Abstract
Description
a)少なくとも金属Miをイオンの状態で含む廃水を、少なくとも金属Mhと接触させる工程、および
b)上記廃水を回収する工程
を含んで成る。
厚さが1cmあるラネーニッケル(アクロス社)のペレットを、直径が1cmのカラムに導入する。アルゴン流のもとで、含まれるカドミウムの重量が1ppmである塩化カドミウム(CdCl2)溶液250mlを、ペレットの中を強制的に通過させる。カラムの出口における流速は10ml/分に固定する。
Na2Cr2O7の溶液(0.075Mのものを16ml、すなわち水16mlにクロムが125mg)を、酸化アルミニウムの支持体上に堆積されたニッケル1.0gの懸濁液(58.9重量%)が含まれた50mlの水を添加する。ニッケルは減少し、水素で覆われる(すなわちニッケルが590mgになる)。
NiCl2の溶液(0.3Mのものを20ml、すなわち水20mlにNiが360mg)を、酸化アルミニウムの支持体上に堆積されたニッケル0.1gの懸濁液(58.9重量%)が含まれた50mlの水を添加する。ニッケルは減少し、水素で覆われる(すなわちニッケルが59mgになる)。
Claims (17)
- 廃水中にイオンの状態で存在する金属の含有量を低減する方法であって、下記の工程:
a)少なくとも金属Miをイオンの状態で含む廃水を、少なくとも金属Mhと接触させる工程であって、該金属Mhは該接触の前および/または該接触中に完全または部分的に水素で被覆されており、および
b)上記廃水を回収する工程
を含んで成る方法。 - 請求項1において、上記金属Mhは、元素の周期律表のIb族、IIb族、IIIb族、IVb族、Vb族、VIb族、VIIb族、VIII族の元素から選択した1種以上の金属であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1または2において、上記金属Mhは、元素の周期律表のIb族、VIIb族、VIII族の元素から選択した1種以上の金属であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から3までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhは、鉄、ルテニウム、オスミウム、コバルト、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金から選択した1種以上の金属であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から4までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhは、ニッケル、コバルト、パラジウム、イリジウム、ルテニウム、ロジウム、白金から選択した1種以上の金属であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から5までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhはニッケルであることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhは、上記廃水中に存在する上記金属イオンMiと接触する前に、完全または部分的に水素で被覆されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から6までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhは、上記廃水中に存在する上記金属イオンMiとの接触中に、完全または部分的に水素で被覆されていることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項において、上記金属イオンMiは、スカンジウム、イットリウム、ランタン、アクチニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、マンガン、テクネチウム、レニウム、鉄、ルテニウム、オスミウム、コバルト、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金、銅、銀、金、亜鉛、カドミウム、水銀、アルミニウム、ガリウム、インジウム、タリウム、シリコン、ゲルマニウム、錫、鉛、砒素、アンチモン、ビスマス、セレン、テルル、ポロニウム、ヨウ素、アスタチン、セリウム、プラセオジミウム、ネオジウム、プロメチウム、サマリウム、ユウロピウム、ガドリニウム、テルビウム、ヂスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウム、ツリウム、イッテルビウム、ルテニウム、トリウム、プロタクチニウム、ウラニウム、ネプツニウム、プルトニウム、アメリシウム、キュリウム、ベルケリウム、カリフォルニウム、アインスタイニウム、フェルミウム、メンデレビウム、ノベリウム、ローレンシウムから選択した元素または元素の組み合わせのイオンで、単独または混合状態であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から9までのいずれか1項において、上記金属イオンMiは、スカンジウム、イットリウム、ランタン、アクチニウム、チタン、ジルコニウム、ハフニウム、バナジウム、ニオブ、タンタル、クロム、モリブデン、タングステン、マンガン、テクネチウム、レニウム、鉄、ルテニウム、オスミウム、コバルト、ロジウム、イリジウム、ニッケル、パラジウム、白金、銅、銀、金、亜鉛、カドミウム、水銀、アルミニウム、ガリウム、インジウム、タリウム、シリコン、ゲルマニウム、錫、鉛、砒素、アンチモン、ビスマス、セレン、テルル、ポロニウム、ヨウ素、アスタチン、セリウム、ユウロピウム、ウラニウム、ネプツニウム、プルトニウムから選択した元素または元素の組み合わせのイオンで、単独または混合状態であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から10までのいずれか1項において、上記金属イオンMiは、チタン、バナジウム、クロム、マンガン、鉄、コバルト、ニッケル、白金、銅、銀、金、亜鉛、カドミウム、水銀、アルミニウム、鉛、砒素、アンチモン、ビスマス、セレン、ポロニウム、セリウム、ウラニウム、ネプツニウム、プルトニウムから選択した元素または元素の組み合わせのイオンで、単独または混合状態であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項において、上記金属イオンMiは、錫、クロム、コバルト、ニッケル、銅、亜鉛、カドミウム、水銀、鉛、砒素、アンチモン、セレン、ポロニウム、ウラニウム、ネプツニウム、プルトニウムから選択した元素または元素の組み合わせのイオンで、単独または混合状態であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項において、上記金属Mhは基板上に堆積していることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から13までのいずれか1項において、約0℃〜200℃の範囲、または約0℃〜約80℃の範囲のオーダーの温度で行なうことを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から14までのいずれか1項において、約1〜約14の範囲のオーダーのpH値を持つ廃水を処理対象とすることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から15までのいずれか1項において、処理対象とする廃水が、地下水、地表水、水供給網、工業用水、使用済み水、スラリー、工場廃水を由来とする水であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項1から16までのいずれか1項に記載の方法に用いるための金属Mhを含む汚染除去キット。
