Claims (9)
- 基端部を有するフィラメント状の血管内デバイスを配置するための配置機構であって、
開放基端部と、開放先端部で終端する先端区域と、該基端部と先端部との間に形成された内腔とを有する細長い可撓性中空配置管と、
配置管の先端部をある短い間隔越えて拡張する先端拡張部を有する、配置管の先端区域の周囲に取り付けられた保持スリーブと、
血管内デバイスの基端部に取り付けられ、かつ、配置管の内腔及び先端部を通じて連結部材にかけれる流体圧力に応じて保持スリーブから取り外され得るように、配置管の先端部付近で保持スリーブの先端拡張部内に解放可能に保持される連結部材とを備え、
連結部材には、パージ通路が形成され、パージ通路は、食塩水の粘性よりも実質的に大きい粘性を有する流体の該パージ流路を通る流れに実質的な制限を与える配置機構。 - 前記連結部材は、非親水性材料から形成される請求項1の配置機構。
- 前記保持スリーブはフルオロカーボンからなり、連結部材は金属からなる請求項2の配置機構。
- 前記パージ通路は、連結部材の内部を貫通する請求項1の配置機構。
- 前記連結部材は外周面を有し、パージ通路は、連結部材の外周面に設置される請求項1の配置機構。
- 前記パージ通路は、連結部材の外周面に沿って軸方向に伸長する請求項5の配置機構。
- 前記パージ通路は第1のパージ通路であり、連結部材には、連結部材の外周面に沿って軸方向に伸長する少なくとも第2のパージ通路が形成される請求項6の配置機構。
- 前記パージ通路は螺旋状である請求項5の配置機構。
- 前記パージ通路は、2cPより大きいかもしくはほぼ等しい粘性を有する流体の該パージ通路を通る流れに実質的な制限を与えるような寸法とされる請求項1の配置機構。
