Abstract
冷却効率が高く、しかも自然冷媒であるアンモニア冷媒を安全に利用することができ、しかも被冷却室内の物品を冷風にさらすことなく冷却することができる無風冷却システムを提供する。
【解決手段】
外壁体2と内壁体3との間に空気循環路4を形成した被冷却室1と、この被冷却室外に設けたアンモニア冷凍機9とを備え、前記空気循環路内に、前記アンモニア冷凍機から冷媒が供給される蒸発器5と、前記空気循環路内の空気を循環させる送風機6とを設け、また、前記空気循環路に排気口7を設け、この排気口に一端を接続した排気ダクト14の他端を、被冷却室外に設けたアンモニア除害装置15に接続し、前記空気循環路内にアンモニアが漏洩した場合には前記排気ダクトの途中に設けた送風機16を駆動せしめて空気循環路内の空気をアンモニア除害装置に導出する構成とした。

Description
上記自然冷媒としてはアンモニア冷媒が広く利用されているが、アンモニアは人体に有毒であるので、アンモニアガスが漏洩した場合であっても安全性が十分に担保できるよう冷却装置を構成する必要がある。
冷蔵倉庫等の被冷却室1は、断熱層2aを有する外壁体2と、この外壁体と離間する内壁体3を備え、これら外壁体と内壁体との間に空気循環路4が形成されている。

Claims (3)
- 断熱層を有する外壁体の内側に、この外壁体と離間し、被冷却室内を囲むように設けた輻射伝熱面積の広い内壁体を有し、外壁体と内壁体との間に空気循環路を形成した被冷却室と、この被冷却室外に設けたアンモニア冷凍機とを備え、前記空気循環路内に、前記アンモニア冷凍機からアンモニア冷媒が供給される蒸発器と、前記空気循環路内の空気を蒸発器に流通せしめて循環路内を循環させる送風機とを設け、また、前記空気循環路に排気口を設け、この排気口に一端を接続した排気ダクトの他端を、被冷却室外に設けたアンモニア除害装置に接続し、前記空気循環路内にアンモニアが漏洩した場合には前記排気ダクトの途中に設けた送風機を駆動せしめて空気循環路内の空気をアンモニア除害装置に導出する構成としてなる無風冷却システム。
- 前記空気循環路に、被冷却室内に開口する吸気口を設け、この吸気口と前記排気口に通常は閉止されているが、空気循環路内にアンモニアが漏洩すると開成されるダンパを設けてなる請求項1に記載の無風冷却システム。
- 前記吸気口を、前記蒸発器から最も離れた位置に設けてなる請求項2に記載の無風冷却システム。
