Description

The present invention relates to a fishing rod having a tip portion using a superelastic alloy wire.

Patent Document 1 below discloses a fishing rod using a superelastic alloy wire. The tip of the heel is characterized by being particularly thin so that it reacts delicately and is not easily damaged even if it bends significantly.
JP 2001-37378 A

However, since the tip of the tip is particularly thin, it is difficult to visually recognize the seed that hits the tip of the tip, and it is difficult to catch fish faith. Therefore, it is conceivable to paint a color that is easy to visually recognize on the tip portion. However, as described above, the coating film is easily peeled off because of particularly large deflection. Therefore, wind the cotton yarn dyed in a color that is easy to see, and apply and fix a large amount of transparent clear (so that the unevenness of the wound yarn becomes smooth) in order to fix the wound yarn. It was. The movement of this colored winding thread caught the fish faith. However, due to the large deflection of the heel portion, cracks occurred in the transparent clear layer to which the wound yarns were fixed, and the cracks became cloudy and conspicuous, thereby reducing the product quality.
Therefore, the problem to be solved is to provide a fishing rod that is easy to catch fish shin and has a structure that does not easily crack due to large deflection, and that does not stand out even if a crack occurs.

In the invention according to claim 1, at least at the outer periphery of the heel portion of the heel body using a superelastic alloy wire at the heel portion, a colored thread is tightly wound, and a thread fixing agent having a similar color to the yarn is obtained. Provided is a fishing rod characterized by having a region coated so as not to fill the concave portions between most adjacent yarns. Examples of the thread stopper include urethane resin paints and epoxy resin paints, which may be called paints.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, there is provided the fishing rod according to the first aspect, wherein a thread stopper or paint having a color similar to the thread is applied to the surface of the rod main body in the winding region of the yarn.
In the invention which concerns on Claim 3, the tip outer diameter of the said super elastic alloy wire is 0.5-1.1 mm, The taper rate which remove | divided the outer diameter difference by the longitudinal direction distance between 100 mm from a front-end | tip is 3 / The fishing rod according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a tapered portion having a value of 1000 to 12/1000.

In the first aspect of the present invention, the tip portion using the superelastic alloy wire can be bent greatly, and the colored yarn is tightly wound here, so that it is easy to visually recognize. A thread stopper is applied to this thread to fasten it, but since it has the same color as this thread, it is difficult to notice even if cracks occur in the thread stopper layer. Since the coating is applied to such an extent that the recesses between adjacent yarns are not filled, the surface of the thread stopper entering the recesses is at a smaller radial position than the conventional clear layer at a distance from the center axis of the tip. For this reason, stress such as tension when it is greatly deflected is reduced, and cracks are less likely to enter.
In claim 2, even when a crack is caused by the invention of claim 1, a thread stopper or paint layer of the same color as that of the thread is formed on the surface of the heel body. However, cracks are difficult to see because they look similar.
The dimensions described in claim 3 have a very small diameter and a steep taper as the tip portion. In such a case, partial large deformation of the tip portion is likely to occur due to large deflection. Thanks to the structure of 2 and 2, there is a great effect that cracks hardly occur and are not noticeable.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a side view of a riverfish as an example of a fishing rod according to the present invention. The cocoon body 10 uses a superelastic alloy wire, and there is a case where a fiber reinforced resin prepreg is wound around the outer periphery of the other region of the wire except for the tip region to be integrally formed by heating. Moreover, it may be connected and fixed to a fiber reinforced resin soot tube. In this example, the fiber reinforced resin prepreg is wound and integrated in the other region of about 100 mm excluding the front portion of about 50 mm of the 150 mm superelastic alloy wire, and further, the rear end portion has a small diameter in a stepped shape. This is inserted, bonded, and fixed to the distal end of a fiber reinforced resin soot tube of about 80 cm. Several fishing line guides G are mounted and fixed on the rod main body 10, and a reel mounting portion 12 is formed at a predetermined position behind the fishing line guide G. 14A is a rear grip, and 14B is a front grip.

The area close to the heel tip is shown in an enlarged view in FIG. The illustrated region is a region of only the superelastic alloy wire, is formed in a sharp taper with a taper ratio of 10/1000, and the outer diameter of the heel tip is 0.63 mm. Including the region other than FIG. 2, the outer periphery of the heel main body of the heel tip within a range of about 100 mm from the tip of the heel is covered with the cotton yarn 20 by dense winding so that there is almost no gap between adjacent cotton yarns. The cotton yarn 20 is dyed vermilion here. In order to hold and fix the wound cotton yarn, a thread stopper 30 of the same type as that of the cotton yarn 20 is applied from above the wound cotton yarn.

The application does not fill the recesses between the adjacent cotton yarns as shown in FIG. 3, and the thread stop layer surface 30 </ b> S in the recesses is positioned lower than the top of the cotton yarns 20. Of course, a film of a thread stopper is formed on the surface of the cotton thread. A fishing line guide G is arranged on the wound cotton line 20 at an appropriate interval, and each fishing line guide is fixed by winding its foot part GF closely with a cotton line 22 dyed in black here. Yes. In order to fix and hold the cotton thread, a urethane resin or epoxy resin thread stopper (here, colorless and transparent) is applied from above. As a result, vermilion and black areas are alternately arranged in the tip portion, and visibility is improved. The cotton thread 20 does not wind around the rod body in the region where the fishing line guide G is located as in the above example, but does not wind around this region, and the foot portion GF of the fishing line guide is directly attached to the surface of the rod body. Also good.

The cotton yarn 20 preferably has a diameter of about 0.1 mm to 0.23 mm, which is about 100 to 30 (5.9 tex to 19.7 tex). In this example, it is 0.17 mm of No. 50 (11.8 tex). Moreover, although the cotton yarn 22 uses the same cotton yarn as the cotton yarn 20, it may differ. Further, the same material (epoxy resin-based paint) as that of the thread stopper 30 is used except that the thread stopper for fixing the cotton thread 22 is colorless, but another one may be used. Further, the thread stopper applied to the cotton yarn 22 is used so much that the concave portion between the adjacent cotton yarns 22 is filled. However, as applied to the cotton yarn 20, the concave portion may not be filled. The same color as the cotton yarn 22 may be used. In the case of the cotton thread 22, even if it is applied so that the recess is filled, the local area of the heel where the foot part GF of the fishing line guide is present is increased in rigidity due to the presence of the foot part GF, and is not easily bent. This is because cracks are less likely to occur in the yarn stopper layer than in the wrinkle region of the cotton yarn 20.

As described above, when the thread stopper 30 having the same color as that of the cotton thread 20 is applied, even if a crack occurs in the thread stopper layer, it is difficult to stand out. Further, since the surface of the thread stopper in the concave portion between adjacent cotton yarns is located at a position lower than the top portion of the cotton yarn, when the heel is greatly bent, the radius from the heel axis is small, so the generated stress is small. It ’s hard to crack.
Since a small amount of the thread stopper 30 is applied to the cotton yarn 20 after winding the cotton yarn, as shown in FIG. 3, the yarn is close to the surface of the heel body 10 in the gap between adjacent cotton yarns. Stopper does not always penetrate sufficiently. For this reason, if a coating film of the same color as that of the cotton thread 20 is applied to the surface of the bag main body such as a superelastic alloy wire which is a winding region of the cotton thread 20 in advance, the yarn stopper applied to the cotton thread 20 is temporarily provided. Even if it does not penetrate sufficiently and cracks occur in the thread stopper layer in the recess, it is possible to prevent the surface of the heel body 10 from being directly visible. Therefore, it becomes difficult to understand the presence of cracks.

A test was performed in which a certain load was repeatedly applied to cause repeated bending deformation at the tip portion. One is a wrinkle of the form of the present invention described in the embodiment, and as a wrinkle for comparison, a thread stopper applied to the cotton yarn 20 is filled in the recesses between the adjacent cotton yarns 20 and becomes the same height as the top of the cotton yarn. It was applied as follows. As a result, there is no problem with the strength of the heel body such as the fold of the heel, and cracks are less likely to occur in the case of the configuration of the present application, and it is difficult to notice even if it enters.
In the above description, the wound yarn 20 is a cotton yarn, but is not limited thereto, and may be other types of yarn such as vinylon, nylon, acrylic, polyester, silk yarn, and the like. The color of the cotton yarn 20 may be other than vermilion. The color of the cotton yarn 22 may be other than black, and may be the same as the cotton yarn 20 such as vermilion.

The present invention can be used for kawahagi rice cake, kiss rice cake, and the like.
