Abstract
【解決手段】零相電圧V0を正極性、負極性でそれぞれピークホールドし、一定の時定数(電気角120°の近傍)で減衰させた波形を得、この波形を実効値演算し予め定めた整定値と比較する。比較の結果、実効値が大きい場合は地絡がある場合で、線間電圧を相変換した各相電圧と実効値を積総和演算し、最大値をとる。この結果、最大値となる相に地絡相を検出できる。

Claims (4)
- 零相電圧と線間電圧を入力する間欠弧光地絡の検出可能な絶縁診断装置であって、
前記零相電圧をピークホールドするピークホールド回路と、前記ピークホールドした零相電圧を所定の時定数で減衰させた波形を生成する回路と、前記波形の実効値を求める回路と、前記線間電圧を変換した相電圧と前記波形の積・総和演算を求める回路と、その結果から最大値の相を求める回路を設けることを特徴とする絶縁診断装置。 - 零相電圧と線間電圧を入力する間欠弧光地絡の検出可能な絶縁診断装置であって、
前記零相電圧を正極性と負極性にそれぞれピークホールドするピークホールド回路と、前記ピークホールドした正極性及び負極性の零相電圧を所定の時定数で減衰させた波形を生成する回路と、前記波形の実効値を求める回路と、前記線間電圧を変換した相電圧と前記波形の積・総和演算を求める回路と、その結果から最大値の相を求める回路を設けることを特徴とする絶縁診断装置。 - 請求項1または2において、前記時定数は電源周波数の電気角約120°またはその近傍であることを特徴とする絶縁診断装置。
- 請求項1、2または3において、前記実効値は予め定められた整定値と比較され、前記実効値が大きい場合に地絡検出を行うことを特徴とする絶縁診断装置。
