Description
Claims (17)
- ノズルを含むリザーバ、および該ノズルに装着されたポンプを含む、液体製品の分配器であって、
該ポンプは、ポンプ本体(2)、吸入弁(17)、排出弁(18)、バネ(4)を含み、
該ポンプ本体(2)がその中にピストンを装着し、該ピストンは、密封様式で、該ポンプ本体において滑り、該本体とともに液体の用量チャンバを規定し、
該吸入弁(17)が該用量チャンバと該リザーバとの間の連絡を確立し、
該排出弁(18)が該用量チャンバと分配手段との間の連絡を確立し、
該バネ(4)が、該用量チャンバがその最大容量になるように該排出弁の弛緩位置に向けて該ピストンを指向させ、
ここで、該ポンプ本体が外側部分(16)を含み、該外側部分が該ポンプ本体と該ノズルとの間で密封状態を確実にする栓を形成し、そして
該ポンプ本体が環状突起(23)を備え、該環状突起が内側に向けて延びており、成型により生じ、該ピストンが環状留め具(34)を備え、該環状留め具は該環状突起と協働して該バネが該指向の際に該弛緩位置を規定する、
分配器。 - 前記環状突起は、柔軟な口(23)の形態を有する、請求項1に記載の分配器。
- 前記口は、前記ポンプ本体の内側に向けて反り返る、請求項2に記載の分配器。
- 前記ピストンの前記環状留め具は、一方の面において、前記口と協働する留め具の面(35)、および他方の面において、前記ポンプ本体に該ピストンが配置されるとき該口の前記反り返りに関与する円錐台状の部分(36)を備える、請求項2または3に記載の分配器。
- 前記口はセグメント化されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
- 前記口の半径方向の長さが、該口の付近における、前記ポンプ本体の内壁と前記ピストンの内壁との間の半径方向の距離よりも長いことを特徴とする、請求項2〜5のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
- 前記ポンプ本体の壁には、孔が全く開いていないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
- 前記リザーバを満たすように導入される液体の量は、該リザーバの容量よりも顕著に少ないことを特徴とする(図5)、請求項7に記載の分配器。
- 前記ポンプ本体は、前記ノズルを含む前記リザーバの端の部分(77)を覆う外部スカート(76)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
- ラチェット機構手段(80)が前記スカートと前記リザーバの前記端の部分との間において規定されることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の分配器。
- 前記リザーバの端の部分(77)の壁が細くなり、前記スカートの厚さとほぼ同じ半径方向の厚さの環状の隙間(degagement)を外側で規定することを特徴とする、請求項9または10に記載の分配器。
- 前記排出弁および吸入弁は、共通の留め具(5)を備え、該留め具は、前記ポンプ本体の内側における軸方向の移動において移動可能であり、該留め具の一方の端は、センターポンチ(52)を形成し、該センターポンチは、前記ピストン内に作製された排出導管のオリフィスと協働して該排出弁を構成し、該共通の留め具の他方の端は、該ポンプ本体の吸入管と協働して該吸入弁を形成することを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
- 前記留め具は、前記吸入弁内に長手方向において滑る絞りチャンバ形成部分(51)を備え、ここで、該吸入弁のセクションと、該絞りチャンバ形成部分とは、用量チャンバと連絡する該吸入管の端付近で液体を漏らさないようにおいて滑るように適合されること、および少なくとも1つの溝(51a)が該絞りチャンバ形成部分の長手方向の長さに適合し、吸入の際に液体の通過を可能にすることを特徴とする、請求項12に記載の分配器。
- 前記用量チャンバと連絡する前記吸入管の端は、その中に突起を形成し、その半径方向の弾性が増加するにつれ厚さを減じ、前記絞りチャンバ形成部分の溝がない表面との前記機密性を強化する、請求項13に記載の分配器。
- 前記留め具の前記他方の端は、蓋(81)を備え、該蓋は、前記吸入管の端(82)の一部を覆うように適合され、該吸入管の端は、前記用量チャンバの底で突起を形成し、かつ、該吸入管の端は該端のこの部分の外側表面の長さに沿って液体を漏らさない様式で滑るように適合される、請求項12に記載の分配器。
- 前記吸入管は、直径が非常に短い軸方向の孔(84)を備え、該直径は、毛細管効果によって前記ポンプの水の注入を促進する、請求項15に記載の分配器。
- 通水口の孔(66)が前記ポンプ本体の前記壁に設置され、そして、前記ピストンが前記弛緩位置にあるときに、該ピストンの内部縁(40)のすぐ付近において前記用量チャンバ(19)に通じることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の分配器。
