Abstract
Description
Claims (12)
- 樹脂を含浸した紙又は不織布からなり、ハニカム構造を有する既製の基体の、カーボンハニカム体の製造のための使用において、基体をまず熱分解し、次に少なくとも安定化し及び/又は圧縮して行う使用。
- 基体として樹脂を含浸したアラミド紙からなるハニカム体を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカーボンハニカム体の製造方法。
- 熱分解した基体を気相からの材料析出によって安定化し又は圧縮することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱分解した基体を特にCVI(化学蒸浸)及び/又はCVD(化学蒸着)によりC、CiS、B4C及び/又はSiで安定化し又は圧縮することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 熱分解した基体の上にSiC又はPyC(熱分解炭素)の層を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱分解し、圧縮又は安定化した基体を、樹脂等の炭素含有溶液で被覆し、次に再び熱分解することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱分解し、安定化し又は圧縮した基体を、SiC等のセラミックに変換されるセラミックスリップで被覆することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- ハニカム構造を有する基体を850℃≦T1≦1100℃、特に900℃≦T1≦1000℃の温度T1で炭化することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 基体を1700℃≦T2≦3100℃、特に1800℃≦T2≦2450℃の温度T2で黒鉛化することを特徴とする請求項1又は8に記載の方法。
- 強化材として高温安定性繊維、例えばカーボン繊維又はSiC繊維又は十分な残留炭素を含む熱分解可能な繊維、例えばフェノール樹脂繊維、アラミド繊維、亜麻、大麻又はその他のセルロース繊維を有する基体を使用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 熱分解し、安定化し又は圧縮した基体に、続いて別の固化又は調質処理を施すことを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
- 熱分解し、安定化し又は圧縮した基体をケイ素化することを特徴とする上記請求項の少なくとも1つに記載の方法。
