Abstract
Description
注射される液体を収容するために前記注射器内に画定されるチャンバと、
注射器の前端に配置される前記チャンバの液体出口と、
チャンバに収容される液体が前記液体出口を通って吐き出されるように、前記チャンバ内の液体と接触し、かつ前記チャンバの容量を低減する第1の方向に移動可能な分配部材と、
前記注射器を作動させる駆動手段とを備える無針注射器に関する。
Claims (9)
- ハウジングを有する無針注射器であり、該ハウジングが、
注射される液体を収容するために前記注射器内に画定されるチャンバと、
注射器の前端に配置される前記チャンバの液体出口と、
チャンバに収容される液体が前記液体出口を通って吐き出されるように、前記チャンバ内の液体と接触し、かつ前記チャンバの容量を低減する第1の方向に移動可能な分配部材と、
前記注射器を作動させる駆動手段とを備える、無針注射器であって、
分配部材が、前記チャンバ内で、前記チャンバの容量が最小であり、かつバネがほぼ無負荷状態である優先的位置に向かう第1の方向にバネにより移動可能な、バネ負荷式ピストンであり、また、ピストンが、駆動手段の作動により、バネからの力を弱め、かつバネが負荷状態になる非優先的位置へピストンを移動させる、第1の方向と反対の第2の方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする、無針注射器。 - ピストンが、カム従動子を上に置く可動部材に固定され、カムの回転が、可動部材と可動部材に固定されるピストンの長手方向の運動に転換されるように、駆動手段が、カムが前記カム従動子と協働する、最高点と前記最高点の直後の最低点とを有する回転可能なカムに接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の無針注射器。
- チャンバの液体出口に逆止弁が装備され、チャンバは、ピストンが非優先的位置に移動されるとき、液体をチャンバに入れるように配置される液体入口を有する無針注射器であって、チャンバの液体入口の少なくとも一部が、ピストンの少なくとも一部を通って延びる中央孔により形成され、中央孔がチャンバの出口を有することを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の無針注射器。
- ピストンの非優先的位置の近傍で、中央孔が、液体の供給ラインと液体の行き来自由な連通状態にあることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の無針注射器。
- 供給ラインが、ピストンと協働する封止装置が隣接して設けられた出口を有し、ピストンには、ピストン内の中央孔に延びるほぼ径方向の少なくとも1つのチャネルが設けられ、ピストンが非優先的位置の近傍にあるときにのみ、チャネルが、供給ラインの出口と液体の行き来自由な連通状態にあるピストン周辺の開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項4に記載の無針注射器。
- 封止装置がOリングであり、ピストンが前記Oリングを通って移動可能であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の無針注射器。
- 供給ラインに、注射される液体の存在を検知するためのセンサが設けられ、駆動手段の動作が、センサに応じることを特徴とする、請求項4から6のいずれか一項に記載の無針注射器。
- 駆動手段が、センサが注射される液体の存在を検知しないときに、ピストンを前後に移動させるため、カム従動子をカムの最高点を通過させずに往復運動させることを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の無針注射器。
- 駆動手段が、センサが注射される液体を検知するとき、カム従動子にカムの最高点を通過させることを可能とすることを特徴とする、請求項7または8に記載の無針注射器。
