Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、上腕骨幹(9)に挿入するための少なくとも1つの上腕骨用釘(10)を備え、かつ前記釘が対応するロックネジ(3)を通過させるための、少なくとも1つの体幹近接横孔(6)を備え、前記ネジ(3)は、ヘッド(4)とネジ軸(31)とを有し、上腕骨の体幹近接骨折部の固定を改善するための釘とネジのシステム(1)に関する。前記釘は、カニューレとなっており、前記横孔(5)は、前記釘(10)の対向する壁に1組の整合する孔(6’)(6”)を備え、前記ヘッド(4)に近い方の孔(6’)は、前記一部にネジ切りされたネジ部(28)を有し、対応するネジ(3)は、それが嵌合される前記横孔(27)の直径よりも小さい外径を有する。
Description
ネジ山35の高さhは0.27mmであり、軸線に沿って一定である。
このネジ山のために、ロックネジの先端を円錐形プロフィルとすることも可能となっている。

Claims (15)
- 上腕骨幹(9)に挿入するための少なくとも1つの上腕骨用釘(10)を備え、かつ前記釘が対応するロックネジ(3)を通過させるための、少なくとも1つの体幹近接横孔(6)を備え、前記ネジ(3)は、ヘッド(4)とネジ軸(31)とを有し、前記横孔(6)は、内側の一部にネジ部(28)を有し、前記ロックネジ(3)は、このネジ(3)が嵌合される前記横孔(6)の直径よりも小さい外径を有し、かつ前記ネジは、カニューレとなっており、前記横孔は、前記カニューレとなっている上腕骨用釘(10)の対向する壁に1組の対向する整合孔(6’)(6”)を備え、少なくとも前記ヘッド(4)に近い方の整合孔(6’)は、前記一部にネジ切りされたネジ部(28)を備え、前記一部にネジ部(28)が、ナットネジの一部、またはルーレットの付けられた部分となっている、上腕骨の体幹近接骨折部の固定を改善するための釘とネジのシステム(10)。
- 前記ネジ軸(31)の全体にわたって、一定ピッチ(p)のネジ切りがされており、かつこのネジ軸は、断面形が三角形のネジ山(35)を有する請求項1記載の釘とネジのシステム。
- 前記三角形の断面は、60度の尖頭または鋭角の頂角を有する請求項2記載の釘とネジのシステム。
- プレート(15)に前記ヘッド(4)が当接するように、前記ネジのヘッド(4)と前記骨の皮質(14)の表面との間に挿入された少なくとも1つの中間プレート(15)を更に含む、請求項1記載の釘とネジのシステム。
- 前記中間プレート(15)は、骨の皮質(14)の表面に実質的に付着するための、若干カーブした表面(16)を有する請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記中間プレート(15)は、1組の細長いアーム部(18)(19)を備え、前記ネジのヘッド(4)を最終的に締結する前に、前記アーム部をネジ軸のまたがった位置に挿入しうるようになっている請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記細長いアーム部(18)(19)は、丸い端部を有する請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記中間プレート(15)は、少なくともフラグメント固定ピン(23)を補強するための少なくとも1つのシート(22)を有する拡大部(21)を備える請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記シート(22)は、前記中間プレート(15)の拡大部(21)内に形成された少なくとも1つの孔(24)である請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記シート(22)は、前記細長いアーム部(18)(19)の少なくとも1つの形成された少なくとも1つの孔(24)である請求項8記載のシステム。
- 前記中間プレート(15)は、実質的に丸いプロフィルである請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記中間プレート(15)は、拡大部(21)が一体に形成された開放型ワッシャーである請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記上腕骨用釘(10)の体幹近接横孔(6)を貫通するロックネジ(3)のヘッド(4)と、骨の皮質(14)の表面との間に、第2中間プレート(15’)が挿入されている請求項4記載のシステム。
- 前記第2中間プレート(15’)は、第1中間プレート(15)よりも大である請求項13記載のシステム。
- 前記第2中間プレート(15)は、1組の細長いアーム部(18)(19)を備え、これらアーム部は、対応するネジ軸に、またがって挿入されている請求項13記載のシステム。
