Description
Claims (12)
- ブレーキライニング材料の誘電率の特性を示す値を測定する段階と、
上記材料が新品の時の基準値と上記測定値とを比較する段階と、
上記測定値が所定の許容範囲内にある時に実用性を判定する段階と、
を含んだ、ブレーキライニング(10,12)の実用性を監視する方法。 - 上記誘電率の特性値が静電容量の測定により検出されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 伝導性の測定を行う段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の方法。
- ブレーキライニング(10,12)に、上記ブレーキライニング材料内に設けられるように少なくとも2つの導体(34,36)を備え付ける段階をさらに含んだ、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 静電容量の測定に用いられるような形で、ブレーキライニング材料内に配置された少なくとも2つの導体(34,36)を含んだ、ブレーキライニング(10,12)。
- 上記導体(34,36)は、上記ブレーキライニング(10,12)のブレーキ表面に基本的に平行な面に基本的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のブレーキライニング(10,12)。
- 上記導体(34,36)がフォイル材料からなることを特徴とする請求項5または6に記載のブレーキライニング(10,12)。
- ブレーキライニング材料が上記ブレーキライニング(10,12)の摩耗方向に対して上記導体(34,36)の両側に存在するように、上記導体(34,36)が上記ブレーキライニング材料に埋め込まれていることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載のブレーキライニング(10,12)。
- ブレーキライニング材料の誘電率の変化に基づいてブレーキライニング(10,12)の実用性を判定できるように構成されたブレーキライニング監視装置を備えたブレーキ(2)。
- ブレーキライニングが請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載のブレーキライニング(10,12)であることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のブレーキ(2)。
- 上記ブレーキライニング監視装置は、少なくとも2つの導体(34,36)によって放出された静電容量と協働して発振回路を構成する抵抗と、該発振回路の固有周波数を測定する評価回路と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のブレーキ(2)。
- 請求項9〜11のいずれかに記載のブレーキ(2)を備えたエレベータ設備。
