Abstract
Description
本発明の目的は無線端末の構造を簡略化することである。
(1)(アンテナの不整合化の影響を含む)全効率がより大きい。
(2)電力増幅器と低ノイズ増幅器との整合化が改善される。
(3)アンテナとそれに関連する回路機構とが高度の高調波フィルタリングを提供する。これを考慮した場合、モジュールの残りのフィルタリング要件を減らすことができる。
Claims (10)
- 第1の低い周波数帯域の信号用の第1フィード線と、第2の高い周波数帯域の信号用の第2フィード線と、接地ピンとを有するアンテナと、第1のトランシーバの送信/受信パスを前記第1フィード線に結合する第1の結合手段と、第2のトランシーバの送信/受信パスを前記第2フィード線に結合する第2の結合手段とを備えるデュアルバンドアンテナ配列を有する無線端末であって、前記第1と第2の結合手段の各々は、各々送信信号路に結合される第1端部と、バンドパスフィルタ手段によって各々の受信信号路に結合される第2端部とを有する1/4波長の送信線と、各々の1/4波長送信線の第1端部に送信信号路を結合する第1のスイッチング装置と、各々の1/4波長送信線の第2端部をアースに結合する第2のスイッチング装置と、送信モードにある場合、前記第1と第2の結合手段の一方の第1と第2のスイッチング装置をオンにし、受信モードにある場合、前記第1と第2のスイッチング装置をオフにし、他方の第1と第2の結合手段のスイッチング装置を非導通にする手段とを備えることを特徴とする無線端末。
- 前記アンテナは平面逆Fアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の無線端末。
- 前記接地ピンは前記第1フィード線と前記第2フィード線間に設置され、前記第1および第2フィード線から絶縁されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の無線端末。
- 前記第2結合手段のバンドパスフィルタ手段の信号入力における電圧を低下させる手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2または3に記載の無線端末。
- 前記第1と第2のスイッチング装置はPINダイオードを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の無線端末。
- デュアルバンドアンテナ配列と共に使用されるRFモジュールであって、前記RFモジュールは、第1の低い周波数帯域の信号用の第1アンテナフィード線と、第2の高い周波数帯域の信号用の第2アンテナフィード線と、接地ピンとを備え、第1のトランシーバの送信/受信パスを前記第1フィード線に結合する第1の結合手段と、第2のトランシーバの送信/受信パスを前記第2フィード線に結合する第2の結合手段とを備え、前記第1と第2の結合手段の各々は、各々送信信号路に結合される第1端部と、バンドパスフィルタ手段によって各々の受信信号路に結合される第2端部とを有する1/4波長の送信線と、各々の1/4波長送信線の第1端部に送信信号路を結合する第1のスイッチング装置と、各々の1/4波長送信線の第2端部をアースに結合する第2のスイッチング装置と、送信モードにある場合、前記第1と第2の結合手段の一方の第1と第2のスイッチング装置をオンにし、受信モードにある場合、前記第1と第2のスイッチング装置をオフにし、他方の第1と第2の結合手段のスイッチング装置を非導通にする手段とを備えることを特徴とするRFモジュール。
- 前記接地ピンは前記第1フィード線と前記第2フィード線間に設置され、前記第1および第2フィード線から絶縁されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のRFモジュール。
- 前記第2結合手段のバンドパスフィルタ手段の信号入力における電圧を低下させる手段を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載のRFモジュール。
- 請求項6、7または8のいずれかに記載のRFモジュールと、前記第1および第2フィード線と前記接地ピンとの結合用の手段を有するアンテナとの組合せ。
- 前記アンテナは平面逆Fアンテナであることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の組合せ。
