point where the fixed contact and the movable contact come in contact with each other.

The distance L1 is a distance between the contacts, and the distance L2 is an overtravel distance, that is, a distance for further raising the shaft 5 after the contacts come into contact with each other and applying a biasing force by the contact pressure springs 41a and 41c between the contacts. Only the return spring 22a contributes to the spring load Fs in the sections X1 to X2, and the contact springs 41a and 41c contribute in addition to the return spring 22a in the sections X2 to 0.

When the electromagnet device is excited and a magnetic attractive force Fm larger than the spring load Fs is generated, the movable iron core 22 moves from X = X1 to X2, and the magnetic attractive force Fm increases as the magnetic poles approach. Due to the increase in the magnetic attractive force Fm that exceeds the increase in the spring load Fs, the movable iron core 22 further moves toward X = 0. When the magnetic pole end face has a normal shape (Embodiment 1), the magnetic attractive force Fm changes as shown by a curve d. In the case of Embodiment 18, the movable iron core 22 collides with the first yoke 23 side as shown by a curve e. Immediately before the suction, the suction force decreases due to the above-described step effect. Thereby, the impact at the time of the movable contact 41 colliding with the fixed contact 32 can be relieved, and the operation sound of the electromagnetic switching device 1 can be reduced.

(Embodiment 19)
FIG. 31 shows a peripheral portion of the movable iron core 22 of the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the nineteenth embodiment. The electromagnetic switching device 1 of the nineteenth embodiment is a mass body that vibrates along the moving direction of the movable part M by elastically deforming at least one movable part M of the movable core 22, the shaft 5, and the movable contact 4. Weight) m is added. FIG. 31 shows a state in which the storage frame 294 containing the mass body m locked by the coil spring 295 is attached to the shaft 5 as the movable portion M.

When the mass of the movable portion M is M and the mass of the mass body m is m, when the mass body m is rigidly fixed to the movable portion M, the movable portion M is moved by the collision of the movable contact 41 and the fixed contact 32. Collision with the mass m with the kinetic energy E1 = 1/2 · (M + m) · V · V based on the velocity V before the collision. However, in the nineteenth embodiment, the mass body m fixed to the movable part M in a vibrable state continues to move with a kinetic energy of 1/2 · m · V · V after the collision. Vibration energy is reduced from E1 to E2 = 1/2 · M · V · V. Thereby, the operation sound at the time of driving the electromagnetic switching device can be reduced.

(Embodiment 20)
FIG. 32 shows a state where the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the twentieth embodiment is attached to an external attachment portion. The electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the twentieth embodiment is attached to a mounting portion 9 such as a mounting plate of an electric vehicle, for example, via a mounting base 13 having an insertion hole 13a formed in the container body 11. At this time, the container body 11 is inserted into the insertion hole 13a with a pipe 14 made of a damping steel plate having an outward flange at one end, and the pipe 14 is interposed in the state where the pipe 14 is interposed. The bolt B of the fastening member is inserted into the thirteen insertion holes 13a, and is fastened and fixed to the attachment portion 9 using the nut N which is another fastening member. In the twentieth embodiment, the vibration propagating from the electromagnetic switching device 1 to the mounting portion 9 can be reduced, so that the operation sound of the electromagnetic switching device 1 can be reduced.

(Embodiment 21)
FIG. 33 shows how the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the twenty-first embodiment is attached to an external attachment portion. Similarly to the twentieth embodiment, the electromagnetic switching device 1 according to the twenty-first embodiment is attached to an attachment portion 9 such as an attachment plate of an electric vehicle through an attachment base 13 having an insertion hole 13a formed in the vessel body 11. At this time, a soft ring-shaped member 15 filled with magnetic fluid, MR fluid, or ER fluid is provided on the mounting surface side of the mount 13, and the body 11 is in a state in which the ring-shaped member 15 is interposed. The bolt B of the fastening member is inserted into the insertion hole 13a and the ring-shaped member 15 of the mounting base 13, and is fastened and fixed to the mounting portion 9 using the nut N which is another connecting member.

When the encapsulated fluid is a magnetic fluid or an MR fluid, the annular member 15 is hardened by the magnetic field when the electromagnet device 2 is energized, and is softer than when the electromagnet device 2 is energized when the electromagnet device 2 is not energized. Further, when the encapsulated fluid is an ER fluid, the ring-shaped member 15 is harder than when the electromagnet device 2 is deenergized when a voltage is applied to the ER fluid when the electromagnet device 2 is energized. When the voltage applied to the fluid disappears, the electromagnet device 2 becomes softer than when it is energized.

In such a twenty-first embodiment, the operation sound can be reduced by providing the annular member 15. Further, since the ring-shaped member 15 can be hardened when the electromagnet device 2 is energized, and the ring-shaped member 15 can be softened when the electromagnet device 2 is not energized, it is suitable for an electric vehicle. That is, before the movable contact 41 comes into contact with the fixed contact 32, the electric vehicle is stopped, and when the movable contact 41 comes into contact with the fixed contact 32 because the ring-shaped member 15 is soft, the mounting portion of the electric vehicle The propagation of vibration to 9 can be suppressed. And while traveling, the electromagnetic switching device 1 can be tightly fixed to the attachment portion 9 to prevent resonance and the like, and after the movable contact 41 is separated from the fixed contact 32, the ring-shaped member 15 becomes soft, Propagation of vibration to the attachment portion 9 can be suppressed. The present invention is not limited to the above-described configuration, and various modifications can be made.
